Pros: Their customer focus and customizability/ease of use of product. There are many different ways you can customize your pages and home page in order to provide the end user with an beginner friendly experience.

Cons: There are some features that could use improvement on the end user side, however, the overall functionality is wonderful.

Pros: The customer service is amazing. Its been great from the first call made to them. They were beyond helpful in our training for the site as well.

Cons: At this time I dont have any negative remarks. I hope that I dont come across anything negative but if I do I will update my review.

Pros: The exceptionally intuitive, easy to use platform, and the incredible client service. The easy to use platform meant I didn't have to spend so much time training people, and has naturally supported use and adoption.

Cons: They have quite extensive functionality, which is great, but also means there's quite a learning curve to learn all the things you can do. Also, they are in Canada, so client service is not aligned to EU timezone. That hasn't posed a challenge yet though, they are extremely responsive.

Pros: What I like most is how easy the product is to use and manage. The layout is intuitive, the tools are flexible, and it's simple to update content whenever we need to.

Cons: There isn't much I dislike, but there were a few areas that had a slight learning curve at first. Once I became familiar with the system, it was smooth.

Pros: Everything from the beginning of the project to the roll out of the firm project was excellent. The customer service was excellent, and the technical assistance was great. The intranet has added so much value to our internal processes.

Cons: The only thing I don't love about TF is that some of the things I wish we could customize aren't customizable.

Pros: ThoughtFarmer is an end-user centric product with any possible feature you can imagine for a many-to-many communications, all implemented in a highly intuitive way.

Cons: Recent move from a choice of cloud and on-prem to a cloud only solution. This concern will be addressed when ThoughtFarmer obtains FedRAMP cert.

Pros: ThoughtFarmer's intranet platform provides all of the features and services we need. The learning curve to use the system is low, so we were able to jump and and get designing quickly. Finally, the implementation team was top notch when it came to collaboration and answering our questions.

Cons: Honestly, there's nothing we didn't like. There are, of course, features we want that we've used before, but these are all custom to what we're used to, not what we need, and we've found way to work without them.

Pros: I like how simple it is to use and navigate. The final product looks really nice. Definitely an upgrade from what we had before.

Cons: the uploading and how it shows at the bottom of the page. If there was a way to upload something and have that part hidden would make this so much better.

Pros: Excellent service, price and the interface is pretty user friendly. Our firm is very engaged with the content throughout the site.

Cons: Administrative rights could use more tweaking and broken down a bit more by section vs role. We have too many super admins due to how they need to administer certain aspects of our interanet.

Pros: The best part of ThoughtFarmer was the smooth implementation process! We had a small timeframe to get this product launched and fully transition all of our internal information over on top of training our employees to do so. We had several meetings a week to ensure our employees had the resources available. [sensitive content hidden] was also quick to respond to any questions we came across outside of the meetings as well.

Cons: I do wish there were more options of cards to be available to give it more fun personalization for different topics. But the selection itself as it really covers a lot already!

Pros: Easy of learning. Everything from the first meeting through launch had a helping hand. Documents upload easy, Search oh don't get me started on search. I can FIND everything.

Cons: A month into our launch and I haven't found anything I don't love. This is much better than our previous platfrom.

Pros: The ThoughtFarmer site was easy to set up, and the platform is both modern and user-friendly. Our users have been very pleased with the product since its launch.

Cons: A couple of the functions could be a little more flexible, several enhancements require an add-on cost, and reports could be a bit more built out.

Pros: I like the customer service and the interface of the software. There are a variety of features available and they continuously update and make improvements to it.

Cons: I would like if more built-in user tutorials were included in the software to help employees use it.

Pros: easy to navigate and fun to create on! really engaging and our team loves it! we utilize our "shout-out" section so much and it has been great moral booster!

Cons: some quirks when trying to take care of employees who have left. Other than that, we have had no issues!

Cons: J'aurais souhaité avoir plus d'options de gabarits pour la mise en page des contenus. Par exemple, des modèles préformaté pour insérer des blocs de texte et d'images.

Pros: Ce que j’aime le plus de ThoughtFarmer, c’est la combinaison d’une interface conviviale, d’outils puissants de gestion de contenu et d’un haut degré de personnalisation. La plateforme permet de structurer l’information de façon claire et logique, tout en étant facile à prendre en main pour les membres de notre communauté universitaire. Le moteur de recherche est efficace et la navigation est fluide. En plus, le soutien de l’équipe est remarquable!

Cons: Certaines options de mise en page sont limitées ou nécessitent des solutions de contournement lorsqu’on veut sortir des gabarits standards. Pour des organisations comme la nôtre, qui ont des besoins variés en matière de communication interne, un peu plus de flexibilité dans l’édition de contenu serait bienvenue.

Pros: The ease of use of the platform's interface helped us ramp up quickly and expertise of the dedicated team . The engaging interface made employee adoption a quick win.

Cons: For the news posts, the formatting options of the text boxes is good, but there's room for improvement

Pros: Our new ThoughtFarmer intranet is so much better than our old intranet. Having it hosted saves us from the server maintenance and patching. The search option on the site saves our users so much time in searching for forms, pages, and other content.

Cons: 1) Some of the training during the onboarding process was canned and wasn't customized for us 2) Can't search for links in the search menu 3) Users can't save custom page views with sections expanded or collapsed

Pros: The news articles are very engaging and have been a great way to keep employees informed about key things going on in the company. The other standout for me with ThoughtFarmer is the ability to take and keep meeting minutes in a place that is easily accessible and can be followed up on. Overall it has been a great tool!

Cons: I did run into a few problems creating forms as some of them are complicated and require an extremely long form even with the exceptions active. If there was a way to import forms and create without so many manual processes that would have been helpful.

Pros: They actually delivered everything they promised. The product is incredibly user friendly and intuitive, and the team goes out of their way to create solutions when we need them. An implementation team member also continues to provide support after implementation. That is rare.

Cons: It is difficult to find a dislike without reaching. The only small hassle is having to reformat web pages when imported from a Word document. An AI solution that builds your webpage for you based on the layout and formatting of a word doc would be amazing.

Pros: What I like most about the ThoughtFarmer is its ease of use, along with the company’s ongoing commitment to improving the platform through regular updates and enhancements.

Cons: Training - We would have benefited from more tailored, in-depth instruction. As the majority of the trainings were lecture based and closely mirrored the video tutorials that were already available.
