So far this application can be learned through self-taught because all information is easy to see and this Equips is easy to navigate.
Pros: Quick and easy. Each tab shows relevant information. And Equips is a real-time application where you post and you can see changes/update immediately.
Cons: None so far. The application is a user-friendly.

Amanda L. · Director of Campus Operations · Education Management · January 2, 2024
Great experience, easy to use, quick loading and saving.
Pros: Ease of use compared to Admin, web based so it is faster and I can have multiple tabs open at once.
Cons: Some development issues came up along the way as changes were being made, but they were corrected quickly once the Equips team was notified.

Pros: Ive used 3 other systems to do my job, this is by far my favorite
Cons: I have no cons at this time. I like all of the updates that have been made
terra l. · CLAIMS ADJUSTER · Consumer Services · January 2, 2024
Over all it's a good experience but there is room for improvement
Pros: Automatic updates and sending tasks for adjusters.
Cons: When putting in the contract number the contract holders information isn't immediately in the system

It's been very good so far. There are a lot of additional features and options that I would like to see added. Such as a filter for time most recently opened (per claim), a pre-filled-out checklist when a claim is set and this could be set around our "necessary info checklist" we already have in place, being able to pull up contracts, and setting permissions by user. I'm aware it is a work in progress and I have loved it so far but I think it can be a lot better.
Pros: It is easy to use and teach, it's very navigatable. Keeps most of the information organized and readable
Cons: We do not have access to pull up contracts from the claim/contract screen which would be very useful. There has been a bug preventing us from finalizing claims and when I submitted the bug, it took 24+ hours between responses in the bottom corner help button. I also still have not been informed whether or not it has been fixed.

Pros: I like the ease of putting in a work order and the daily follow ups to make sure that the work order is being taken care of.
Cons: Sometimes one of the Maintenace workers doesn't complete the ticket and it can get annoying with the follow up messages on an order already completed.
Emily M. · Teller · Banking · December 18, 2023
Overall I really do like it, and if I knew the pricing range (out of my pay range knowing the price) I would recommend.
Pros: It is very user friendly and you can follow the progress of the ticket in real time.
Cons: Maybe im new and do not know how to but I'm unable to retrieve the notes added to the ticket. Once added they disappear on both ends
Jeanette F. · Call Center Lead · Medical Practice · December 18, 2023
It's fine with me! I enjoy using it when I'm working in ARMIS.
Pros: It's just more useful during the calls.
Cons: I have no compliments using Equips. It took me a while to get used to it; but now I have it.
Ricardo W. · customer service rep · Insurance · December 18, 2023
Pros: I like we get quick email responses to my tickets. I like when the technician calls to confirm the issue and they usually can fix the problem right away.
Cons: Service being dispatched could be faster especially during the Holiday season since our traffic is busier and the machines that go down are important to our job.
Joseph P. · Banch Manager · Banking · December 18, 2023
Pros: very fast and employees are super nice and helpful
Cons: none, I have no complaints with Equips they are super fast
Joyce M. · Sr. Relationship Banker · Banking · December 18, 2023
I have had some great overall help and fast responses when I found a issue on equips and that is helpful.
Pros: Very easy to manage and also very easy to maneuver.
Cons: There are still some things like filters that need to be added for better viewing
Valerie L. · Payments Supervisor · Accounting · December 18, 2023
I like equips and it makes things a lot easier.
Pros: Equips is a user friendly software that allows you to service equipment, select the issue that ails it and you can real time updates of it getting fixed.
Cons: Equips is reliant to browser so you do have to use an internet browser to use it.
Daniel C. · Team Lead · Financial Services · December 18, 2023
Pros: Easy to use program with lots of potential to store information critical to pieces of equipment so that we don't have to keep track on paper.
Cons: When there are due dates on tasks, the program (to my knowledge) doesn't notify you that the due date has arrived or is past due.
Philip S. · Maintenance Assistant · Religious Institutions · December 15, 2023
Pros: The response email we get are helpful in the sense that people are looking into our problems and are handling it as quick as they can. They are very responsive during the time they have to dispatch someone to a branch.
Cons: There were a couple of instances when I was here that Equips took "AGES" to get something repaired. We understood the situation of backorders, however, there were never any ETA of when it will show. This caused us to get more anxious and upset since we never hear back until the part has been received. We would think that our concerns were common and that there are extra parts that they can supply us with, but like I said, there is a loss of communication after the checkup.
Gabriel T. · Lead Teller · Banking · December 14, 2023
My overall experience has been positive. Coming from a system that we were using that was more like how MS Database used to be back in the early 2000's. It seems that Equips being web based gives you easy access to cloud storage and easily update the system across the board instead of dumping layers of information only to have to re-upload for it to take hold. This has been a good experience using the program so far.
Pros: I like that the navigation panes are very easy to recognize and navigate through.
Cons: It is still in the early stages of use, but what I like least would probably be sometimes the updates take longer, but that also might be my internet as well. I don't really have much of a con about the program yet. I have only been using it for 3 months, I don't have much to complain on it.
Mark G. · Claims Adjuster · Insurance · December 14, 2023
I am pretty satisfied with Equips. Few things I am learning to do on my own.
Pros: I like that it is all in one place and don't have to look for numbers.
Cons: Doesn't cover everything. It does make the calls for whomever needs to fix it but doesn't cover the cost of it.
Charlotte K. · Personal Banker and Teller · Banking · December 14, 2023
I am very happy with the product and excellent response time and helpfulness from the Equips team when I need help.
Pros: I like that all our service requests are organized without needing an external spreadsheet.
Cons: It still has some small glitches when I change from one saved view to another, sometimes the information from the last view stays unless I reload the page.
Rafa C. · Billing Coordinator · Facilities Services · December 14, 2023
Pros: I appreciate the ability to log and record all equipment on the facilty.
Cons: I prefer to use a program that would have a heavier emphasis on task management and easier to use interface.
Emma N. · Camp Care Coordinator · Religious Institutions · December 14, 2023
Pros: Easy to use website. Quick to service. Friendly customer service.
Cons: Nothing. All they do is great. I have nothing bad to say.
