ON A SCALE OF 1-5; 5 BEING THE EXCELLENT I WOULD SAY CHECKPOINT IS ABOUT A 3. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE CONSTANT ISSUES...
Pros: THE EASE TO MANEUVER IN THE SYSTEM. I DO LIKE THE FACT THAT IT WILL CATCH DUPLICATE CHARTS. I LIKE THE ABILITY TO DELETE PRIOR TO BILLING. MY STAFF MAKE MISTAKES OFTEN WITH THE DATES SO IT'S GREAT TO BE ABLE TO JUST DELETE WHEN NEEDED AND CHANGE THE DATE WHEN SIMPLE MISTAKES ARE MADE.
Cons: NOT ENOUGH TIME BEFORE TIMING OUT, BETTER WITH CHANGES. THE CLIENT PORTAL NOT THE EASIEST TO MANEUVER. ALSO AT LEAST EVERY OTHER WEEK WE HAVE ISSUES WITH IT NOT WANTING TO OPEN; EVEN AFTER WE CLEAR OUT THE HISTORY.

I have been with Checkpoint since I had my agency in 2009 and now I am back as an individual provider, which has been almost 10 years.
Pros: Responds quickly and provides support immediately.
Cons: Would like more clarity and support on denied claims.

Staff is friendly and helpful. There has never been an issue that the team was unable to resolve. I would like more assistance with billing issues with the various insurance companies.
Pros: Good application to work with staff and clients.
Cons: It is not always user friendly for the specific needs of peer support services.

As mentioned before, CP it's very easy to navigate, been using it for a year and never had any issues with it.
Pros: Easy to navigate and people super friendly when you're seeking help.
Cons: Never had an issue with CP, every time we had a problem, everyone was very helpful.

Overall, it has been a good experience and I really don't have any complaints.
Pros: The timeliness in getting a response from the staff.
Cons: Not being able to get the denied and or rejected claims resubmitted by the staff. I beleive it should be something they should do as well.

Pros: How convenient it is to locate patients, run reports, and re bill insurances.
Cons: During an audit, the insurance company requests medical notes for a specific time period. It would be helpful to pull a notes report in bulk and not one by one.

Overall, my experience has been good. I have not had any problems with checkpoint.
Pros: Checkpoint is very simply and easy to navigate.
Cons: The changes with the diagnoses. You can't not put end dates to the diagnoses with the new changes.

Overall I get it a 9/10. It helps me as a single business owner get a lot of things done in an organized, quick, and concise way.
Pros: I met them at a conference and the staff was very knowledgeable. Their customer service has been top-notch since I purchased the software. I never have had an issue and they also help me figure out my problems. They continue to upgrade and improve the software regularly.
Cons: At first, it took a little getting used to it. However, it did not take long and I was up and running. I do wish it had a HIPAA-compliant video platform as part of the package so that it was all integrated.

Pros: I love the user ease of the EHR as a whole. It is not bombarded by a bunch of extra stuff and pages. I love the reports options. It has been one of the best EHRs I have used in my career if not the best that I have tried. They are always trying to improve and take suggestions from those using the system on how to improve.
Cons: When they update things often they take away or change things that we felt were user friendly and worked well the way they were and make it slightly more complicated. When certain updates happen it will glitch and not save some things. When we open our viewer now to view documents a lot of time our documents show as symbols instead of the text but are normal when we download them so we are not able to view a lot of our documents once uploaded when they made the last change with opening documents and now have to download most of our documents if we want to read them.

It's been a positive experience, customer service is excellent and there's a wide range of products/services offered that help with billing.
Pros: Ease of use- the interface is user friendly, so training new staff to use it is a breeze. The ability to add/edit/remove billing codes as needed is also extremely useful.
Cons: There are periods where providers are unable to enter/save notes, but these are sporadic and usually fixed quickly.

Wonderful, never really had any problems, and I have been using them for so long.
Pros: I always get an answer right away when I have a question about anything. The customer services is outstanding.
Cons: I would like more choices for Client reports.

I enjoy Integrity overall, one of my favorite EHRs.
Pros: I feel like Integrity is easy to use and has a clean interface.
Cons: Sometimes it doesn't work the way it should. If I run a report at times I get different results.

It's been great would recommend to any company for billing.
Pros: What I like mist about Checkpoint is the billing piece we use. We can customize it for our needs and it has worked for us for many years,
Cons: Slower in developing certain features that would make billing easer.
