Using Cleo is extremely straightforward and efficient.
Pros: The ease of setting up the different EDI components, such as EDI maps, connections and database tables. Also, their tech support is proactive and knowledgeable.
Cons: It does not have comprehensive reporting. You can get basic information from Cleo, but you cannot dive into the details. Also, it is not particularly user friendly when troubleshooting issues.

The installation services were great and Cleo's customer support is outstanding. I have never had issues with getting a hold of customer support and getting any questions answered.
Pros: With Cleo Integration Cloud being a "cloud" product, its one less piece of hardware for me to deal with being up and running. I can get access to it anywhere and it's a single interface with my on-prem ERP system.
Cons: The cost is a bit high for what we are using it for (just data transfer right now) but I am looking at other features in the future.

Pros: Excelente para la integración de recolección de información para big data directo a la nube, muy útil para automatización y manejo de datos.
Cons: Muy difícil la experiencia del usuario, toca capacitarse para el manejo del programa además tiene muchas limitaciones para integración.

We are utilizing the Managed Services option and progress seems very slow.
Pros: I like the cockpit for EDI visibility for the functional team.
Cons: I do not like that the system seems slow and the wheel is constantly spinning as new pages are displayed.

Pros: I like the dashboard visibility. Integrations are easy to set up.
Cons: The job schedule feature could be easier to use. Instead of checking days of week and times of day, special code had to be entered.

Pros: EDI easy to use, configure new trading partners, endpoints, and rulesets, makes possible add new customer in only few minutes
Cons: SVN is little bit confuse at beginning but after start using we get the way they provide us to store our files on server.

Overall good experience. It solves the major problem of synchronized team development. Saves time with all internal communication and scrum meetings. No backups are required. Good experience from last several months.
Pros: Easy designing of the complete system with all the real-time data synchronization and team with a single view. Data is stored over the cloud and can be assessed by the team. Easy reverse engineering too.
Cons: The available FAQ and documentation are less effective. The company needs to update with clear details.

Report generation is good . Dashboard also good Need more MFT options . Over all satisfied.
Pros: Dashboard and partner wise report generation.
Cons: We don't have any option to copy the same file to multiple destinations.

CLEO is very good company, I can strongly recommend to my friend. Initial support I get from professional services team is good. Sales Team and Customer success Manager are really wonderful people to work with. I'm really happy with my overall experience.
Pros: I find this software is user friendly. Quicker to learn with all the help of study material. Since this is supported by Cloud software, we can login from anywhere ,
Cons: Due to maintenance issues, I get few transmission issues, having said that I get support from CLEO but only on the next day.

Pros: Easy to use and understand as a beginner Sudo language coding for file transfer is one of the best features. The help page is pretty good for noob

Pros: I enjoy the UX of the CIC it is very configurable and easy to use even to some members who are less technical.
Cons: No current SLA views in the CIC , I believe this is on Cleo roadmap though!

It was good fro awhile but as we grew our AS2 base, it was impossible to stay ahead financially.
Pros: It is fairly simple to setup and administer. Support is fair to good and overall has most features needed.
Cons: Expense and purchasing AS2 blocks. This is a limiting factor but getting unlimited licensing is way too cost prohibitive

Cleo is a complete application integration tool that we were looking for, it allows us to store all our projects in the cloud and manage them in a better way, it allows us to give a faster access to users and manage password protected data which gives us a better security.
Pros: I like this tool because it allows us to add all kinds of data without problems and allows a much simpler access to all the information available in each project and designed in each platform or application, it is a great saving of energy and hardware.
Cons: I have no complaints about this platform.

Pros: The ease of use i LOVE that this BOT checks on me daily gives tips along with credit score updates and can explain alll of my expense with simple ease

Cleo is a cute little way to keep track of your overspending.
Pros: Cleo is fun to use and is always offering new ways to win some money. The app is very user friendly.
Cons: It sometimes does not take into account that I need to pay things like rent. It will "roast" me for spending $1300 but I don't really have a choice.

I have had a great time using Cleo! It makes life so much easier when I can hit my messenger option type in Bal or help and get immediate assistance without having to download yet another space killing app to my device.
Pros: I can access my account info via fb messenger, safely!
Cons: NA. I love this product. Ever since I got it I've had an easier way to measurey finances.

We are satisfied with the move to Cleo and waiting for new products in 2019.
Pros: What I like on Cleo is the quality of the products and how they are update. We use Clarify for mapping translation. The quality of our mapping, implementation time and cost moved more then 500%.
Cons: It is not intuitive and you may have to invest a lot of time in how to use the system but overall this is the only difficult that you may have.

Pros: We use Lexicom and it is very stable and easy to use once you start using it. I can have multiple trading partners as well as setting up test partners. Documentation made it easy!
Cons: Not knowing much about EDI, I had to learn how to use the software, other than that I am unable to find anything to date that I don't like about the software!

Pros: The clarify product is far above the competitors and offers many more features. I have evaluated many similar products and landed on Clarify because of the flexibility of the tool and the expansive feature set. The support and service from Cleo is also excellent. I would strongly recommend this product.
Cons: As a user of many versions of the product, the migration path between major revisions can be tedious. I can appreciate the need for this when there are major changes to the software, but to date that has been my only complaint with this software.

Pros: Everything is in one spot. Very simple and tech support knows there stuff. The integration to our Power 8 is great
Cons: Sometimes can be slow. If you do not have the right PTF's on the Power 8 installed it will fail badly
