Pros: Intuitive user experience, integrated technology such as the AI sidekick tool, and really effective and responsive support staff. Implementation is really seamless, and their onboarding team has really thought of everything. I use this software daily and I've had a really great experience with this so far. They also have a lot of good partners for integrating features such as faxing, merchant processors, RTM features, and home exercise program softwares.

Cons: The onboarding process is extremely thorough, and for a small business owner that runs a solo practice, it can be very daunting. Cash-based billing features still need to be developed to make it easier for practices that are not billing insurance. Last thing I would say is that I would love other options to integrate with merchant processors. They only allow for one vendor at this time.

Pros: The system is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage tasks efficiently. [sensitive content hidden] has provided outstanding assistance with billing inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively. The online scheduling system is consistently used for both new and existing patients, streamlining the appointment process.

Cons: The built-in HEP exercise library prompts could be improved, although I understand integrations like PT Wired address this.

Pros: There are nice features with prompt, the billing feature is usually pretty easy and straight forward.

Pros: The ease of completing notes, the ability to integrate with other systems such as Virtual Sally.

Cons: Seems like after every update the system crashes which makes it difficult to provide the best care for our patients.

Pros: Prompt is very user friendly, and has been an easy system to train new staff on. I like that it's web based and can access from anywhere. Love the option to download reports or have a quick view. The Prompt team is always quick to respond and help out with any feature requests.

Cons: The system sometimes lags after an update is made. Normally, any issues get resolved pretty quickly.

Pros: It's easy to use and has a clean layout which makes finding what I need pretty quick. I also really like the reporting tools and how custom things are.

Cons: Sometimes it runs a little slow when switching between sections and some updates take a bit to get used to.

Pros: We've been using Prompt EMR for over a few years now in our outpatient physical therapy clinic, and the experience has been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, highly customizable, and has dramatically streamlined our documentation and scheduling workflow. The speed and ease of use are unmatched compared to other EMRs we’ve used in the past.

Cons: It crashes sometimes after an update comes out. The exercise flowsheet is now on multiple pages vs one continuous page

Pros: Very user friendly and able to customize to what our business needs are.

Cons: Glitchy at times, causing some frustration within clinics, but Prompt addresses all issues quickly.

Pros: I enjoy the access to Prompt the most - It is very easy to use and having access to this EMR on any server is great. This system is extremely easy to teach/learn and navigate.

Cons: I dislike the amount of updates and how often the system goes down. The Prompt team is very responsive and does their best to fix issues, but this does happen more often than not.

Pros: It's incredibly user friendly. I like that there are several ways to navigate to any given location in the platform, so you can essentially tailor your experience to how you like to work and what is most efficient for each user. Prompt is the best EMR software I have used in my 15 years of billing.

Cons: There really isn't anything I don't like about Prompt. I like to give constructive feedback, because I always think everyone can improve, but the ease of use and super fast support makes this system top-notch in my book.

Pros: It is so intuitive and easy to use, even for those unfamiliar with any EMR system. It is also constantly evolving and updating for a more seamless and efficient process.

Cons: It requires you to keep up with the changes regularly. However, they do provide notes and videos to help you with you.

Pros: Interface is easy to use and understand.

Cons: We commonly encounter difficulties after Prompt updates.

Pros: The ease of finding answers with the knowledge base. It makes things easy to find and step by step instructions.

Cons: Sometimes it will show a claim error or rejection, however the claim is on file with the insurance company.

Pros: We can track a claim through the entire Revenue Cycle which is fantastic for getting our clients paid.

Cons: Auto posting can be fickle so we try to avoid that in order to make sure posting is 100% accurate.

Pros: Ease of use of the software and they are willing to hear feedback to make their software even better.

Cons: The frequent upgrades that result in the software crashing

Pros: It is so easy to use and navigate. It was also very easy to learn.

Cons: I don't like that I have to have a different log in for each clinic. It would be amazing if one login would allow me to access all clinics.

Pros: Prompt has a wonderful customer service team, a sleek and modern platform with intuitive features that ties together the entire EMR model in a way that is easy to learn (see their resource library for more) and easy to use on a day to day basis. They also have a robust reporting system for practice management to allow you to really see what is going on operationally and financially with your clinic.

Cons: As it is a web-based EMR, the main downside is the possibility for EMR outages. HOWEVER, their engineering team is very proactive and is quick to reinstate the EMR and fix any issues as they arise.

Pros: What I like most about Prompt is that, it's easy to use and runs smoothly.

Cons: I do dislike the task section, I wish we had the ability to tag someone and comment.

Pros: Prompt Customer service always goes above and beyond to help us with whatever we need. The program is great because it applies electronic payments for us as well as alerts us to any claims that need attention right away.

Cons: There really isn't anything to dislike about Prompt

Pros: Ease of scheduling: copy and pasting appointments/meetings or sending a booking link directly to the patient. Being able to send paperwork prior to the intial evaluation is one of my favorite features.

Cons: Multiple day scheduling gets frustrating when I want to edit the entire group of appointments, but have to do it one by one once its been initally set.

Cons: The pricing is a little bit high but to be fair it's worth it for the stellar service and superior product. They're constantly making updates trying to improve things and really listen to feedback and that is something I'll happily pay for.

Pros: Ease of EMR and they system is NEVER down

Cons: There isn't a full ledger view at the patient level for ease of navigating the account
