I give Go1 a 9/10 because it makes training much simpler and saves us a lot of money. Instead of buying courses from many different places, we get everything in one spot for one price. It also works great with the tools we already use, so it's easy for our team to get started. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that the search feature can be a bit confusing sometimes, and a few of the videos look a little old. Overall, it’s a great deal and a huge help for any company.
Pros: Go1 is ”digital library" for employee training. Instead of buying individual courses from different places, just plug Go1 into existing system so everyone can access thousands of lessons in one spot. It solves the major challenge of finding high-quality content for different departments without the high cost of multiple separate subscriptions. Whether the goal is learning new software, developing leadership basics, or completing mandatory safety compliance, the resources are always available. The scope is company-wide, allowing everyone from interns to managers to sharpen their skills. We used it to curate specific "playlists" for different roles. When we onboard new managers, we don’t just give them one course—we pull a mix of leadership modules from three different providers within Go1 to create a comprehensive track.
Cons: * Too many choices: Sometimes there are so many courses that it's hard to pick the best one. The search can feel a bit messy because it shows too many similar results. * Mixed quality: Some videos look great and modern, but others feel old or a bit boring. It would be better if every lesson felt high-quality. * Better reports: It is easy to see who finished a course, but hard to get deeper details. Making the data simpler to understand would be a big help.

Overall, I have been satisfied with my experience using Go1, particularly in the context of scalability and simplicity of learning within a team. The greatest benefit of Go1 is the availability of a very extensive and centralized content library that eliminates the necessity for multiple content vendors and ensures that the introduction of training becomes much faster regardless of its type (whether it's compliance, onboarding or skills development). However, such an experience has its drawbacks. As a result of the availability of the content library, the need to curate the content arises, and some advanced features require third-party software such as LMS. On the whole, Go1 can be considered a very powerful content library that lacks some features to become a standalone learning system; however, by being treated as the former, it enhances learning and training substantially.
Pros: The most distinctive feature of Go1 is the huge amount of course material it offers. This means that you will not have to find the course material offered by various vendors but be able to offer your teams thousands of courses on compliance, business topics, technology, and even soft skills, everything in one place. The second important feature is user friendliness and smooth integration into existing processes. The learning platform is easy to use and, therefore, requires little preparation from your team to actually start using it. What is more, it works well with other LMSs, meaning that it can integrate smoothly into your current processes.
Cons: A primary flaw in Go1 is the large size of its content library but how it may turn out to be an overwhelming one to go through without a lot of work in terms of manual filtering and ensuring that users get relevant courses based on their requirements because of a lack of intelligent functionality. Secondly, the software works more like a content aggregation platform than an LMS, meaning that in case one wants to implement more advanced features like analytics or reporting, external software has to be used by the teams. Lastly, there is feedback about limited customizations possible, as well as sometimes stale or even repeated content being offered by the software.

Go1 is a solid choice for organizations looking for a broad training content hub with simple navigation and useful integrations.
Pros: Very user-friendly and intuitive navigation Large and diverse content library that covers many roles and departments.
Cons: Custom course creation and tailored learning paths could be more flexible. Reporting and customization options could be improved.

Good customer support, the cost compared to other training companies is not too high, which gives you a good cost effective option.
Pros: It is self efficient, where we as employer can assign trainings. It has a huge variety of trainings to choose from. It is easy to use, and trainings are pretty informative.
Cons: It takes a while within our current system, Paylocity while Go1 content loads its content, which cause you to wait until it is visible for you to choose the trainings.

Overall Go1 dramatically improved our learning and development capabilities. We accelerated onboarding , compliance training and professional development tracks all from a central high quality content hug. the platform ease of integration with tools loke teams and Docebo reduced administrative overhead. Completion rates rose and learners appreciated the flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere. while customization and analytics could be better , the quick time to values and centralize learning content made Go1 indispensable for our L&D initiatives.
Pros: What stands out Go1's massive, high-quality content library over 100,000 courses sourced from hundred of learning providers, covering compliance, leadership, technical skills, wellness and more. The variety made it simple to curate playlists for different departments , roles and career levels. Integration capabilities such as with Microsoft team and Decebo made embedding Go1 content into existing workflows effortless. Finally the platform is intuitive , with clean navigation and a mobile responsive interface that supported learning on the go
Cons: Despite its breadth some content felt outdated or inconsistent in delivery quality certain courses were long videos without interactive quizzes which impact engagement. Custom course authoring lacked flexibility to craft truly unique learning paths, Advanced reporting features like predictive analytics ore real-time insights were not available out of the box and often required coordination with our customer success manager

Overall, my organization used Go1 for about 1 year. We purchased licenses through our LMS provider. We used all of our credits, and when it was time to renew, we decided to use other platforms
Pros: What I liked most about Go1 was the amount of trainings that are on the platform. It is a nice variety.
Cons: What I liked least about Go1 is the quality of the trainings. For the topics I needed, they were mostly videos, not really any interactive/SCORM training.

We use Go1 to facilitate skill development and learning for team members especially the newly hired interns in the organization. The platform enables me to provide structured courses across domains including functional, technical and soft skills. The key business problems addressed by using Go1 is around inconsistent training quality and inefficiencies in skill gap analysis. With its wide range of relevant courses, the platform enables me to keep the workforce agile and equipped with the evolving needs on our projects. I have been using Go1 to upskill my team to upskill my team members on cloud technologies, agile methodologies and Project Management best practices
Pros: 1) Go1 provides reporting tools to measure training effectiveness, helping me align the learning programs with business objectives 2) Diverse course offering enables my team to stay up to date with the latest tools and best practices 3) Go1 has enabled me to streamline the onboarding process for new hires and interns, by offering them structured and targeted learning paths
Cons: 1) Custom course creation process is not as seamless as it should be and provides less flexibility to build tailored learning paths 2) Go1 provides basic reporting on the progress of the learner, real-time dashboards with predictive or advanced analytics would be a welcome addition 3) The mobile app is a bit challenging for the learners. Some enhancements making it more user friendly would be appreciated

As per my experience it been great. It works fine for me and its user interface is very attractive and can easily find any course.
Pros: The wide range of courses are available which covers almost any skills and industries also it smoothly integrates with LMS such as Microsoft Teams.
Cons: I find it is hard to customize it as per the personalized content also it takes time to loading and to track progress of some courses is bit challenging.
Thomas A. · Chief Information Officer · E-Learning · March 25, 2025
Pros: The content library is quite extensive, so the likelihood that is has what you're looking for is high. The variety of courses that are offered in multiple languages is great for global organizations. The search functionality within the library is also quite good. The fact that it integrates seamlessly with our existing LMS is helpful for the employee experience. The support we get from our CSM is fantastic.
Cons: The frequency of retiring courses and/or providers parting ways with Go1. We put a lot of time into vetting courses that fit what we need, then setting them up with the right assignment rules, and reporting on their completions. When a course suddenly retires, it can be a hassle to replace it.

I'm logging tickets with GO1 almost every 2-4 weeks. Easily the software that I've logged tickets with the most. I'm told that this is the way things are - even though they inefficient. I'm also told that it's not GO1 fault. It is Employment Hero.
Pros: We use GO1 through its partnership with Employment Hero. GO1 is Employment Hero's integrated learning management platform. GO1 allows you to create your own learning modules which we used for our internal training.
Cons: $79

A great platform for both users and admin to learn new skills and manage courses. They have a good interface to navigate their software and find the content the user is looking for. A great tool for different types of organizations to manage the learning in their company's ecosystem.
Pros: The best part of go1 is that it helps to track their user's progress and gives a graphic representation of all the data so that they can understand what have they achieved in a certain period also they have a cloud module that provides courses from multiple top universities and business schools.
Cons: I have done multiple courses on the platform and they were good also some of the stuff that I found there was a little irrelevant and old and the developers might work on them and bring the latest content few of the courses were costly as compared to other and also they were not that good which was little disappointment for me.
