Pros: User-friendly interface and efficient tools managing reservations; predefined reports are very useful.
Cons: I don’t like that every time I try to open a function or reservation, it opens a new tab.That makes it confusing sometimes when I’m reviewing multiple reservations.

Our overall experience with GuestWisely has been excellent. The platform is modern, reliable, and has made managing bookings, pricing, and commissions so much more organized and stress free for our business. What truly stood out was the hands on training with Hind, she was and is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, taking time to explain everything clearly and making sure we felt confident using the system. We felt guided every step of the way, not rushed, and very supported. GuestWisely has been a game changer for us, and we're extremely happy with both the software and the whole team behind it.
Pros: We love how GuestWisely simplifies our daily operations. From inquiries to confirmed bookings, everything flows smoothly and saves us a lot of time.

Cons: Schlechter Support und Kompetenz zur Anwendung von 365Villas oder Guest Wisely ... sind gut im Verkauf von Services doch absolut unverständliche Einführung und Support - MailSpam mit News - no Competencies and implementation.

Pros: Guestwisely takes care of so many aspects of the business that it's hard to pinpoint any specific one. I can, however, say with confidence that introducing Guestwisely early on in my business has was the best business decision I have ever made

We used the system for around 10 months and invested a significant amount in the setup. GuestWisely offers some great features, but there is still a lot of manual work required. Channel connectivity was unreliable, and although we requested multi-unit Airbnb support from the start, it was finally confirmed as not available. We had to create workarounds that were far from ideal and led to lost bookings. The lack of a mobile app also made daily operations more difficult, as our team had to log in through a web browser to check updates. Ultimately, we decided to move away from GuestWisely mainly due to poor customer service, connectivity issues, and the absence of proper multi-unit functionality.
Pros: GuestWisely (former 365Villas) dashboard had a clean and simple layout that made it easy to manage all bookings efficiently. The direct website integration worked smoothly, and the automated message templates and workflow automation were very well designed. These features helped streamline communication and daily operations effectively.
Cons: Customer service is very poor, especially during weekends when there is no support at all. We experienced many issues with channel connections. The onboarding process initially seemed professional, but in practice, there were frequent connectivity problems with the system. There’s also no mobile app to manage communications and operations on the go, and no real-time notifications. Another major limitation is the lack of proper multi-unit functionality with some channels like Airbnb, which forced us to recreate listings and lose valuable reviews. This had a significant impact on reservations and flexibility in assigning guests to different villa units.

Happy satisfied customer. Technically there is room to improvement to make it more user friendly and prevent bugs or issues.
Pros: Great product. Added value to our businsess. Saving a lot of time completing owner statements. Friendly and knowledgable support team, [sensitive content hidden] are the best.
Cons: Glitches, bugs and the fact that there is no on call number or an easy way to get personal contact. It’s not a super easy or user friendly programme.

I really enjoy using this platform and love how it is connected to Ari BnB, so it is easy for me to manage everything.
Pros: It is easy to use to manage the property and there are a lot of options that make booking and managing easier.
Cons: It is a little pricy when I first started because it is part of the investment, so it was just part of the budget.

I'm very happy with the software. It's changed how we operate our bunisess and has given us the tools we needed to grow.
Pros: The software is robust and allows you to pick and choose which modules you would like to have, based on your business needs. I love the website integration and booking manager. It has really helped to organize our bookings so that we don't miss anything and it can be shared across our entire team.
Cons: As with any software, it is a lot to learn. I recently added the channel manager to my account, and that has been another steep learning curve. Maybe it would help to have continual group training sessions on different topics.

Pros: The breadth of the offering is truly impressive and the support received and time spent towards training during the onboarding process exceeded all expectations.
Cons: Difficult for me to speak to this given my near non-use of the platform so far. So far what I've been able to accomplish on the platform has met my expectations. To select one thing - I may call out the pricing plan and the need to lock in with 5 properties to start. As a startup PM, paying for properties you don't manage is difficult but if this cost is designed to offset training and onboarding, I get it.

As a property management company, we were looking for a channel manager to integrate different properties in different booking platforms. We found 365Villas and we are very happy. The team is very attentive, helpful and efficient. Answers are given as quickly as possible and they care about the customer. After purchasing the package, several free learning sessions are given and if any further questions arise, the team is available to arrange more sessions. I would especially like to thank Hind, Irina and Leonardo for all the patience and time they gave and are giving to help. Thank you.
Pros: The platform is relatively simple to navigate and quite complete. It takes just a few sessions with the team to start understanding how this channel manager works
Cons: I dont have anything bad to say about 365 villas. Everything went well and according to my expectations.

I am extremely satisfied with 365Villas. Since using them with my website, my bookings have exceeded my other paid platform bookings. I can't rave enough about their proactive customer support - they check in on you to make sure you don't have any issues or needs. And when you do need assistance, they are responsive and helpful.
Pros: 365Villas is easy to use with so many tools tools to help me succeed.
Cons: Finding the tools I need is often difficult. They are strangely arranged.

Very happy with the client support and really looking forward to putting the PMS to use.
Pros: The PMS has absolutely everything we need to help us grow our property management business.
Cons: There we're some minor teething problems when integrating the system, but the 365 team has been responsive in resolving all issues.

I have had 365villas for approximately 1 year. I waited this long to do the review as I was waiting until I was able to utilize all the features. It took me a long while to set up the online platform - Caribbean banking system. Once I was ready to go 365villas was there to help do the final steps. I am pleased overall. They are always looking at ways to improve and make the product even better. I would highly recommend 365villas.
Pros: Initially, it was an affordable option for my small property management company. It was a leap of faith for any of the systems out there, as it does take some initial work to get it up and running. I did have a few hurdles and feel the support team has been there every step of the way. You can reach out to support at anytime and the turnaround time is very efficient. It was fairly easy to upload the properties and super easy to make edits and updates once set up.
Cons: If I had to find one thing, I am not a huge fan of the email layout in the system. I am getting used to it but does not feel intuitive for me.

Great experience! We have been with 365 Villas for over 5 years and it gets better every month! In particular, [sensitive content hidden] has been a lifesaver over the years and so patient and helpful in explaining details and helping with training and support needed through product enhancements and transitions.
Pros: The customer support and the constant enhancements 365 Villas is doing to better the product and keep up with industry trends.

Unrivalled PMS with excellent support and add on features.
Pros: A comprehensive Property Management system, with extensive bolt on's. This is a very well thought out PMS with awesome tools, direct integration with Airbnb and VRBO and the option for larger property managers to add a channel manager. Brilliant accounting features, excellent owners statements and owner login features. Comprehensive marketing tools also built in as is the option to use multicurrency payments and a raft of payment gateways for guests. I have a website built and designed by their in-house design team. This has resulted in a significant number of direct bookings. The support team are fast and friendly and every user has a dedicated account manager. The recently introduced Guest App is a hit. I have been a user for 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Cons: Only thing lacking for me is a direct integration with booking.com but this feature is coming in 2025

Pros: The single point of communicating and finances makes using multiple channels easy to manage.
Cons: The on-boarding process and time it takes to be productive takes a bit, but I don’t know if other competitors tools would be more quicker.

Our overall on boarding experience was excellent with the personnel conducting the training being very well qualified and patient with our requests . If we had queries, they would answer them immediately or can’t find any information that we needed and customise the execution of our needs within the system. There were many times where our individual needs had not been included in the original package and 365 worked very hard to accommodate these situations
Pros: I like its intuitive, ease of operation and very qualified staff.
Cons: Some key features such as payment processing are not available in my country andI i feel that this should be remedied . I would like to see Booking.com be more Integrated with 365Villas.

We have seen 365 Villas professionalize over the years and they have helped us raise our standards. I feel they have advised us in our best interest. They have implemented the features we demanded and their customer service has been attentive. Great value for the money. It is a proper software for our business size.
Pros: Integrated accounting feature. It lets you do your operational accounting and connect to QuickBooks if you want to.
Cons: The mobile website is not as complete as the desktop version.
