It is a solid and dependable platform that offers great value. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, the pros far outweigh the cons, and it has definitely helped us achieve our goals more efficiently than before.
Pros: The most impressive aspect of this software is its intuitive user interface. It makes complex tasks feel very simple and straightforward, allowing our team to stay productive without a steep learning curve.
Cons: The initial setup was a bit more time-consuming than I expected. Additionally, I would like to see more detailed documentation or video tutorials to help navigate some of the more advanced settings and features.

Very goood and easy to use.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: I cannot see in the dashboard, if the proposals are expired, or when will expire! I would like to organise the proposals depending on their status, Expired, accepted, declined, draft.

I’m very satisfied - both the service and the product are very convenient. I would appreciate it if the document editing process were simpler and less cumbersome, but overall it’s an amazing product. Thank you very much for everything!
Pros: the way that the propodal look and the easyness for customer to sign both contract and proposal.....
Cons: the way that i can edit the proposal. not comfortable at all.

Great. I've been using Prospero for more than 3 years now. It provides me with great value whenever I need to send a proposal.
Pros: Easy to use. Saves time. Basically, it is a must-have if you want to send proposals to potential clients quickly.
Cons: Sometimes the editing gets a bit buggy. Also, the fact that they have doubled the price since last year. It is still providing great value, nonetheless.

Prosper is a fundamental part of our business. It is a professional looking sales tool that helps us to create proposals that instill confidence in our business for prospective clients.
Pros: Prospero provides us with great looking proposals that set our business apart from our competitor's boring Word documents. I really like how easily it helps us to organize information so that everything is clear for our prospective clients.
Cons: I've been a customer for likely over 2 years, and all of the features I've wanted have been added (and then some), and various kinks have been worked out. Any time the software is not functioning the ay that I want it to, customer service is always quick to help.

Amazing. [sensitive content hidden] was helpful and recovered all of the templates that were lost when our employee exited and deleted everything. She was friendly and helpful in a high stress situation.
Pros: Quick & responsive service. They recovered our agreement templates after a former employee deleted them.
Cons: NA I think Prospero's service is amazing. It would be nice if there was a direct phone number. Also, this process took 4 weeks. I wish it could have been handled in a few days.

Pros: Prospero makes building winning proposals effortless and professional
Cons: Some design options feel limited. A bit more customization would make it truly perfect.

Great experience using Prospero for our web design agency. It suits our agency's needs very well! I would recommend it for design and development agencies who need a simple solution for proposals.
Pros: Great software for creating proposals. I love the clean minimal layout. It's not bloated with features like a lot of the other similar tools and it's pretty affordable. Great for small agencies like ours. I'm using it for 5 years now and haven't had to reach out to support about anything or had any major issues. It just works and is easy to use. Our clients also love it — I had multiple clients tell me the loved the proposal layout and how straightforward and clear it was.
Cons: Sometimes there are small technical bugs, like sections are not being saved properly. However this is rare.

Prospero made my proposal work faster, cleaner, and reliable. I build polished docs, send fast, track views, collect signatures, and get paid in one flow, without friction. It removed busywork, improved client response time, and kept sales consistent.
Pros: I create fast, clean, professional docs in minutes. The editor stays simple. The results look premium. Clients sign faster. I have used Prospero for 3 years. It delivers!! • I build proposals with zero formatting pain • The included Templates save me hours every week • E- Signatures close deals without friction • Payment tools shorten the sales cycle • Proposals look consistent every time
Cons: None. After three years, Prospero met every core need for proposal layout, speed, signatures, payments, and client clarity without adding friction or wasted steps.

Pros: using it more than a year. easy to use, to build beautiful templates. log of customer actions is also very helpful.
Cons: none. i had some issue with uploading the cover to the quote and the support was very helpful - they replied in less than 5 minutes of waiting

We run a video agency and Prospero has become our proposal home base. It centralizes proposals, contracts, and signatures, so our handoffs are smoother and our close rate improved. The app feels thoughtfully built for agencies: variables for client names/prices, section libraries, quick links, and integrated signing/payment. Support is responsive and the product keeps getting better. It saves us hours every week and makes us look polished in front of clients.
Pros: Prospero makes proposals stupid-fast. The templates, pricing tables, and reusable content blocks let us spin up client-ready docs in minutes. E-sign + invoice in the same flow is a game-changer, and the “client viewed” notifications help us follow up at the perfect time. Branding is clean (fonts/colors/logo), links are reliable, and the editor is refreshingly simple—no learning curve for our team.
Cons: Would love deeper design controls (more layout flexibility and animation), richer analytics (time on each section), and stronger multi-user collaboration (comments/permissions). Mobile editing works, but the desktop experience is much better.
Sohail K. · Managing Director · Media Production · October 28, 2025
Very bad experience. I had to contact them at least once a week and they always saying that it’ll be solve soon, but it’s never solved soon. We can avoid talking about all the bug during the creation of the proposal, while you can’t edit properly because you select something but it’ll affect another element… But your lead won’t even be able to see your proposal because their server are always down, it’s not working. Then it makes you feel unprofessional because you use a tool that can’t even make their main feature work just a little bit.
Pros: It seems easy, but when you start using it, everything becomes more complicated. There is tons of bug, even copy paste something is a challenge.
Cons: You can’t use it as a real professional tool. Their service is always down so lead can’t even check or sign proposals because it can’t be accessed

Overall, it’s been a refreshing experience. I’ve tried multiple proposal tools, but Prospero strikes a perfect balance between design freedom and structured professionalism.
Pros: I really liked how intuitive and quick it is to build professional proposals. The templates are clean, customizable, and easy to brand. The ability to save sections and reuse them is a huge time-saver.
Cons: It would be fantastic if it could connect with Zoho books my accounting software. Sometimes there is a lg when I create templates.
Jayan V. · Director · Design · October 6, 2025
Great—I can now present proposals with a polished and professional design, much more easily, quickly, and efficiently than before.
Pros: The integration with Pipedrive allows me to easily create proposals by pulling all the necessary information directly from the platform.
Cons: Editing templates to create your own can be a bit challenging, as the sections aren’t very flexible.

This is a great product. My agency has been using it for many years. Our proposals definitely stand out from the competition.
Pros: Super clean interface and easily customizable. The proposals look fantastic on the frontend as well. Also great support.
Cons: There used to be some responsiveness issues on mobile but those issues been fixed. No cons at the current moment.

Overall, Prospero is a great tool—fast, user-friendly, and efficient for creating proposals. While it could use more templates and budget-friendly options, it delivers solid results!
Pros: What I love most about Prospero is its speed, ready-to-use templates, and effortless proposal creation. It saves time while delivering professional results
Cons: Limited template options, pricing can be high, and no free plan for beginners with tight budgets. Needs more affordability
Rocky R. · Director, filmmaker, storyteller · Motion Pictures and Film · August 2, 2025
Excellent! Always willing to help out. Fast and prompt replies from the customer service team. We are solid in their court!
Pros: Prospero is an all-around great app. A lot of thought went into its design. I like the saved modules.
Cons: Hard to think of something. Maybe the 100 min on reviews. hsiwknbaguebaojXNSAXDHSDUadhiwhdbnwqwdhuqwg

I would say quite straight forward, and easy to use for a small team. It’s helped simplify the proposal process and centralize our templates.
Pros: I heard about Prospero from Make.com platform and decided to try it. It's a super user friendly platform, in comparison to what I have seen on the market. I also like their support team, who are very responsive and eager to help with any issues.
Cons: We had some issues with deleting template, however, those were resolved by the Prospero support team.

My overall experience with Prospero has been very positive. It’s a user-friendly platform that makes creating and sending professional quotes fast and simple. The support team is responsive and helpful, and the system has saved me a lot of time.
Pros: Prospero makes it incredibly easy to create professional quotes quickly. The interface is intuitive and saves me a lot of time. On top of that, their support team is fast, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommended!
Cons: The mobile experience could be improved, as it's not as smooth or intuitive as the desktop version..

The platform helped me do exactly what I was looking to do. Design a proposal from a template and allow clients to e-sign.
Pros: The ability for clients to sign documents and our ability to view client data right from the dashboard. I loved the fact we could even see the amount of time the client spent viewing the document.
Cons: The design quality of the templates could be better. I chose a template but the design of it was still pretty basic. Something I could have done myself.
Jordan D. · Director · Computer Software · June 8, 2025
Great! I was searching for affordable, quick ways to send proposals to potential clients and found it with Prospero.
Pros: It's affordable and super easy to use. This program helped me get my first proposal out in less than 30 minutes.
Cons: I wish the templates were a bit more industry specific and more professionally written.
Kimberly D. · Owner · Marketing and Advertising · May 14, 2025
Pros: I love that the proposal format allows us to explain why we think our services will best support our potential client. Previously, we were using something with a bunch of lawyer talk. Prospero gives us time to setup our services and the outcome before our clients get to the pricing section.
Cons: We like most features. We have had a few times where our work has not saved while we are working.
Ryan S. · CEO · Education Management · March 27, 2025
Overall, it was an excellent experience. Having worked with a competitive product (which was 5x the cost), the platform works to our satisfaction.
Pros: It is easy to use. You can share a proposal via a web link and make changes on the fly. Changes are reflected near real-time, with no need to create a PDF and ask your prospect to discard the previous proposal, etc.
Cons: Some of the templates provided need improvement, and product support could be enhanced. Support is available via email, but often, several days pass without a response.
James O. · CEO · Information Technology and Services · March 15, 2025
Pros: save time and look professional. very useful.
Cons: I would love it to be more adjustable and tailor made, and more supported for Hebrew based documents.
