So far I have not had a severely bad experiences minus the outages that happen here and there. It is good.
Pros: I am able to locate the tools that I need to schedule my individuals as well as complete my MTPRs on a weekly basis
Cons: I particularly do not enjoy when an update that causes our company more work when it should be helping us.

I’ve had a really good experience using Alleva for billing. It’s easy to navigate once you get familiar with it, and it keeps everything organized including claims, reports, and communication. Their support team has also been super responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Sometimes reports take a little longer to load than I’d like, but overall, it’s been a solid system that’s made our billing process much smoother.

Pretty good. However, it's sometimes slow and difficult to pull up. There's often times when I have access to email and internet, but not Alleva.
Pros: It's easy to navigate. Once a trainee is taught how to use the program, there's typically a period of having to revisit previously taught items; however, it seems to come easier with use over time.
Cons: Sometimes, it adds strange numbers and letters after using a period in our treatment plan reviews. This causes one to have to take time to go in and delete the EMR add-ons. It gets monotonous.

From training to running the program it has been easy and convenient for my job position. I was confident after my training.
Pros: The training was very informative as well as great for visual aid for learning the program. The videos were spot on for what i was hired for.
Cons: It was a lot at once sometimes. But when it came time to utilize the program i felt like i was comfortable.

A plus grade, this is the best program I have use since becoming a counselor in 2013, it is like driving a brand new Tesla after having a 20 year old beater car.
Pros: It is so easy to use and navigate, I am able to find everything I need quick and I ESPECIALLY love the autosave, no matter what happens my information is always saved.
Cons: sometimes it glitches and it can be frustrating getting back to your spot, but that like literally only happened to me 1 time in 2 years of using it

Overall it is ok. It is definitely frustrating on the days it goes down or I lose information that has taken time to write.
Pros: Alleva overall is easy to navigate. It is not difficult to learn the different things that are offered on the site.
Cons: Alleva often times does not save my notes or other information inputted. This can be frustrating when you have done most of a group note (with 10+ attendees) and the information gets lost.

10/10 I don't have much to compare it to but I know as a new user it worked above average I would say.
Pros: Fun and easy to use UI, it has networking and communication tools that simplify direct contact and information
Cons: Not much, random glitches here and there. I know we had a lot of issues with room changes when times would lapse.

Poor, the company and it's leaders were very rude, unhelpful, and resorted to hostile communication with us when we attempted to address critical failures within the software. We were often told it was our fault, or that it was not within the limits of their software. The EMR was also ridiculously unstable, constantly giving "slow network" messages which were not in any way connected to our actual network. Our opinion of them changed very quickly when we witnessed the communication and dare I say hostile correspondence from their leadership.
Pros: To-Do list with Alleva was one of its best features, and is robust compared to many other softwares.
Cons: Features missing, billing reporting was a nightmare, treatment plans were complex and not user friendly, the costs changed and company was quick to threaten and retaliate when brought to their attention. Support was delayed or not helpful, we felt a huge burden was placed to us to "explain" how the software was behaving differently from what they could replicate.

My experience with Alleva EMR was deeply disappointing, and could even be called exhausting. The persistent technical problems, slow and unreliable system, and unhelpful support response created ongoing challenges for our practice. I would caution others to consider these issues seriously before committing to Alleva. If you are looking for reliability, accountability, and responsive support, I suggest you evaluate alternative solutions carefully. This review is based solely on my documented experience as a customer and reflects my honest perspective.
Pros: I liked the dashboard "To-do" list feature, it was one of the redeemable features of Alleva. I wish more of their software was this usable.

HORRIBLE. They are forcing our business who is a new and has no clients to continue to pay for services that haven’t even been completed

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It’s expensive, rarely works as it should, business seems careless
Pros: Alleva could be a good product but there’s so many basic issues. They decide to prioritize new features rather than fixing all the bugs and glitches we all experience.
Cons: There’s honestly too many to count. Our company is consistently billed inappropriately, it feels like a scam. Constantly logged out when trying to load things. When new features come out, poorly communicated. The build experience and handoffs to different people could be done so much smoother but they seem lost. Have had conversations with leadership at Alleva and always get told standard responses and it seems they don’t actually care about our business and their customers, they just want the paycheck.

The platform has been reliable and fully featured enough to run multiple levels of care. The customer service experience is NEXT LEVEL!
Pros: It is super simple for my users interact with and it gives me great custom reporting on the back end.
Cons: The baked in CRM components are not fleshed out, but thankfully they integrate with other great CRM technology!

They are both incredibly knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to work with. [sensitive content hidden], in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure that we can function as a facility when things go awry. This has included building forms for us on an airplane while he flew to another account. He is a valuable asset to the success of your product.
Pros: It is conceptually a good product and has a pleasing aesthetic
Cons: I have spent an incredible amount of time building custom forms and intakes that have inevitably broken and had to be rebuilt several times causing massive data losses. The UR module is under developed and begs the input from URs to make it more functional to the department.

Very positive, very useful, and user friendly
Pros: Ease of use---This platform is easy to use for my needs. The calendar/scheduler is what I work off of more than the Tasks section. From section to section, the workflow for me is rather easy and uncomplicated.
Cons: Options and lack of versatility (which more options may be coming).

I am still a novice but I do find it easy to navigate
Pros: Ease of use. This is my first go-around with computer systems in my life. I was going to retire, but now, I am finding the knowledge to be very important in my life.

It's complicated at first but when you get the hang of it is real smooth.
Pros: It explains allot in alleva university in the tutorials.
Cons: In the explanation of videos would be better if interacted with the tutorial as in doing the actual work in the videos.

Overall the system is good but it would be better if the allergies were listed at the top when Im administering meds
