Pros: It’s cloud based EHR that we use for our mental health practice. They do billing for us as well. DocVilla has got eRx and is also connected with the labs. They have patient portal and the consent forms. Customer service is phenomenal and is available during weekends as well.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike. DocVilla is a very well designed cloud based EHR and works for all our practice needs.

Pros: DocVilla is all in one EHR with a lot of flexibility to customize and modify as per your practice needs. It has custom patient portal, ability to connect with our external billing company, etc.

Cons: Customization and external integrations can sometimes get expensive, but still it’s reasonable as other EHRs do not even offer those capabilities.

Pros: Simple to use. All the features are there. Excellent customer service. DocVilla is definitely the best cloud based EHR software that we have seen and vetted so far.

Cons: Nothing. It took us some time to learn the system. But it’s very powerful platform with a lot of features built in one single software.

Cons: the few negative comments I have about DocVilla generally focus on specific performance and user experience issues, like being "lag or slow down", not user friendly" for patients

Pros: The DocVilla has a short learning curve making it suitable for the newbies. Sharing of notes is easier and supports a strong data security features.

Cons: The only challenge with the tool is that its contrainied to the medical field. With the strong security feature, you are good.

Pros: It is first-timer friendly (very easy to understand). Best thing about DocVilla is that it is all in one platform (includes EHR, billing, scheduling, patient portal, and eRx). As a student nurse i prioritize patient security and this platform takes security very seriously which i love. Patient charting, notes and records are very easy to make and understand. It has good modern features (cloud-based, e-prescription, reminders, telemedicine) that's why good value for money.

Cons: There is limitation when comes to template customization. It is cloud-based which means you need a really good, stable and secure internet connection. It is little bit slow when switching multiple tabs, pages and sections.

Pros: A great tool for managing documents across a company in a very organized manner and allows easy access.

Cons: Leaning curve at the beginning. It was too easy to assume the process steps and skip the instructions

Pros: It’s the best EHR software I have seen. Very easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere from my iPad. It’s great for aesthetics practice

Cons: Nothing, I didn’t find any . Initially there was a learning curve but then it’s a wonderful EHR loaded with features.

Pros: DocVilla is all in one EHR. We have been using them for over a year now and also do billing through them. I would recommend DocVilla.

Cons: There is no con in DocVilla. It does take a little bit time to learn because it’s a very big all in one EHR but once you learn it, it really simplifies the life.

Pros: I like the value for your moneu and security most of all, I liked the fact that it was easy to use.And the patients can use it easily too

Cons: The part I like the least is that sometimes the patients got confused.And especially the older generation, it wasn't easy for them to navigate through
