I've had a great experience with Patagoina Health.
Pros: I feel it is very easy to use and very easy to understand
Cons: I don't believe I have any cons at this point and time

Pros: User friendly workflow, easily customizable features and great customer support.
Cons: I wish we didn’t have to change our passwords so frequently but I understand the need in terms of safety.

Pros: The ease of the system and functionality it’s flexible and customizable for our needs
Cons: There are no features that I wanted to mention at this time.
Tiara M. · Program Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · July 10, 2023
Pros: Nothing. I do not like the set up and how you have to move around while trying to keep your train of thought.
Cons: It is so chopped up, hard to stay focused, with having to maneuver around to getting notes and pcp done. It is easier to see a whole page of information instead of just little boxes all over the place. Do not like this program at all.
Ruth B. · social practioner · Mental Health Care · June 19, 2023
satisfied
Pros: Ease of use when reviewing patient lab results.
Cons: there are information that lab can use but not available in Patagonia. I wish the encounter form is available and faxing to outside provider is available.
Julie C. · Laboratory Supervisor · Hospital & Health Care · June 15, 2023
Pros: It was easy to use and it notification feature was key to keep appointments and contacting clients
Cons: it would crash periodically , which made data entry frustrating
Kelly G. · Community Health Worker · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 13, 2023
Very responsive company to deal with. Perfect for a Public Health agency that is small in size and does not have full time staff dedicated to monitor and work with EHR.
Pros: very helpful implementation team and training. Responsive to problems, questions and training. Can make templates that are standardized for your practice.
Cons: the EHR jumps around while using it, slow to load up pages at time.
Kimberly M. · Nursing Supervisor · Hospital & Health Care · June 12, 2023
Pros: After using an different EMR for a bit I came to value the visual presentation of Patagonia.
Cons: At times it can feel like change requests from the average everyday worker are listened to as well as management.
Cindy C. · Medical Biller, Clerk 3 · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 12, 2023
Pros: Being able to quickly schedule or reschedule appointments for client/patient. As well as creating my schedule for the work week.
Cons: The format to see clients full name in daily appointments

is a good system overall i like it
Pros: ease to use ....fast to search a patient, like the options to add to the calendrer
Cons: not able to print label when the patient is already added to the calendar you have to go back to actions and then patient encounter page to print the labels.
Patricia V. · PUBLIC HEALTH TECHINCIAN · Hospital & Health Care · June 12, 2023
Very poor
Pros: Very few features that work well - not very user friendly
Cons: Not user friendly, can't have more than one person in the same chart, often looses charted notes, a lot of down time, printing issues/connectivity with printers, pharmacy frequently messes up, often missing needed fields for charting. E-prescribe is often difficult to use, not intuitive.
Irina L. · Public Health Nurse II · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 12, 2023
Pros: Patagonia makes it easy to monitor that documentation has been collected and signed, assign documents to a clinician for use or reviews, and store review patient records. The escribe feature allows for us to eliminate use of a script pad and assure medicine has been ordered at the patient pharmacy. Adding and removing staff is easy as well as training.
Cons: If the EHR could add ADT alerts with live time alerts when a client is admitted in/discharged or transfered from the ER or hospital that would help us.
Amanda W. · CEO · Mental Health Care · June 11, 2023
At this time running reports for individual person or location.
Pros: All the features are important. They had to improvise and set up a program for hearing and vision. I would make sure that all departments of the organization have the same capabilities with having to improvise and set up.
Cons: Yes, we are not able to run reports for an individual person/location without having everyone's results. It first it was difficult being that you had to prepare alot of data beforehand to export into the system.

It has be a good experience.
Pros: Its very easy to use . Much better than paper.
Cons: It goes out a lot. LOTS of steps to print labels
Sheila W. · Medical assistant · Medical Practice · June 8, 2023
Its been easy and not to hard to use
Pros: Its very easy program to learn. I started on this program 6 months ago and appreciate how easy it is make appointments and do billing. Its basic and to the point.
Cons: The flags that constantly pop up when you click on the patient tabs is extremely frustrating when it does it all the time. Also would like the inventory log medication when low to be red instead of black, its slightly confusing as a new user.
Diana G. · Clerical Admin Assistant · Hospital & Health Care · June 8, 2023
Customers service usually gets back to you in a timely manner.
Pros: I like the scheduling module very easy to work with.
Cons: I think reports are a little difficult to process.
Eva R. · Office Manager · Medical Practice · June 8, 2023
Pros: The ease of use and functionality. Processing claims or doing rebills is easy with this system.
Cons: I do not have any dislikes about using Patagonia. The system is very user friendly.
Pamela B. · PROCESSING ASSISTANT V · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 8, 2023
Pros: What I like most about Patagonia Health is the ease with client retention, insurance eligibility, Billing, accounts receivable, client reminder messages, etc...
Cons: One problem I do have with Patagonina Health is that it is app based. Too many times our internet doesn't support it properly and the program freezes.
Melissa D. · Office Manager/ Fiscal Agent · Medical Practice · June 8, 2023
Pros: I'm so sorry, I am I don't have a response for that.
Cons: Not user friendly at all. Too many steps involved to complete a task.
Amy W. · Hearing & Vision Technician · Hospital & Health Care · June 8, 2023
The experience was good overall. Took a bit to get use to once the transfer of programs started but in the end it was okay
Pros: It was pretty easy to use. The tabs guide you through easily. It made charting pretty easy to do when charting lots of information on clients
Cons: Not enough drop down features. It would be nice to have the features of more drop down selections which would help to shorten the length of typing
Robin C. · EH Secretary · Government Administration · June 8, 2023
I love Patagonia! Ease of use!
Pros: Easy to use, user friendly! I use it every day!
Cons: Updates sometimes cause little glitches!
Tonya C. · Registered Nurse · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 8, 2023
When compared to paper charts, Patagonia Health is absolutely a better alternative. Unfortunately, they are still new to the behavioral health sector and the majority of their assets still appear to be geared to Public Health.
Pros: Transitioning from paper to electronic was nice, and made many functions easier to implement within our clinic. Having information at the click of a mouse is nice.
Cons: Patagonia Health started as a platform for Public Health. We were one of the first agencies using it for behavioral health (which they hid from us when signing on) and the early growing pains are apparent. I have been in the field for 30 years so I know what works and what is needed, and their response time in implementing is slow if it happens at all.
Keith M. · President · Mental Health Care · June 6, 2023
I Love It
Pros: Everything is in one spot for a client. Billing is easy. Scheduling is easy. very user friendly
Cons: Just going from paper to electronic records. scanning all old records into the file is very time consuming, but well worth it
Betsy V. · Office Support Assistant · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 6, 2023
So far there hasn't been any problems and I've been satisfied.
Pros: pretty easy to follow. Like how it tells you automatically if your claim through billing went through or what needs to be corrected if billed wrong.
Cons: sometimes I've had problems pulling up a name even when I put in a few letters or the whole name it doesn't always want to pull so I'll have to use a birthdate if provided.
