Pros: The clarity. I love having data. The more you can see the better decisions you can make. Better decisions equals efficiency and profit.

Cons: I can seem like a little too much at times but honestly you can’t want flexibility and many angles of data and have everything be completely straight forward.

Pros: Implementing E-turns and training the team on how to pull items has been easy. It's been beneficial for tracking and managing inventory. The suggested orders function has been very helpful for ordering.

Cons: The sensitivity of the barcode scanner. Sometimes it'll scan something else while you're positioning your camera on the desired barcode.

Pros: It makes ordering easy. Helps stay organized, and in touch with current pricing. It is easy to learn.

Cons: I have issues creating a new order. When you order strictly from the suggested orders it works great but if you create a new order it does not assign it to a bin location and this can cause major issues with your inventory.

Pros: Love how eturns notifies you when inventory gets low and then it’s only a few clicks to get what you need ordered

Cons: Eturns really only works if the employees are on top of scanning out items each day. If they don’t scan stuff out then items might not pop up and needing to order

Pros: Eturns has a huge variety of reports which make inventory management and reporting easy. It is flexible to print or export reports in many formats.

Cons: The UI of Eturns is shoddy as compared to its peers. Occasionally, it takes more than one click to move to another page which is frustrating.

Cons: THE LOADING ON THE APP IS A LITTLE SLOW.

Pros: Ease of use. Everything is located just a click away. Pulling live up to date information simplified.

Cons: While processing large line item quantities the system has run time issues.

Pros: Easy to keep track of inventory, mins and maxs help me know when i need to reorder material.

Cons: Too much time spinning in between clicks

Pros: It will let you track materials by project and let you put in a budget and will subtract from it. The system is easy to use and you can scan photos and items in .

Cons: I will have to say serialized material hard to add multiple

Pros: easy to navigate. I think it's very user friendly. You just have to click around, but you can get used to it easily.

Cons: lags sometimes. I scan for a bar code and the camera lags

Pros: The customer can control the inventory.

Cons: Instructions are hard to read and many times hard to find.

Pros: I like the fact that eTurns is very easy to use. Easy to remember even if you havent used it in awhile.

Cons: I like everything about eTurns. I haven't had any issues with this website as of this time.

Pros: Easy to navigate and it does not take long to get the hang of it.

Cons: Inventory issues, either by pulls not registering or adjusting counts not updating, there were issues keeping an accurate count.

Pros: Eturns makes my job incredibly easy. All facets of it are simple and easy to use. Easy to reorder material for the customer, easy to add new items, remove items, and it was easy to get it setup! And the customer is insanely happy with the results.

Cons: Nothing that I can complain about. There are glitches every now and then but they always seem to get fixed in a timely manner.

Pros: Support has been timely and setup was fairly easy, performs as it should.

Cons: Drop down menus can be hard to navigate and custom sorting of a given screen gets lost over time and requires resorting

Pros: I like the ease of access and the mobile app. Also does a Great job of tracking On hand quantities.

Cons: I think the counts are a little bit hard to understand.
