Fantastic experience with VidCruiter, my whole team loves to use the tool. My Account Executive we work with, Astrid, makes renewing with VidCruiter worthwhile. Would recommend VidCruiter to any busy HR function looking to take back time in their day and process.
Pros: I like the time saved from doing phone call references, being able to send an electronic link and everything is sent automatically to the candidate and their references through an email rather than chasing down references via telephone is SO convenient. It's truly changed the way we work. We are able to move to offer quicker and not wait days for returned phone calls or booking references calls a week out in advance. Having references returned in 24-48 hours is a game-changer.
Cons: The only thing I can think of that we would like to see VidCruiter grow in is integrating better in ATS/Workday. We would like to have an easier streamline to integrating the Video-Prescreening tool while still holding up the References option in Workday. Other than that, VidCruiter is truly checking all of our boxes.

Pros: The thing I like most about Vidcruiter is the constant support we receive. No matter the problem, our direct team and the helpline team are quick to assist and resolve the problem.

Great! Enjoy it so much and it all helps us so much. Very easy to use, beginner friendly and our whole organization has become very accustomed to this product.
Pros: I really love the team at Vidcruiter. They are so responsive, positive, and helpful! I like that I can reach out ot any of them at any time and they will help me and explain aspects that I do not know!
Cons: Not a con necessarily but would be nice to have a translation option where it translates into the language of our choice automatically!

Their help desk, Client Development and Success team are just amazing. Pretty happy with the experience overall.
Pros: The help desk is amazing. You can quickly solve any issues right there and then. No need to be waiting back and forward emails.
Cons: Nothing huge really, but it would be great if they more integration with some CRM, and background check tools.

VidCruiter as a whole give's myself the best information to refer back to, as we can see people who have interviewed multiple times. The statistics section is also amazing for our end of year projects with management.
Pros: The versatility of the program allows us to make quick changes to our interview process to make it the best it can be.
Cons: There is not much. The program runs great. Sometimes there are automated flags for an invalid email/reference that we need to ignore. But it is good to still receive this information.

Wonderful experience end-to-end in our 2+ years of operations with VidCruiter. The implementation and ongoing Customer Experience teams are top notch as are the 24/7 chat support representatives.
Pros: Ease of use and ability to build custom flows. VidCruiter also works as an LMS for us that allows us to manage our contractor workforce with ease.
Cons: Lack of HubSpot integration is our one big blocker. If we could even have n8n or Zapier type plugins that could bridge, this would be super helpful.

Pros: VidCruiter is incredibly user-friendly, and the customer service is truly exceptional - They are responsive, helpful, and proactive.
Cons: It doesn’t fully integrate with our ATS the way we had hoped, but we’ve found effective workarounds, and it still adds great value.

Pros: VidCruiter's simple design allows me to focus on interviewing and hiring the best people for any job. Second, VidCruiter has been designed to empower me to move faster, and make decisions.
Cons: VidCruiter is a great tool for measuring candidates' performance during an interview. However, it could do with some additional search options. For example, it would be great to be able to search for a specific candidate based on their performance during a specific interview, rather than having to search for each interview separately.

Cons: Calendar integration is challenging for panel interviews. We have had tech issues here and there for the live interviews as well but the customer support team is strong and trying to resolve.

I have yet to encounter a company that has made implementation as easy as VidCruiter has made it. We have been fortunate to have [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team to partner with. They have been fantastic to work with. If we encountered any shift in a process, they have been quick to provide solutions and a fast turnaround time. Also, the technical support offered has been a great feature for all of our users to get prompt assistance. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
Pros: The ease of customizing it for each role and being able to screen higher caliber talent.
Cons: Along the way, if there have been features missing or specific needs that we have requested, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team have been fantastic about providing solutions and implementations.

Just outstanding. [SENSITIVE CONTENT]'s team is like... friends. Coworkers. I have to remind myself sometimes that they are an entirely different company who likely have other clients beyond just me. It feels like I'm the priority, and I deeply appreciate it.
Pros: I'm fresh out of public education and have never used a system like this. So for my first, you've set the bar high! In particular, the customer service support team is amazing! Their turn around time, problem solving, and "teaching a girl to fish" way of working together, has me feeling like they are legitimate colleagues.
Cons: I don't have anything to compare VidCruiter with. I guess the only thing is, we also use Bullhorn, and if there were an integration system, I would LOVE that, but a little "copy/paste" isn't killing my time.

Pros: The ability to provide candidates with online tests and pre-recorded video questions really helps with the initial stages of recruitment. Integration of the VidCruiter calendar with the Recruitments Team's own Outlook calendar save a great deal of time when scheduling interviews.
Cons: Adding functionality to allow Identity and DBS checks would further improve the product

The team is very quick to respond and action anything we request added, modified, or changed. They are working to roll out new changes all the time.
Pros: We hear from candidates constantly that they have not experienced anything like the video interview capability. Our managers benefit greatly from being able to share the links saving valuable down time between interviews.
Cons: Having the ability to have built in checklists to ensure compliance would take the document onboarding processes to the next level.

My overall experience is good.
Pros: VidCruiter has been a great addition to my team. It wasn't difficult to setup and my team could easily start working on it, due to the good looking UI that it brings. I've contacted their customer support once and they were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I haven't experienced anything that I disliked about VidCruiter. I also didn't use it for so long though.

Pros: This software is easy to use and made the process of compliling our data smooth. The customer service team is the best I've experienced. Team members are all knowledgable and are always available to assist.
Cons: As with any software, there are limitiations, especially when it comes to specific needs. This software covered 95% of my needs.

VidCruiter has totally changed our volunteer interview experience. It has been easy to set up, easy to use and easy to manage and when dealing with a large volume of people it has made the whole process far less manual. We have received a lot of positive feedback and we would recommend them to any major event in the future. The team at VidCruiter are hard to put into words, they were with us every step of the way, willing to help day and night and we could not be more grateful to them. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
Pros: - Biggest pro- Volunteers did not need to download or login to any specific software it was simply a link to click on. - From an administrator point of view we could also easily track volunteers every step of the way. - It was quick to set up with multiple people interviewing at different times - The emails could be customised - Automated reminders could be sent - Automated thank you email could be sent after completing their interview - Easy to reschedule interviews where necessary - Amazing software for large volumes of people
Cons: Honestly, there are no cons. VidCruiter ticked all boxes of what we needed. We still had a couple of people unable to hear/see on the interview but this was a handful out of 600, so we were delighted!

Indeed was not the greatest platform, but it was usable and despite it's quirks easy enough to figure out. This one doesn't follow any standard usability conventions. It reinvents everything and does it poorly. Anything that can be one click is several clicks.
Pros: It has a lot of features. But you have to figure them out.
Cons: It's probably the most convoluted and unintuitive software I've used. I'm a power user and am ok with learning curves if it makes sense and is worth it. This system is very poorly designed and everything is a struggle.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. Getting to know the team in meetings each week as we customised the product to our requirements was an absolute pleasure. They put me at ease and I could ask anything as we went along. I shall miss our weekly meetings!
Pros: Its far more user friendly than I was expecting! The online help that's available has been so useful while I'm still learning and I know that at any point I can reach out and get the support I need.
Cons: As I am relatively new to using VidCruiter I haven't come across anything yet that I don't like.
