Really really great! We couldn't be happier with the tools and support we received from the Referral Factory team.
Pros: Referral Factory gave us a brilliant platform to build a very successful referring program for our customers. The tools are innovate and easy to use, and work really, really well. For us, the use of automation for emailing our referrers and leads was a brilliant help!
Cons: Sometimes the qualification of rewards can be a little confusing, but their support team were so helpful we figured it out every time!

It was overall positive I hope that upon signing up you’re prompted to select all the tabs you want to see.
Pros: The dashboard where all the information lives and the way it’s presented. I liked the funnel it gives a clear and visual method of understanding how well a campaign is going.
Cons: Some of tabs are hidden that I don’t think should be. Failed rewards for example was a hidden tab that I didn’t see until after the campaign was over meaning quite a few referrals didn’t get the reward they deserved.

Pros: Referral Factory has a good campaign creation that allows for a quick start. The users management is also good.
Cons: The integration with Monday keeps on giving us issues, especially the sync. The APIs also lack any option to directly create campaigns.

Our overall experience has been great, and I would recommend the product to anyone who is looking to implement a referral incentive.
Pros: We have loved that we can automate our emails and the process of getting people to sign up and refer their friends. The platform is very user-friendly and allows you to create different campaigns very quickly. Customer service is always very responsive and helpful.
Cons: We really enjoy using Referral Factory - the only downside for us is that we aren't able to automate the qualifying process because it doesn't allow us to qualify based on a deal amount. We have free user deals, and if we enable automation, it will qualify free users who haven't actually paid.

I've pretty much just handled the content/branding side on our end, so I'm not involved with the back-end process for collecting any of the data. But I've heard that side is going well, too.
Pros: It's a great way to capture customer referrals in a user-friendly, trustworthy way. From what I've seen, it's a good customer-facing platform.
Cons: I don't have any complaints currently. The process has been smooth on my end, although my manager was the one handling the set-up.

I give it a solid B-. It does the things I need it to do, but there are a few things that could be improved
Pros: Tracks and fulfills referrals for you with lots of good integrations.The email notifications let you know about referrals in real time.
Cons: Support is lacking a bit - can be tough to set up with the provided guides. Support isn't super helpful here.

It’s been a great experience. We saw a big increase in referral business after launching our campaign, and the HubSpot integration made managing leads and follow-ups really straightforward. It’s been so effective we’re now looking at scaling it for business referrals too. The platform is simple to use, looks professional, and the support team have been brilliant throughout.
Pros: It was really easy to set up and worked perfectly with our HubSpot CRM, which saved us a lot of manual work. The templates were handy, customising everything was simple, and the reporting made it easy to track results. Their support team were quick and helpful whenever we had questions.
Cons: Some of the customisation options felt a bit limited, especially when trying to tweak the design beyond the basics. It also took a bit of trial and error to get the HubSpot sync working exactly how we wanted. Nothing major, but a few things could be a bit more flexible.

What I particularly noticed was that the support is very personalised, which I really appreciate. I was recognised as a customer and the solution was tailored to my problem. If you need a quick, simple referral system, a clear recommendation.
Pros: The support is great, the tempates are simple and modern. In addition, it is the only offer I have found where you can also track "external" referral products (i.e. without direct payment via the tool). Within a few minutes you have your referral system ready.
Cons: The review of some campaigns, but for the safety of users it has to be that way, so understandable and it didn't take too long.

Referral Factory is a helpful tool to create a complete referral program. It is easy to integrate with Hubspot and has a very good support team and technical documentation.
Pros: The support team is amazing. They have solved all my problems very quickly finding the best solution.
Cons: The landing pages are not responsive for a mobile campaign

Cons: it was at first a little hard to use and a lot of referencing to the guides. Still wish there where more options with integration with our CRM ServiceTitan

Our company experience with Referral Factory has been overall great. The unique URL links for referrals makes tracking campaigns a breeze. The integration with HubSpot is very easy to set up and does exactly what we need to it in terms of tracking and automatically syncing to update properties. The Referral Factory team is always quick to respond and helpful in offering suggestions and solutions. I've enjoyed working with them and look forward to continuing to do so.
Pros: I appreciate the timely and helpful responses from their customer service team. They are always willing to discuss options and thoroughly review any concerns or questions I send their way.
Cons: There are some limitations when it comes to the formatting and set up of the referral forms themselves. It would be nice if we could set up conditional fields within the Referral Factory forms, but this is not a deal breaker for us as we've been able to find work arounds to this.

Very positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a referral solution.
Pros: The support team are absolutely fantastic, I get responses within the hour and they are always happy to help with anything. The integrations are what drove me to Referral Factory and so far, they have been working brilliantly.
Cons: Some of the UI for building campaigns is a bit strange to get used to. For example, I wasn't prompted to build the 'track your referrals' page as part of the campaign building process, and had to contact support to find out how to do it. It would be nice to have a bit more flexibility in downloading data on filtered groups of users.

I had a great experience with the program, and also a special mention to the support team which is always there to reply to my questions (and very quickly).
Pros: What I like the most about Referral Factory is the fact that it's a really well-made program that think about every detail for your referral campaign to be on point. I also like the integration between Referral Factory and a lot of other tools such like HubSpot.
Cons: I would like to be able to personalize a little bit more some elements, such as the emails notifications.

The product is both fast and easy to use - from setting up a new campaign, to customizing your offer & email communications. The SW makes it easy - you can focus on marketing, and not have to worry about how to master the SW.
Pros: Setting up a new campaign is pretty seamless - especially with the use of AI to help with the campaign configuration. Configuring rewards is easy, with a variety of incentive mechanisms.
Cons: Nothing stood out. I've used lots of marketing software over the years, and Referral Factory offers a great user experience.

Pros: It was super simple and easy to use. Very easy to navigate. Everything is right at your fingertips. The "analytics" of your referral program make it easy to find areas where improvement is needed.
Cons: As a Shopify store [sensitive content hidden], we have a huge list of optional 3rd party apps available. With such a large and vast variety of apps for anything one needs to apply to their store, many of the apps offer competitive pricing. A typical Shopify store [sensitive content hidden] can't afford to buy every app, because each charge a monthly fee. I do find Referral Factory to be on the high side of the spectrum in monthly pricing.

Very good user experience. The dashboard is fast, and our first campaign was up and live receiving referrals within one hour. Seeing the first referral come in so quickly was a nice little hit of dopamine. At first we wondered about the cost, but quickly overcame this objection.
Pros: Ease of campaign set-up, especially using the AI toggle feature. Also, contact syncing and website pop-up features are of very high value to our business.
Cons: Quite honestly, yet to encounter limitations. If anything, there are more features than we need.

My overall experience is great. It was easy to set up and integrate.
Pros: What I like most about the Referral Factory is that it is easy to use and navigate. It's so easy to set up and has all the necessary integrations. There are shareable links all set and ready once you are done. I also love how the reports and statistics are shown, it's easy to navigate through them and if you run multiple campaigns, they make it easy to understand showing the campaign that performs well than the others.
Cons: I would love to create unique referral codes but unfortunately, I was told that they are only auto-generated for now. So I hope they'll allow it soon but so far, so good!

Pros: I liked it's ease-of-use, and also the fact that it integrated an AI assistant to help with the heavy-lifting and make campaign creation processes faster and smooth.

My overall experience with Referral Factory has been great. A system that is simple to set up and get going is what any client would look for and it provides just that. With the added benefits of managing and optimizing campaigns simple due to the insightful analytics it provides.
Pros: First off it was super easy to get set up, creating my campaigns is straight forward almost anyone can do it. It offers benefits like AI to help generate your campaign which is awesome. With easy to set up landing pages your can personalize your user journey and with their integration possibilities you are able to link with your CRM. When it comes to reporting and analyzing they have a great dashboard showing you all the high end results you need, you can further breakdown these results with the detailed data provided. Included in their system is an email feature, also allowing companies to reach out to their current contact base when to promoting signing up.
Cons: There are 3 points that are not necessarily what I like least but would be beneficial to have, a Partner feature for partnership sign up and management. The ability to payout commission straight from the system and allowing clients to review us.
