Overall, this is a really easy to use and helpful software! Great customer supports too.
Pros: The software is really easy and organized to use. One of the best things about this software is, great customer support. They are willing to help me out and even they are willing to fix things by my advise, which I was greatly impressed.
Cons: As a graduate student who has gone from community college to university and graduate student, I think the most important part for students to know is about transcripts. I would say some functions, like transferring the transcript and analyzing those things, could be better for students!

My overall experience has been positive. Working with the data that our school already obtains to ensure potential students receive the most accurate information.
Pros: The ability to help potential students out make a decision that they believe best fits them and the work they have already completed with their transfer credits.
Cons: Understanding this is a startup and a fast-growing organization. The beginning of a launch there can be a few unanswered questions and along with hiccup here and there. Those were the small things that had happened as we deployed for our school. However, the team was extremely helpful and responsive through it all.

Pros: The onboarding and integrations were incredibly simple and straightforward - a huge plus!
Cons: Students do have to create an additional login to the system, which is a downside only because they have such login fatigue and forget the many accounts they create in the college search and admission process.

The customer service of the DegreeSight staff has been phenomenal.
Pros: I like that students are able to directly enter their work and get answers immediately.
Cons: We are just getting started with DegreeSight, so I don't have anything yet that I'm unhappy with.

Cons: So far there hasn't been anything that we don't like.

It has been a very positive experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT].
Pros: The software is very easy to use. Everything is uploaded into the system and we just pull up the information and confirm or deny. Very simple!
Cons: I would like my graduate program to get it together so we can readily approve the graduate courses as well! So, it's not concerning the software!

It was great, I had a good experience using the software but it needs more useable tools.
Pros: Looking at DegreeSight helped me figure out college class software and general things which was helpful
Cons: It was overly complex in some situations and made things difficult to find or to figure out how to use.

Overall I think it is a great tool and the more integrations they bring online the more useful it will continue to be.
Pros: I love how quickly we are able to get transcript evaluations back to potential students.
Cons: Sometimes when you log in it takes you to the splash page instead of into the Transfer Leads. That would be better if it could be fixed.

Pros: I think this is standard for large universities (10k+ students), but my smaller university has a very manual process for serving transfer students. Transfer students want to know how many credits will transfer over, how much more time to graduation, and what the fastest/least expensive option is. Manually, it takes weeks, if not months to answer these. Degree Sight helps me help transfer students in minutes or days rather than weeks or months. Also helps advisors advise students without having to wait weeks between application file completion and advising.
Cons: Would like to see the ability for a student or employee to scan a transcript, the software reads the transcript and interprets it. As of today, there's some manual data entry by the student or by the employee.
