No hemos tenido inconvenientes con la configuración, aunque no hay soporte directo, es muy comprensible debido a que se paga como suscripción

Pros: I like most is value for money and full Admin access with all requirements and satisfaction and also very good and very useful for mid and small enterprise and business i love it. You should try it !
Cons: Only one thing I don't like about zoho that it is not giving options to update my company logo when I forgot to update in first time basic setting and this is only drawback rest is very good and very useful for non tech or normal users.

Yes, it has been good in comparison to some of the others we're trialling but we really like it a lot.
Pros: Still in the trial period but good so far! Has almost everything we need for asmall/medium business.

Pros: Zoho people is a great and value for money solution to streamline HR process. Also Onboarding, offboarding, is very easy to use.
Cons: Some functions are hidden so i have to spend more time to search and work on them like leave assigning is more cruicial that how much leave i want to allow to my employee and i can't able to find those functions.

Useful, I would say in general. Customer support requires improvement. More people need to be hired.
Pros: Easy functionality. The interface is friendly enough. Seems to load quickly as well. Decent overall.

Pros: Zoho People created a unified portal where employees could raise questions about payroll, travel, or policies. HR could set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure queries were answered within a specific timeframe. IT could attach FAQs to specific categories so employees could find answers themselves before even submitting a "case." The Service Builder allowed for a "drag-and-drop" approach to HR.
Cons: Unless We are on a premium support plan, getting a resolution for an urgent bug can take 24–48 hours, often involving a lot of back-and-forth emails. Users often report that support agents provide "canned" responses or links to documentation rather than digging into the specific technical glitch you’re experiencing.

It was average. I'd like for it to be an easier onboarding process but there's a learning curve. Overall it was smooth once I figured it out.
Pros: I like how we can set up teams across the projects and track the teams work across various projects.
Cons: It was a bit confusing initially. Time logs must roll up to timesheets and then projects vs jobs. We messed up the configuration a couple times.

Been associated with Zoho for the last 10 yrs and never gives a thought to look for alternative options. Software built in India for the world tag goes well for them.
Pros: User Friendly. Offers complete flexibility in plans. Awesome product line up for driving HR functions
Cons: Jumpstart pricing is on a higher side. Though there are adequate videos & help links available but in person support cost can be lesser.

Pros: What I like most about Zoho People is how simple yet powerful it is. The interface is clean and easy to understand, even for staff who are not very tech-savvy. Integration with other Zoho products is smooth, which helps us manage operations more efficiently. Their customer support team is also responsive and supportive whenever we need help.
Cons: The initial setup takes some time, especially when you want to customize workflows properly. There is also a small learning curve at the beginning, but once the team gets used to it, everything becomes smooth. Other than that, we haven’t faced any major issues.
