Pros: Once you figure it out, it's easy to use! Customer service is excellent and they're constantly making improvements to the software.

Cons: There was a little bit of a learning curve to create forms and use some of the features. Some parents have a harder time with this learning curve.

Pros: Being able to automatically charge parents every month has been a killer feature for me and saved a bunch of time.

Cons: That I cannot send customized reminders for missed payments. E.g. when parent misses a payment after 30 days they receive a message, and after 60 another message.

Pros: We’ve had a great experience with TUIO! Their customer service is consistently responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making things easier for us. I especially appreciate how frequently they roll out updates—it’s clear they’re always listening to feedback and working to improve the platform. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s not only reliable but also constantly evolving to better meet the needs of its users.

Cons: It’s a lesser known platform and while new updates are helpful and add much needed features it can be frustrating to constantly learn new material.

Pros: TUIO Staff & Support made it very easy to move from being a paper-based school only accepting cash & checks to having more flexibility with accepting different types of payments and keeping forms online!

Cons: There was not really anything that we did not like about TUIO. There are certain software features, such as adding on options with the Tuition registration that could be made simpler, but we have found ways to make it work regardless!

Pros: The way registration forms and permission forms can be integrated with payments, so everything is done in one place at the same time. Also, the customer service is fast and excellent.

Cons: Really nothing! It is easy to use and offers a lot of integrations.

Pros: The best part about TUIO is the customer service they provide. They are super speedy in responding to questions, they explain things in a way that is easy to understand! They are so helpful. Also, their product is not confusing to use at all!

Cons: I wish I got an email when a payment fails.

Pros: It is a convenient platform for tuition payments.

Cons: TUIO's SIS is not as comprehensive or feature-rich as other platforms. It is great for administrative tasks and would be so much better if it offered academic management as well.

Pros: The best thing about TUIO is it makes the billing, registration and enrollment easier to opeate and understand. It keeps our bookkeeping effortless. Also, the customer service is great as they are just one email away and always ready to solve things for user.

Cons: The part which I like least about TUIO is in different devices it looks differently which makes user confused however, with TUIO customer service it get fixed quickly.

Pros: TUIO has saved us time and effort as we no longer have to prepare and send out invoices and with pre-authorized payments, we virtually never have to chase down clients for missed payments. The support team is always quickly available when we have had questions or suggestions.

Cons: It would be nice if there options to make input forms a bit more attractive.

Pros: Should you value freedom and peace of mind, I would like to recommend Tuio. Their support is, without question, exceptional, with a team consistently prepared to exceed expectations.

Cons: I do not have a con to report at this time. .

Pros: TUIO is great application for Registrations & Payments. Not only its great for administration but also for the parents. Its secure and user-friendly. It saves a lot of time and is great for management.

Cons: If you have multiple campuses it doesn't duplicate the information from one to another. It would be more efficient if it can do that.

Pros: TUIO has a simple and easy platform for admissions and enrollment. It is easy to to store and track student profiles, enter invoices and create forms for the parents.

Cons: There is not anything I dislike about. If i had to say anything at all it would be not being able to add our logo how we want it on forms.

Pros: I've been using TUIO for the past year, and I've been really impressed. The software is easy to use and has a lot of features that make it a great tool for managing school finances. I particularly like the tax receipt feature, which saves me time every year. Setting up automatic tuition payments was a breeze, and the platform's reliability is unmatched. We highly recommend TUIO to any educational institution seeking a robust financial management solution.

Cons: That we hadn't discovered it sooner - it's been a game changer for us.

Cons: So far it is very good. I am waiting for them to add an attendance app to it.

Pros: Quick set up with great customer service. All questions submitted to the support team are answered quickly.

Cons: Some parents have trouble using TUIO. The credit card fees are high however parents still like having that option and the automatic payments make things a lot easier.

Pros: The website is quick, easy to use and the customer service is excellent.

Cons: Our admissions coordinator would like to see more options for wait-listing incoming families.

Pros: I like that Tuio helps us streamline our entire admission and enrollment process.

Cons: Tuio is expensive for us as a small private school.

Pros: There customer service and response time is outstanding. I have always heard from them when I have a question that needs answering.

Cons: The forms feature is not the easiest to work with. Cannot format them how I would like.

Pros: The support staff at TUIO is amazing, they are quick and very helpful.

Cons: The only 2 thing that I would like to see developed is to have a conversation to happen if a stop payment occurs before it happens. Sometimes the student is still enrolled in the program and they do a stop payment and that results in a charge. but if a conversation could occur before that would be better. The second thing that i would highly suggest to be improved is how withdrawals show up on parent's statements. since it is a series of numbers some people don't recognize what the payment is for.

Pros: With TUIO, payment processing is easy and the software is easy to setup and use.

Cons: I haven't encountered issues yet with TUIO

Pros: The customer support is amazing! They are always there when I need them. They make themselves avalable through email, quick chat, meetings, and phone calls!

Cons: Nothing! The navigation can be hard as a new user but is instantly made easy with all of the help guides provided to us from their experts.

Pros: TUIO has made our payment processing procedures so much easier from the Administration end; payments are made easily and are trackable. Families are able to keep their accounts up to date and check their accounts easily. The automated messaging and reminders of withdrawals, missed payments, new charges etc., keeps the client families aware. All payments are traceable and can easily be tracked. The technical support that TUIO provides is wonderful as well. They are easy to reach and respond with solutions that work.

Cons: I can not comment on this. Anytime there was an issue or help was needed, TUIO responded.
