Pros: Dreamclass allow me to issue different type of invoices such as monthly or lump sum based on parent choice.

Cons: Creating parent access require my manual intervention instead of self service that parent can create own account when registering program.

Pros: DreamClass is user friendly! I like the gradebook section best. It was very easy for my team to adjust to that part of the system!

Cons: Not really dislike - but the biggest adjustment has been communication via email. That has been the biggest complaint from our families. I know there is a texting feature, but we communicate a lot and it just isn't in our budget.

Pros: The value you get for the cost of DreamClass is great! It can be a little confusing to set up at first, but being able to customize fields and get the form to do exactly what you need is very valuable. Customer service support is very helpful and responsive. Student information is organized in profiles and easy to manage and run reports on.

Cons: The learning curve is a little steep for a non-traditional school, but the ability to customize the content is very valuable.

Pros: DreamClass is a very user-friendly and straightforward school management software. As a small school, we’re very happy to have found it. Our previous software was overly complicated and time-consuming, which took our attention away from supporting our students. DreamClass has made a big difference by simplifying our admin tasks and letting us focus on what really matters.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Absolutely thrilled with DreamClass software for schools! As an administrator, I have found it to be an indispensable tool that simplifies the complexities of managing a school. From admissions to attendance tracking, the software encompasses all the features necessary for effective school management. After demoing and using dozens of the alternative options out there for SIS's and school management (including in depth experience with one of the biggest names in the field), this was by far the best. Additionally we found the software to be extremely intuitive and very easy to navigate and use. The standout aspect of DreamClass is undoubtedly its outstanding customer service. The support team is not only professional and knowledgeable, but they also demonstrate a genuine care for our unique challenges.

Cons: No cons. Every aspect of our journey with DreamClass was wonderful.... Their name absolutely suits them.

Pros: The features are user friendly and easy to learn. The design of the app is intuitive, making it an efficient system in organizing a large amount of student information.

Cons: I would like to see more customization options with the scheduling feature, however my experience with the DreamClass support team is that they are very open to feedback and have provided changes within the program to meet our unique needs.

Pros: DreamClass has made it so much easier for us. It has everything that we need.

Cons: I really haven't found anything that i don't like about DreamClass.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use and navigate. Clean interface and great functionality.

Cons: Minor changes or things I ran into were fixed by the team pretty quickly.

Pros: I like how user friendly it is. We have needed something for the Education Center for a long time!

Cons: This is hard because I really like DreamClass. I think once things are set up it is pretty easy to get around in.

Pros: Easy to navigate and set up. If you have questions getting help is easy and quick.

Cons: Not enough space to download videos or large files for class work.

Pros: What I like the most about DreamClass is its flexibility in creating something that fits your needs. It also has a great team that is very responsive.

Pros: I enjoy that students have access to things like attendance, financials and their current grade in one spot the second they login. I also love the customer service. Whenever a problem occurs [sensitive content hidden] is quick to answer and take action on our behalf.

Cons: We are still adjusting to the new platform and have submitted feedback. I wish it was easier for students to communicate with teachers and administrators in the platform.

Pros: First and foremost, the best thing about DreamClass is their team! DreamClass solved several pain points with our previous system, making our enrollment and financial process smoother. The user interface is well-organized and easy to understand with student/parent portals being a significant improvement over our last SMS. DreamClass is a cost effective and integrated solution to replace our use of Google Classroom and makes it easy for us to be GDRP compliant. The development team is very responsive, quickly addressing user feedback and consistently introducing enhancements that improve functionality. Very important for small organizations: DreamClass provides an amazing SMS solution at a very reasonable price point!

Cons: DreamClass is rapidly developing, which is great because it means continuous system improvements. That said, it also presents a challenge in keeping user documentation consistently up-to-date. This is a temporary hiccup and in the meantime the support team is always there to answer questions.

Pros: affordable tool with all needed features and AMAZING SUPPORT

Cons: interface can be a little confusing and clunky to use but the support makes up for it

Pros: Having the school calendar, student financials, attendance, assignments, SIS and applications all in one place is the greatest benefit. We had 4 different platforms prior to DreamClass and are now able to function as a school in one. This has been extremely effective and efficient.

Cons: Communication: We are a small private college and our students are all adults. Communication between students is a challenge as they are unable to communicate with their specific classes and have to click each student individually to send a message. Our Admin team are also instructors (professors); however, in order for students to message our admins, we have to be listed as instructors. Due to our size, we need more flexibility with communication. There is not 2-way communication; therefore, you are unable to reply to one another within DreamClass and can only reply via email when the message is sent through DreamClass. It would be more effective to have 2-way communication built in. Also, having communication notifications. If you receive a new message you can see it in DreamClass, but there isn't a notification in DreamClass to notify you of this.

Pros: The platform has made managing student records, attendance, and fee tracking much more efficient.

Cons: I wish their was a mobile app that teachers, students, and families could use

Pros: DreamClass imported student, teacher, and parent information from a CVS file. It helps with our admissions process, and it gives teachers a place to set up grades and attendance.

Cons: The email templates and recurring lessons are hard to edit. I also wish it could integrate with QuickBooks.

Pros: The UI is intuitive and looks modern and professional. Most features are customizable, both in labeling and sometimes even functionality. The price is reasonable given the functionality you get.

Cons: So fare I haven't run into any significant negatives.

Pros: DreamClass allows our educational program to have a one-stop solution for registration, attendance, communication, gradebook, and calendar events! It has been a huge blessing to Anchor Enrichment Academy and we have enjoyed the setup process.

Cons: There are some minor issues with the forms and invoices, but we are working with the team to get them sorted out.

Pros: - The platform is highly customisable, allowing us to tailor it to my specific needs and preferences. - The team behind DreamClass is incredibly friendly and supportive. They are always available to help with any questions or issues that arise. - We appreciate their openness to suggestions for new features. It’s clear that they are committed to continuously improving the platform and are willing to integrate user feedback.

Cons: As a relatively new platform, there are still some features that are missing. However, their proactive approach to enhancement means that this is not a major issue. Their eagerness to improve makes up for any shortcomings.

Pros: The personal attention and positive vibes each time we meet. This is a very professional company with an impressive staff.

Cons: There is nothing we don't like, just wish we can live in Greece:)

Pros: DC is great for organizing and sharing student records. At first, DC had some templates for school records (gradebooks, schedules, etc.) that make sense for most schools, but didn't make sense for us since our school functions slightly different from most. However, DC was able to accommodate our needs by making small adjustments that made a big difference for us.

Cons: Dreamclass is simple to use, but not necessarily intuitive. Fortunately, they are eager to help, and once you understand the logic behind it, it's easier to navigate.
