I have used Purplepass for quite a few years for my rodeo. It is a 3 day event once a year. The equipment is user friendly and building the events is very user friendly. But the staff is really what keeps me returning. They are so eager to help with whatever I need and their response is very quick.
Pros: System and equipment is very user friendly. The staff has been absolutely amazing to work with. Love the simplicity of the program.
Cons: When Purplepass did an update a few years back there were some issues but they have fixed them and gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of.

I have had an extremely positive experience with purplepass. Building events is extremely easy and customizable to what I need. The security of the platform is great and if technical issues arise they are troubleshooted instantly and resolved quickly.
Pros: It is easy to use, and completely customizable. The platform allows me to host various events throughout the year from ticket events to registrations. Financial reporting is extremely transparent and quick. Troubleshooting any issues is fast and reliable
Cons: One thing that has come up on the POS side is the inability to use apple pay. I think costumers would appreciate that as an additional form of payment.

The overall Pruplepass has been great. Having the ability to see ticket sales in real time, instead of having to wait for someone else to provide that information. We can also get the ticket page up much faster on our end, rather than working with an in-house ticket team and having to wait because we’re not always their main priority. Overall, it’s nice to have more control over the process.
Pros: I love how clean the layout is. It makes it easier for customers to see all the information they need about our event. It looks very professional and helps our event feel more legitimate. It was also very easy to integrate into our website and share across our social channels.
Cons: Overall, I have no complaints. One thing that would be nice to have in the overview section is the ability to place a photograph. I love keeping the logo in the main header, but it would be great to also add an image further down the page.

We have used Purple Pass multiple times because we have been very happy with the platform as well as the support.
Pros: Purple Pass stands out for its commitment to customer service as well as its straightforward ease of use for admin and end user.
Cons: We had no problems whatsoever with Purple Pass. The support team was highly responsive and excellent at troubleshooting any issues so no complaints.

Overall is good once we pass the learning curve. Once you log in and play around a bit and with the help of support, we can get used to it.
Pros: It has good customization capabilities. Reporting is very detailed. Their support is very good when we reach a human.
Cons: Probably more beginner-friendly videos explaining what not to do also. The AI needs more training for support

Pros: This is the third year that we have worked with Purplepass and the customer relationship bonds that has developed is invaluable. During our events and the planning of them, the event ticketing has been seamless. Our representative nice has valuable insight that has become/been helpful in event planning. He and his organization have been so attentive to the needs of our organization and have gone above and beyond to meet our goals. If you are an organization that is looking for a business that is strives to help you reach your event goals, you need look further than Purplepass for your needs.
Cons: There are no cons working with Purplepass from my personal experience. I had a great experience. Highly recommend.

My experience with Purplepass has been excellent, and because of that, I've confidently recommended it to many folks. Purplepass support specialists (shoutout to [sensitive content hidden] .!) are there to help long after implementation. Whether it's learning new features or finding ways to accomplish something specific, they are knowledgeable, personable, and easy to reach. They are also willing to train new users on aspects of the platform, which makes it easier when there is staff turnover. They act as a partner in our operations, and it keeps our team from missing a beat.
Pros: Purplepass truly fits all of our needs. The versatility has allowed us to expand our usage beyond what we thought was possible. It was initially purchased to handle our event management and ticketing. Our Foundation office was able to expand on that and use it seamlessly for athletic events, student club fundraisers, and so much more. Our greatest test of the system was our annual gala. We received such high praise from our attendees. We are grateful for Purplepass for giving a great experience, whether it be to our guests or staff. It truly helps our organization shine.
Cons: There are not any features that we are unhappy with. We are excited for the addition of ApplePay as a payment option.

They made the transition seamless and simple. Our rep [sensitive content hidden] is so responsive and I never wait more than 24 hours for a resolution to an issue or help with something. I am very happy we made the switch to PurplePass.
Pros: It is incredibly user friendly and their customer support is some of the best. You cant beat the pricing for the functionality and ease of use you get with the platform. Ticketing is so easy and the Box Office platform has made out check in process so much more efficient.
Cons: The only thing I wish they had was the ability to have more than one user per account. We have multiple people that access our platform and I wish we had the ability to have unique user names for each person instead with access limits of one blanket user that has all access.

Great staff, good experience. Our representative walked us through the setup process was open to creating new options to meet our needs and unique setup.
Pros: One of the MOST important aspects of any event is to assure proper preplanning and have customer service available during the event for any last minute changes or to troubleshoot to keep the event running smoothly. The customer service from our account representative, [sensitive content hidden], has been nothing but stellar! He is there to walk us through being able to set up our event ourselves, help when needed and offer excellent solutions. We are in good hands and the stress of ticketing or equipment issues is far less than any other product we have used previously. The system processing security and value is perfect for our event. Admission scanning process is easy to teach volunteers in less than 5 minutes!
Cons: We would like to see the ability to use the terminals at the front gate and provide a QR code receipt to bring to entry gate.

I have used PurplePass for the last 5 years for advertising and ticket sales for at least 40 events. As the IT Chair of our club, I find using the product is intuitive and easy to use. Features that streamline building events is the capability to replicate a past event as a template for a future event. The ability to use seating maps for reserved seating is great and having options for custom questions to obtain customer information such as attendee names and food preferences is invaluable. Reporting capabilities are great to use in managing events, use for attendee check-in, and reminder notifications. Lastly, I can't say enough about how valuable their customer support team has been in assisting me promptly when I need product support or custom seating maps built.
Pros: The product is easy to use, provides the perfect platform for advertising and conducting ticket sales for all of our events which we host 6-8 each year.
Cons: Inserting images within the content of the description of events requires an outside hosted file structure to import from.

Pros: I used it to purchase a ticket to go to a free concert and it was one of the easiest processes to getting a ticket for an event.
Cons: There was not much to not like about Purplepass because there were no problems with the process. It was very easy.

Purplepass is amazing ticketing software, and offers great and easy to navigate website, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service.
Pros: From the very beginning, Purplepass' Customer Service has been outstanding. We checked many other ticketing software companies, but when it came to service none could compare to Purplepass.
Cons: We love Purplepass, and have had no negative experiences selling event tickets and/or raising money using their system.

Great communication over phone and email to set things up, helps us solve problems and brainstorm ways to make our program stronger, excellent overall product and highly recommended!
Pros: We have been using Purplepass since 2020 for our ticketed events. They make it so easy to set-up events, help solve problems when we want to make changes, communicate quickly via phone or email, and provide excellent customer service to our patrons. Using Purplepass has made our ticketing process more streamlined, helped sell additional tickets for our program, and has allowed us to easily incorporate online ticket sales through our website for our events.
Cons: Nothing - everything has been wonderful! Purplepass makes online ticketing so easy to do that our organization uses it for all of our programming.

It was my first time using purple pass for my event and was overall satisfied with the process of setting up the link for ticket purchases.
Pros: The ticket link set up was very easy to use and follow. It guides you step by step and is easy to go back and make edits / adjustments.
Cons: I wasn’t particularly sure how I would be able to check in or scan tickets . I did receive a master list of all tickets sold but was still unsure how I would be able to scan them .

I think Purple Pass was the exact match for our event. I felt educated throughout the whole process and never felt left alone to figure things out. They were easy to get in contact with, quick to explain all aspects of our event. I loved being able to accurately tract the progress and all the logistics of tickets being sold. There were specific categories to break down sales.
Pros: Purplepass had excellent customer service. Anytime I had a question or was confused about the topic I would email my rep and they quickly got back with me. Their communication was top tier. I never felt like I was asking too many questions or needing too much guidance. I also felt like the system was very secure and as we worked through it. I think the fee they charged was very reasonable and worth it coming from the producer. The system was very easy to use when scanning prepurchased tickets or when purchasing with cash at the gate.
Cons: The only issue we had was tha amount of banks that flag purple pass and do not allow cards to purchase via their website initially. I appreciate the security measures and not positive this is even something purple pass can improve, but wish there was a way to decrease the amount of people that had to step aside to authorize the purchase.

Purplepass has been an amazing value for the money, and as a smaller community non-profit orchestra we are fortunate to have found them. Because of Purplepass, we are able to offer our patrons reserved seating & season tickets with easy PDF delivery by email. We have the choice whether to pay the ticketing fees ourselves or pass those on to the patron. It's easy to edit our events and add discount codes and graphics. Payouts happen quickly once events are over. All in all, we are extremely happy with the platform and the customer service, and we intend to stay.
Pros: The thing I like most about using Purplepass is the terrific customer service. They are swift to respond no matter when I contact them. The fact that someone is available the day of a concert (like a Sunday afternoon matinee) to help makes all the difference.
Cons: Sometimes the steps to "do everything myself" with setting up a season of events can be confusing - but I think this has to do more with user error than a flaw in the system. Linking reserved seating and seating charts can be tricky, too. However, any inconvenience is always offset by helpful and responsive Purplepass staff.

Service is great. Although we are on the East coast, still very responsive. Almost no down time when ticket sales are going. Would highly recommend to someone considering ticket sales options.
Pros: Great system. Easy to use. We have used this great system for 8 years. It is easy to learn for our employees AND me.
Cons: Wish it was on our server when internet goes out. Only happened a few times over last 8 years though.

Pros: I have found PP very easy to work with when setting up events, retrieving reports, and paying invoices. What I like and appreciate the most is our rep, [sensitive content hidden] PurplePass has worked very well for our Performing Arts Department and allowed us to easily manage our ticket sales and reporting. But in the event of any problem or issue, [sensitive content hidden] has made every experience painless. He is quick to respond, efficient in his resolutions, and always helps with a friendly professionalism that makes working with PurplePass effortless. His guidance and his patience has helped so much when I needed to learn everything almost overnight to cover for our Box Office manager who had to go out on a lengthy medical leave. Without [sensitive content hidden] expertise and training approach, I would have been completely lost and our department would have suffered. Thank you, [sensitive content hidden]

The highlights of my experience are the customer support, value for money, Box Office operations, and flexibility. I think the hardware could be improved, payouts could be expidited faster, and the back end, or how you make an event could use a facelift.
Pros: Overall, the software features an pretty intuitive interface, ensuring an average learning curve for new users. The customer service team is acknowledged for assisting users in navigating these initial challenges. It's an good value for the money, offering features and Event Ticketing at a competitive price. The Customer Service is great at assisting and solving problems.
Cons: The the payout process could be a bit faster. My company has experienced problems with the quality of the hardware, like scanners working improperly or, cords, and charging issues, leading to disruptions during events. The backside could benefit from a more modern design and improved usability.

We've been using it for years to run our planetarium shows for our local community. The few times I've had to reach out to customer service, I've received prompt help.
Pros: It makes it easy enough to sell tickets for an event. Not much more to say than that, it does exactly what it's supposed to.
Cons: I'd like to ability to re-list a show that was accidentally cancelled, but that's really my only gripe. Also, sometimes people get confused for when their show time actually is as the emailed ticket isn't as clear as it could be.

I am a former IT Analyst so I was able to plow through and set up ticketing with minimal support. The ticket sales were magical. The only issues we have had have been a few people who couldn't check out (no specifics so likely user error). We added them manually to a will call list and had them pay at the door. It's very easy to check on ticket sales, confirm purchases, and make refunds. I had barely looked at the POS before opening night when my box office person was late, I plopped my inexperienced 17-yr old daughter in front of it with a 2 minute training. Her only complaint after was that I didn't have a card scanner (we now have one). The data looked great and the POS reporting was also very simple and helpful for post-show analysis. If you have the option, start simply and grow in complexity as you learn the system. The staff is there to support and brainstorm with you, if you need it.
Pros: We are a young community theater wanting to grow. PurplePass has the flexibility for simple or complex events that can be customized as much or little as we want. Plus we can pass the credit card fees on to the ticket buyers but not charge them a hefty "ticketing" fee. We can also add a "donate" button and collect non-profit gifts when they check out--along with some custom questions that help build our audience.
Cons: Set up is more complicated than just filling in Show Title, Ticket Price, and Dates. There is a lot of hand holding built in to the system and great response from support, but it will take time to get answers to all the questions from your organization and venue, and decide on the workflow. The more you want to customize, the more time you will need to allow to get it set up correctly. It gets easier each time.

It was great once I realized that my event name was the way to stand out. I had to be unique and creative with the title of my event.
Pros: The ease of use. It was very easy to figure out. It wasn’t hard to upload videos and pictures. I didn’t need any help to add links. I was also able to select from various options.
Cons: Trying to find my event was the hardest thing in what I like the least. But once I figured out the trick, it was good to go.

Purplepass is an excellent platform with very good customer support. Our audience experienced very few problems purchasing tickets.
Pros: Great for a nonprofit to sell tickets at no direct cost to us. Good support in setting up the event.
Cons: Some minor difficulty setting up a recurring event - we have two consecutive concerts over one weekend- but customer support helped sort us out.

Overall my experience with Purplepass has been positive. Every time I had a question or concern I could call our contact and he'd walk me through it.
Pros: The customer service is extremely helpful and friendly. Also the ticketing interface is very user friendly.
Cons: The only thing that I liked least about Purplepass Ticketing is that we had to order the iPad card readers from the company anytime we did an event. However they are now working with us to get card readers.
