We've been using UpPromote to manage our brand ambassadors and affiliate network, and it has been a very stable experience. It does exactly what it promises. The support team is generally responsive when you hit a snag. While the best automation features require a paid tier, it's a worthwhile investment if you are serious about managing word-of-mouth marketing efficiently.
Pros: The link and coupon tracking are incredibly accurate and reliable, which saves us a lot of manual work. The affiliate dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy for our partners to navigate. It gives you a solid infrastructure to scale a referral program without glitches.
Cons: Some of the advanced settings and multi-level configurations have a bit of a learning curve to set up correctly at first. Also, the design customization for registration pages feels a bit rigid unless you upgrade to the higher-tier paid plans.

Good! Would recommend, decent support, really quick at fixing issues, and the tracking works which is helpful when using affiliates.
Pros: Easy to use, great support. Good secruity, would like to see if we can try and attract UGC talent to help us grow.

UpPromote has been useful for building out our Shopify affiliate program, especially once we understood how its coupon and commission settings interact with Shopify Discounts. Their live chat support was responsive and helped us resolve several setup questions around auto-generated coupons, manual coupon assignment, first-time customer commissions, discount combinations, and tiered affiliate programs.
Pros: Responsive and knowledgeable support. The team gave clear answers about how to configure affiliate coupons, when to use Shopify Discounts, and how to structure commissions for new customers only. The app also gives us a practical way to manage affiliate programs, coupon codes, referrals, and approvals.
Cons: There is a learning curve around which settings are controlled in UpPromote and which are controlled in Shopify. Moving affiliates between programs can also require manual attention because coupon codes do not automatically switch in every case.

It has been the best after going through 4 platforms... I love it, and my team loves it too. It has an MLM and various automations to motivate affiliates.
Pros: Easy to set up, a lot of video tutorials, and easy to customize to your branding. Amazing Support LIVE CHAT (real humans)
Cons: Ummm, so far Nothing... Well, they should include the date and time in the internal chat with the affiliates.

I've been having a great experience, even the free version of the app is full of great features. Very nice and intuitive user experience, both me and my affiliates navigate easily. The customer support is top tier, [sensitive content hidden] was super nice and helpful, answered my question immediately. Really appreciated her help and the quick solution!
Pros: It has all for creating a well-functioning, intuitive Affiliate Program from scratch. Even with minimal effort, we managed to get it running and gain partners under a week.
Cons: I have not experienced any issues so far. Even the free version exceeds all my expectations, but I would be happy to pay in the future for the ones not included in the future.

Great! I enjoyed using UpPromote! Having it sync directly into my Shopify website made setting up my account very easy, and their support team is incredible!
Pros: UpPromote was easy to use and kept all of my affiliate information organized. I was able to pull reports to see how each affiliate was performing.
Cons: I was on the free version, and everything worked as expected. If I were to switch to a paid version, the things that would have been helpful (automatic affiliate payout) would have been provided.

Cons: Maybe there is a lot of restrictions regarding the Free plan, but still makes sense since you can still work around it until you scale and require to upgrade.

Customer support has always done an above and beyond job of helpig us grow our revenue in the affiliate market.
Pros: Makes it easy to work with Affiliates. The auto payouts, bulk messaging, and even the customer support are incredible.
Cons: Honestly I can't think of anything off the top of my head that I would say is a con. Truly easy to use and implement.

I'm happy with UpPromote. It's a good app that offers all the functions I need to grow my business with affiliate programs.
Pros: Great app for growing and managing my affiliate program. There are lots of features that allow me to customize the programs to my needs.
Cons: The UI can be a bit outdated in places. There aren't many AI features that can support in my affiliate program management.

Pros: This is an easy to use application with good, prompt customer service. My affliates find it easy to use too.
Cons: You need to upgrade to use more than one program. I am going to upgrade to the growth programme and see what the difference is.

One of the best apps for shopify - if you wanna scale your business, this is the way to go! Awesome support help from everyone! They will help you quickly and be there if you encounter any issues!

Cons: Honestly, nothing. You have different plans with great pricing and a free option aswell for beginners and a 14 day trial.

I've been with UpPromote for more than 2 years on Shopify; I can confidently say, their app has the most versatile feature out there. In my case, the cost of investment is definitely worth it.
Pros: Very easy to use and UI is extremely user-friendly. Every feature has information on what it does. Additionally, their customer service is superb and very quick to respond.
Cons: Cannot cater to Requests in implementing Referral Rules not available on their app; I've requested a few but has yet to be granted.

5 Stars, the experience has always been above satisfactory. I am happy with the application and the level of professionalism.
Pros: Another Great Session with Support! They have not change on how they strive to take care of their customers. Even when you ask tons of questions, they are extremely patient in answering, and reanswering them. I left the service, but after trying others, I was right back. Pros: The app is easy to use. Especially the auto-generate function is a great feature. Also the support service was very quick in response and were able to help me efficiently.
Cons: Nothing really that I can critize. The only thing is that maybe the auto-generate function is a bit hidden but thats just a minor thing as maybe not everybody needs to use it.

Everything so far has been very good. Helpful agents online that answer promptly and effectively and efficiently.
Pros: What I like about this product is it is easy to use and set up. It is intuitive (like my Mac's) and is a great fit for our small business. [sensitive content hidden] helped me today and was online within seconds and had my change done within 60 seconds. I love they are available online and they actually seem to know what they are doing and how to help. Also, big feature is that they have a SPAM blocker built in and they have multiple payment methods available for our Affiliates.
Cons: So far I don't really have any "cons" but, without upgrading my plan there are a number of features we don't have access to, but, not sure that is really a con. Get what you pay for?
