Pros: SellerChamp is the only service available that does what we need it to do and they do it very well. Tech support is really good and they are very patient. Our listings look good and go up super quick. Saves us a lot of time.

Cons: I wish they had a direct integration with Reverb but I am sure it is not for lack of trying on SellerChamp's part

Pros: So easy to use once you figure things out, customer service is top notch and very fast to respond! Best platform we've found! Very feature rich! Seamless multi-platform listing! Everything is pretty much in one place, which makes editing listings a breeze.

Cons: A bit of a learning curve when first starting out. Sometimes there are outages which can effect your business, but this is fairly uncommon.

Pros: Features are great and customer service is quick and great!!

Cons: Some marketpalces are missing but I am sure they will add with time.

Pros: Whenever, we have an issue, their support team very responsive, if issue not resolved they follow up without we need to remind them.

Cons: Overall very happy with the system but always room to improve with additional channel integration such as TikTokShop.

Pros: Fairly easy to use once it is set up. However you will need help to do so. Friendly staff, even if in the end they end up not being helpful.

Cons: The SellerChamp system has been messing up prices and quantities of my inventory for the last 4 motnhs.

Pros: The program is easy to use. I cannot imagine selling without this program. Your customer support is absolutely the best. Thank you!

Cons: I don't have a con about SellerChamp. I personally get frustrated when I can't make my master store transfer over to the other stores.

Pros: The software is very easy to use and navigate once you learn the ins and outs.

Cons: There is not much to dislike. There are times when we experience errors in tracking reporting back to the platform but the SellerChamp Team quickly resolves the issue.

Cons: It does not bridge the shipping cost from Shopify - Amazon

Pros: The willingness and motivation of the the reps to work through EVERY hurtle in a professional manner, and doing so very quickly and efficiently! This software has CHANGED the game for our business!

Cons: I honestly do not have any complaints at all. There are resources that I do not yet understand, but I am confident that with assistance from the reps I soon will.

Pros: The easiest way to create listings and cross list to other platforms. I also appreciate that this software has the ability to store individual inventory locations within your warehouse.

Cons: It has bugs every once in a while. I've tried several other softwares in the past but nothing comes close to what Sellerchamp does. Any other software has their bugs too.

Pros: SellerChamp's application works extremely well. The work culture seems to focus on growth and consistent improvement for its users.

Cons: SellerChamp app sometimes crashes unexpectedly. Data can be lost forcing users to start again from the beginning.

Pros: I Like that I can post quickly and easily to eBay and shopify at the same time. I plan to expand this year so I am looking at the other channels that Seller champ has provided. I get quick replies when I have questions about the platform.

Cons: I least like that there is a minimum amount that you must price an item on eBay for example. In those cases, I have to manually go to eBay and am not able to take advantage of the software.

Pros: Great to manage many selling channels. Excellent customer support!

Cons: Mainly good experience with very little complaints.

Pros: Sellerchamp integrates with Ebay and Amazon, which is what I needed. They sync my inventory across both platforms. Their tech support is quick to respond and has been helpful when the occasional bug happens. Also, I love the repricer tool. This has helped me to work my way through some stagnant older items.

Cons: I can't sort my 4500 items by location within the web interface. So if I want to have my employees check all items in a given area I have to export the data, and use excel to generate a report. Also, there is no place to put the date an item was purchased or the lot/invoice number. This makes tracking where each item came from impossible.

Pros: Such a time saver and could not live without it! Customer service is excellent

Pros: The intuitive design and incredibly sensible team that runs it. Changes are implemented faster than LIGHTNING! This is the third application we have tried and it is far superior in every area.

Cons: Only Con that SC has is that the are new and still learning and developing. The price is reflected in that. Give SC a try and see how great it is for yourself. The team behind this app truly care about your business and about how their role in its' success is imperative.

Pros: We used their services for eBay and Amazon for several years. Things were working very well and then just stopped. All they did was blame these channels instead of fixing the issue.

Cons: Although their service stopped working, they never refunded us the money that was owed.

Pros: Feature-rich solution that seemingly addresses all of our needs, and great Support service that - despite time differences - always seems available when we need it!

Cons: Some screens too "busy"....they present a lot of details and sometimes hard to find specific bits.

Pros: Ease of use once learned and their customer service team. They have assisted me with making SellerChamp more compatible with my needs. Their team has also been very helpful even when I've had emergencies within the selling platforms. We've been able to accomplish resolution to platform issues on SellerChamp's end when the selling platform wasn't able to fix the issue. That's pretty amazing!

Cons: That inventory can not be added with a mobile device. A scan UPC option from a phone or scanner would be amazing.

Pros: You can clearly tell the product was designed by people who are hands-on familiar with the workflows associated with ecommerce. I continue to appreciate Sellerchamp and rely heavily on it throughout the workday. I'm finding it to be very reliable and accurate. I truly enjoy working with it.

Cons: Perhaps a bit pricey, but the features it offers makes it worthwhile.
