Pros: program is user friendly, like that you can generate reports and track employees, and resend tailgates

Cons: Really haven't come across anything I haven't been able to use

Pros: Ease of use. It lays out all of the tools necessary to have a well rounded safety program

Cons: The pictures take too long in the inspection app

Pros: How easy it is to use it, I like the look, the report,

Cons: I would like to see more reports by industry, i.e., restaurants, hotels, manufacturing, healthcare, golf resorts, banks, law firms, transportation, real estate/leasing, utilities, retail and wholesale trade.

Pros: Very easy to use, people can fill out reports immediately instead of going and looking for a form, I get an email whenever a report is filled out so I can follow up.

Cons: My cons are with my users not filling things out completely not with the app

Pros: I love that you can go right to the regulations. I also love that I can add things to the checklist as needed.

Cons: I wish I could download my own video trainings to the app and have my customers complete training.

Pros: The citing of the OSHA Standard with the negative findings and positive findings. The ease of use at the work site the ability to attach the photographs to the report. The overall report is very professional looking.

Cons: The picture marking tool could be more customizable.

Pros: Great Information was provided from everything received

Pros: I use Safety reports to track training, conduct safety inspections and incident reports. It has worked well for us for minimal start up and monthly fees compared to other options. Some features are a bit tricky to use initially, but Safety Reports support staff has been very good and timely in responding to and resolving any support needs. I would recommend to anyone.

Cons: Some work flows aren't as simple as I would like, such as the OSHA 300 reporting feature, but it works well once you figure it out. I was able to get support help and found instructions on their site.

Pros: We like the ease of use for this product

Cons: We have not found anything we do not like in our current subscription

Pros: Ease of use and ability to use in the field across multiple clients.

Cons: I don't have anything that we dislike about Safety Reports.

Pros: Ease of use. I can access anywhere and the reference to Cal-OSHA regs is great.

Cons: The formatting in the reports for photos and the photo quality needs to be better.

Pros: It is very easy to use and navigate. The categories and all listed and the reports are ready to be run.

Cons: It is not always easy to get in touch with Customer Service. When there are internal glitches, our consultants are left without any access to their platform...

Pros: Ease of use, mobility, and report generation.

Cons: Old time feel to it, doesn't feel like a newer app on the phone or computer.

Pros: Safety Reports is simple to use, yet does everything I need it to for conducting safety inspections.

Cons: I really can't think of anything. It does exactly what I need it to.

Pros: The portability of putting it on my cell phone and my work ipad.

Cons: It would be much better if I could give Safety Reports our department structure and then you load it into the templates.

Pros: Inspections are easy to use. Training: easy to document an maintain.

Cons: The inability to drill down on data sets. The inability to create custom reports. The limited ability to leave corrective action items open ad infinitum. The links break after 1 year or so.

Pros: Easy and convenient, gets the jobs done

Cons: I’m frugal but don’t mind paying for this program.

Pros: Risk Assessment ability and the reporting we are able to tap into are the most impactful features for us. It's also a very user-friendly platform.

Cons: Integration with our proprietary system has been difficult.

Pros: Easy to use. Nice to be able to walk the site and do the inspection while there

Cons: Nothing. Everything is easy to use. It is nice when I do a report others can see it.

Pros: Provides valuable information, lists the relevant OSHA standard, rates the severity & root causes with just a few clicks

Cons: None to speak of for me, I could not be effective in my job without it!

Cons: Working off line.The program sometimes doesn't allow to assign risks

Pros: Safety Reports is easy to use and more importantly, it generates an easy to understand and vey professional looking report that can be shared with people from all career backgrounds.

Cons: I wish that there were a few more features that gave more information on the types of findings in an inspection. For example, something that denotes a repeat finding from a previous inspection or the ability to assign a corrective action to someone in the action tracking system.
