I am not a "technical person" and the customer support at Eleo has been invaluable in my being able to comfortably use all the features available.
Pros: We have used Eleo for years for our international nonprofit organization. The customer support has been fantastic. Now that the 2.0 version has launched, all the new features have strengthened our donor relations and ability to collect important data. And all at a very affordable cost so we can direct our income to supporting humanitarian projects.
Cons: There are absolutely no complaints about Eleo. We are loyal customers. Over the years whenever there are questions, I received a personal response to help me.

Great experience. I love the customer service, the patience, and the expertise of the agents. They're extremely helpful.
Pros: Customer service is great, and live individuals answer the phone right away and resolve your issues. The best customer service I've ever experienced.
Cons: Having to manually process donations. When an email is received about a donation, you have to go in and manually process it.

Cons: There is nothing that we like the least about Eleo. Comfort Crew for Military Kids is happy with everything that Eleo provides.

Eleo has been a great tool for our organization for over 5 years now. We are a small nonprofit with 3 employees raising around half a million per year. I use other tools in conjunction like excel, and InDesign which is really easy to do by downloading csv's from Eleo. I have always been very satisfied with the customer service, finding them both helpful, pleasant, and prompt.
Pros: Eleo is hands down the best priced CRM and offers most of what the other CRMs offer at a quarter of the price. Integrating with our payment processor and website have been key. Being able to customize fields to collect specific information allows for great donor management. There is a great capacity for making reports customizable and being able to filter just the right information for your needs. The above and beyond customer service is extremely helpful and prompt.
Cons: In the past I have had issues with forms not functioning during high traffic times like of #GivingTuesday and have chosen to use another provider for this day. In fairness this was several years ago and we have not tried a high traffic day since. From time to time I have researched other CRM's as we grow because a member portal could be useful for our organization and is not offered in Eleo, but it is always just a headache and I discovered that other companies don't really offer anything more than Eleo and are a lot more money per month.

Pros: Eleo is a very affordable option for smaller nonprofits to access a critical tool in fundraising and donor management. The platform is intuitive, easy to learn, and helps us stay organized without overwhelming staff. Most importantly, the customer service is truly top-notch, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met quickly and effectively.
Cons: To keep costs low, Eleo does have some limitations in functionality compared to larger, more expensive systems. However, these limitations are rarely a barrier, and the excellent support staff consistently helps us find practical solutions or workarounds that fit our needs.

Pros: Eleo is user friendly and easy to navigate! Uploading documents is a breeze, love all the breakdowns of donations through the years! Reports are helpful and detailed. Support is always quick and helpful! Would recommend to anyone who need to track donations!
Cons: No complaints with Eleo, any issues that may come up, are addressed by support and handled in a timely manner.

Professional. Easy to work with. Easy to problem solve (but there were few problems). No extraneous functionality.
Pros: Amazing customer service (real person). Economical. Does the job. Easily transferred to another organization when our contract with client changed. We did our due diligence to find a new donor database, and chose Eleo. We've worked with them for two years. I would recommend them to organizations that don't want complexity, drama, or extraneous functions. Five stars.
Cons: No cons. Everyone who worked with them found them easy to work with, reliable, clear, and responsive.

Overall, Eleo has been an indispensable tool for the Samaritan Bethany Foundation. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and has truly transformed the way we manage our operations.
Pros: The Eleo team is always responsive and offers outstanding support whenever I need it. They've been incredibly helpful in ensuring I get the most out of the platform and customizing it to meet our foundation’s unique needs. I especially appreciate the one-on-one training sessions, and I can always find a convenient time to connect.
Cons: The system doesn't support our letterhead template. While I can write the letter, I need to adjust my process to create the final product.

Our overall experience with ELEO has been excellent. It is easy to use and learn, and I am confident that Customer Support, especially [sensitive content hidden] will assist me with any questions. The webinars are very helpful.
Pros: Using ELEO we are able to track donations, generate mailings and reports from one product. The Customer Support and training materials are superior. [sensitive content hidden], Client Support Specialist, has been our "Guardian Angel".
Cons: I have not encountered any "Cons". Any questions or items needing clarification are always addressed by training materials in the library or by one of the Customer Support team members.

I used to have Neon as our CRM. Unfortunately their software updates began counterproductive and the cost too high. Unfortunately, Neon required using their payment processing and their software updates seemed to be targeted for mid to large size nonprofits.
Pros: The customer services is so nice and easy to work with. Night and day compared to our last CRM.
Cons: Integrations can be challenging to execute.

The Eleo support people are very eager to answer any questions that I ask them. If the first person I talk to does not know the answer, then they will get someone who does know the answer to talk to me. They have worked very well with me. They explain things clearly and take me through the steps I need to know.

Really helped our small non-profit “step up” from excel reports to a database environment. Easy to run letters, year end tax statements and top donor reports.
Pros: ELEO provides a ton of functionality and organization at an incredibly reasonable price for small to medium nonprofits. Their onboarding process to import all data was very comprehensive and there are many ways to customize the platform to make it easier to access and grow donor support. The best part is the email support - my specific queries have always received detailed instructions from the ELEO support team within hours.
Cons: Would love to be able to run a report on Monthly donors or be able to add our logo to templates.

Use it for managing 600 memberships....Never a problem....best part is when you make a mistake it lets you know before you can proceed
Pros: EZ to use...EZ to update...has very cool self correcting feature that prevents me from making errors
Cons: Have not had any problems so far...sometimes there is a very short delay in processing info...but that is a rare occurrence

There are a lot of great features but the processing speed is enough of an issue that I am researching other options.
Pros: You can do a lot like track donations, create event and donation pages and other links. You can export data.
Cons: It could be more user friendly, in my experience there have been several times when it has glitched and I've had to start over on what I was working on. The largest issue is that it is severely slow - like dial up in 1999 processing speed. I have tried it on different computers and my phone and it is extremely slow on all three. Other users from our organization have noted the same thing.I also wish their support was available more often.

We needed a CRM with a complete suite of tools that also fits our small nonprofit budget. ELEO fits the bill and then some! Customer service is amazing, the support in their online library is extensive, and ELEO does everything we need it to do at a price we can afford. If you're shopping around for a CRM database, this is the one!
Pros: User-friendliness, support videos and library, sooo many reports
Cons: I really don't have any cons; there are a few tools that I haven't used yet, so I guess it's possible I could find something. But honestly, nothing comes to mind.

Pros: Eleo customer service is top notch. Reliable, available and easy to connect with - it is a huge help to know that my questions will always be answered with speed and confidence.
Cons: As a newer user I do find that you can accomplish your goals in more than one way. This can be a bit confusing at first but with customer support it is also easily navigated.

Eleo is affordable and meets all of our business needs. They have the best customer service around, and I can easily speak with a person or get a quick email response if I have an issue! Definitely recommend.
Pros: Eleo is very affordable, especially for a small nonprofit like us! They always have the best customer service. If I ever have an issue, I hear back within the hour with the help I need and also tutorials!
Cons: Eleo works best on Google Chrome. I prefer to use Mozilla firefox, so this is my biggest con; however, it is an easy fix and not a problem to work around!

Cons: The software feels a little clunky sometimes, my main questions are always about how to download specific lists of information, but with the excellent customer service, the confusion is always solved quickly.

Pros: As someone who is new to donor management software, I have relied heavily on Eleo's internal support team (and the multitude of learning tools they provide) to guide me through the complexities of donor and fundraising management. From a pure customer service standpoint, they sit atop my list of vendors over a career that spans thirty years.
Cons: I have yet to encounter an issue I would label as a "con."

Excellent. Easy to learn and use. Excellent technical support. On the spot help if needed.
Pros: So far it has been easy to learn and easy to use. The library is full of downloadable instruction modules and videos. Support by telephone has been stellar.
Cons: That there isn’t an event category for selling tickets to a concert. All registrations for events on Eleo are put into the gift category. In the music world ticket sales to an event (a concert) are not donations or gifts. Yet, those who purchase the tickets can potentially become donors. Keeping track of ticket sales on a donor database would be helpful in fundraising activities.
