It's great. Sure beats managing schedules in your head or from a google calendar. Allows me to have more free time.
Pros: Ease of integration with the Zoho ecosystem. We already use Books and Expense so it is awesome to have our customer database sync over.
Cons: There's a lot of moving pieces and some features we won't be using but cannot turn off. May take a while to learn how to use it.

Really easy to use would highly recommend this app to anyone that would like to do business and keep everything in one place
Pros: Fast response and order are quickly available sign up and had a request with two days for services to help a customer

I been having a overall good time so far with Zoho FSM. My only struggle is not figuring out automations.
Pros: I like the features of Zoho FSM. Zoho FSM is very user Friendly. I really like the service appointment option Job Sheets. I have added a Job Sheet for each of my services. I wish that FSM was offered as a Zoho One app. I have to pay more to use FSM.

Great experience. Improved our service delivery. The cordination from ticketing to assignment and dispatch of the resources and instant feedback from the client helps us streamline our service delivery.
Pros: The easy coordination of Work orders and automation of the activities between the dispatcher, field service technicians and the client makes it easier to cordinate site activites.
Cons: The reporting part and sequence of steps might be a little bit complex and cumbersome. A sequential flow would make it more fun to interact.

Très fluide, une suite fiable avec Zoho CRM et les autres logiciels de la suite. Avant, nous étions avec un logiciel sur Filemaker et c'était très lourd.
Pros: La fluidité et la fiabilité. De plus, le logiciels n'est pas trop cher. On paie par utilisation. Ce qui est bien pour les petites entreprises.
Cons: Jusqu'à présent j'aime tout. J'aurais apprécié un design un peu plus costaud. Pour le visuel il y aurait un petit travail à faire.

Pros: Zoho FSM is very user-friendly and well-structured. The ability to manage jobs, dispatches, and field teams in real time has greatly improved my team’s efficiency. The integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk is also a huge advantage because all the data is centralized in one place.
Cons: Sometimes the configuration and customization take a little time to fully understand, but once you get used to it, everything works very smoothly.

Horrible...Once they get your subscriptions, CRM, FSM, Books, Inventory..all supposed to be integrated..but payments are not.. So frustrating!!
Pros: never got it going. We had high hopes of integrating Zoho CRM, books, inventory, FSM, etc.. NO GO.. SUPER DISAPPOINTING
Cons: absolutely impossible to cancel subscription$$$. very difficult to log in with OneApp & security codes..just ridiculous. They billed us for over a year with us complaining...Really bad experience getting help.

Overall, Zoho FSM has improved our field service operations by centralizing scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing. It requires proper setup and training, but once configured, it streamlines the entire process and integrates well with the Zoho ecosystem.
Pros: The strong integration with Zoho CRM and Books makes the workflow seamless. Scheduling and dispatching jobs is intuitive, and having custom modules and automation with Deluge is a huge plus.
Cons: Overall, Zoho FSM has met our expectations, and we haven’t encountered any major issues so far for the moment.

I am really liking it. The software doesn't take forever to load everytime i click on something which is typical a big time sucker in my day. I'm excited to become a Zoho FSM Master.
Pros: I love that I can customize dang near everything to my needs. Very helpful and increases my productivity.
Cons: There's a bit of a learning curve. You will likely spend some time in the help guide. Only because the software is so rich in features and ways to customize.

It has been fairly easy and has eliminated paperwork as the reports are all online and is accessible at all times.
Pros: The field staff can capture pictures and update the service report and upload it and the office staff can access it in real time.
Cons: The customization of the app was very time-consuming. And if there is no or minimum mobile signal when technicians are out in the field, they are limited and cannot fill in their reports in real time.

Pros: The technician app is clear and efficient. We can document work, capture signatures, and take photos all in one place. Everything syncs instantly to CRM and accounting – it's a big time-saver!
Cons: Some interface texts are still in English or too technical. Also, customizing forms and templates could be more intuitive for non-developers.

The onboarding team is super helpful and it helps us manage our growing sites much better, as they could adjust the API and automation code to suit our business needs.
Pros: The ablity for my team to conclude jobs and give serbice reports on their phones, and the amount of printed we save on as they view the work orders on the phone.
Cons: It took the technicians a few weeks to get the hang of it, however, once they got going, it makes life easy. Adding the whatsapp line is a little complicated too.

Pros: Easy to use, overall a great service for taking leads and converting through to customers and work orders and service appointments.
Cons: Sometimes It can be a bit rigid, I would like more control over how templates are laid out. The bigger software solves a lot of these issues.

Generally, it is building up to satisfaction. It is a great experience.
Pros: 1. Efficiency when it comes to scheduling appointments. The messages are delivered live. 2. The ability to load Assets and designate to specific sites. The syncing of Assets to specific addresses. Syncing of Service and parts as well as equipment onto sites, territory and contacts. This enables automation and reduces manual loading of data. 3. The application of rules and commands. This serves as reminders to Administrators and less reliance on memory.
Cons: 1. Currently, the inability to load multiple assets under one client. 2. It takes some time to load especially on opening from CRM and Zoho Desk.
