Pros: How easy it is to use and the fact that it is so user friendly that even with no experience with websites and woo-commerce you can still successfully set up a shop

Cons: Connecting to the domain that I already purchased was confusing at first but it might be due to my lack of experience but other than that it was easy to use

Pros: It seems like a very good website for small businesses.

Cons: It claims it is 100% free but that is not true, you have to pay no matter what. It is in no way free like it says.

Pros: I used Ecwid for a whole year. I liked the fact that the plans to choose from were financially accessible. On the other hand the platform was very intuitive to build your website through templates.

Cons: At first it was difficult or limited with specific options to build your site, for instance, the navigation menu / bar wasn't as customizable as I needed. Basically you had to stick pretty much to what the platform offered with little freedom.

Pros: Ecwid was very easy to setup and work with. Their "New Gen" site editor gave us improved tools and design features to work with that really helped our site's aesthetics and include more information as well.

Cons: I would have liked to have more detail and control over site and sales analytics. They recently improved on this, but there are still a few options missing that would be helpful to our business.

Pros: Easy setup and go. Allows easy import of product data

Cons: Lack of additonal feature options or ability to add custom code

Pros: Easy to use, easy to integrate payment methods.

Cons: Got too expensive and price is to high for the amount of tools it got.

Pros: Ability to easily integrate a small product inventory into our own website.

Cons: Incorporating shipping options/costs was a bit confusing.

Pros: I like that I am able to do just about everything required to run a store online, and I don't have to pay anything up front.

Cons: I do not like how the free version only allows you to list 10 products, there are several other places that are also free, and they do not put a cap on the number you are allowed to have.

Pros: I like that Ecwid allows me to create and run a store online, and has plenty of options to personalize my storefront. It is a good platform, and is good for beginners to learn on as well.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is the limited amount of products I am able to have on the free plan. They only allow 10.

Pros: The ease of building the site from customizable templates.

Cons: We have had many issues with SEO and SEM and the support team is not clear on what needs to happen to fix it. It is also very difficult to get through to support. You are not able to call in - but have to chat in. This makes it difficult when there is an issue that needs immediately addressed. Additionally when you chat in they don’t always respond immediately. The site also does not change photos to WEBP when uploaded. I have to manually change them prior to publishing.

Pros: Support is the only positive thing, they write the code you need for you. But it's unfortunate that simple things need code to begin with

Cons: I'm still not understanding why images are not responsive, can't choose different images for Desktop vs Mobile, Can't change the appearance of Size Buttons etc, Can't choose to show featured items as a Carousel only grid or full image. You have to CODE all of these simple things. The things I ask about are things that Shopify already has on their CHEAPEST subscription. I wanted to use Ecwid because it's cheaper, but really it's not. To match the cheapest Shopify I have to take Ecwid's most Expensive plan - and still it doesn't come near what Basic Shopify offers. I tried using Ecwid in 2021 and everything was manual - it's THREE YEARS later and nothing has changed everything is still MANUAL.

Pros: The ease of being able to customize your personal online shop

Cons: Lots of extra buttons that seem unnecessary

Pros: It came with the website builder we use, Snapps, and so had to try and initially the setup was easy, but it quickly went downhill the more we wanted to customize.

Cons: Clunky interface, minimal customizing, and customer service had delayed replies, and when they did reply -no mater how explicit our questions—they never answered clearly, or, would punt us to their FAQ On their site, most of which are a few paragraphs and not even fully finished pages, so you are left still unsure about next steps or getting your problem solved.

Pros: Ecwid is a handy and very easy-to-manage software. It gives you the ability to switch easily from a CRM inventory to a more design-specific function. It's affordable and a must for most e-commerce stores.

Cons: What I didn't like about Ecwid is its exclusive Paying Card management by Stripe, which, by the way, is not available in most countries. That's need to be improved.

Pros: What I like most about Ecwid is how easy it is to set up, so you spend more time on your products and less time getting everything set up.

Cons: Pricing for unlimited is a little steep monthly.

Pros: It supports a wide range of payment gateways and methods, providing flexibility for my customers in making purchases.

Cons: My only issue is response times and the availability of support resources.

Pros: Ecwid est un logiciel qui permet aux utilisateurs de créer des boutiques ou des entreprises et facilite aussi la publication et la vente en ligne
