Celigo is a robust iPaaS solution that reduces manual integration work and improves data flow across systems. Once configured, it is reliable and scalable, but initial setup and troubleshooting require some technical understanding.
Pros: Strong NetSuite and multi-system integrations Powerful automation and workflow builder Good prebuilt connectors and templates Reliable data handling and monitoring tools
Cons: Steep learning curve for new users UI can feel complex with many flows Debugging issues can be time-consuming Pricing may be high for smaller use cases

We have a love hate relationship with Celigo. Some things are great, others are more challenging because we don't have a tech team.
Pros: It makes data transformation possible when you're a medium sized business. It makes certain things accessible. Support are great and go out of their way to help you
Cons: When you are doing something outside the norm, you still need a resource with development experience to build that for you.

Overall, my experience with Celigo Integrator.io has been positive. It’s helped streamline our Shopify, amazon, ebay to NetSuite integration and reduced manual work. The platform is reliable for day-to-day use, though troubleshooting more complex issues can sometimes be time-consuming.
Pros: I really like how easy Celigo Integrator.io is to use compared to other integration tools. The interface is quite intuitive, so even complex flows between Shopify and NetSuite are manageable without heavy development. The pre-built connectors saved us a lot of time during setup, and the flexibility to customize flows has been really helpful for handling our specific business requirements. I also find the error handling and logging very useful, it makes troubleshooting much easier when something goes wrong. Overall, it’s been a reliable and scalable solution for our integrations.
Cons: One of the downsides of Celigo Integrator.io is that debugging complex flows can sometimes be challenging, especially when errors aren’t very descriptive. While the platform is flexible, certain customizations require workarounds that aren’t always straightforward. Performance can occasionally be an issue with larger data volumes or when multiple flows are running at the same time. Also, some advanced features feel a bit limited unless you build custom logic around them. Overall, it works well, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of transparency and ease of troubleshooting. Need to improve UI as well.

Celigo Integrator.io is widely considered a "best-of-breed" choice for companies that need a scalable, reliable way to automate data flows between their ERP (especially NetSuite) and other business systems. It strikes a rare balance between being easy enough for an administrator to use while remaining flexible enough for a developer to customise.
Pros: Celigo Integrator.io because it bridges the gap between simple automation and complex enterprise needs. Its biggest draw is the user-friendly, "low-code" interface that allows non-developers to sync apps like NetSuite and Shopify using pre-built templates, significantly speeding up setup times. Additionally, its AI-powered error handling takes the headache out of maintenance by automatically fixing most sync failures and explaining issues in plain English rather than cryptic code.
Cons: Opaque error handling and general error codes, which can make troubleshooting complex sync issues tedious and time-consuming. While the platform is marketed as a low-code solution, users frequently encounter a steep learning curve when moving beyond basic templates, often requiring JavaScript knowledge or specialized expertise for custom data transformations and advanced debugging. Pricing is another significant point of contention; many find the platform expensive for small businesses, noting that costs can escalate rapidly as additional managed modules or high transaction volumes are added.

It helped save outreach and sales people a lot of time logging emails, but not much any other sales activity. The implementation team was extremely helpful in setting up the integration with you and training employees, but failed to help with other automations that should have been included.
Pros: The team is extremely helpful is integrating for your need rather than pushing a random integration. We used Celigo Cloudxtend Gmail to Netsuite integration. Logging emails into Netsuite was incredibly helpful and helped sales and outreach individuals save a lot of time.
Cons: The use still didn't automate much for the price. It would have been nice to add calendar meetings as events in Netsuite, but not all internal ones.

We used Celigo to integrate our Shopify stores with NetSuite. The team has been super helpful since day 1, ensuring that we are getting the most out of their product.
Pros: The customer service is amazing, and the team works really hard to make their product work for you.
Cons: Some things were a little tricky and too technical for me to understand, so I would advise having someone on board who has a good understanding of financial system and intergrations.

Pros: Works well for standard out of the box flows
Cons: Any custom flows are extremely difficult to configure

it worked on a basic level, the syncing is reliable, but beyond that... i hated my experience. Everyone I interacted with at the company seemed to not know the Product, or their Job.
Pros: i liked that it has an integration with Netsuite.
Cons: The field mapping in Celigo is very difficult to use. I wasn't able to compare a date field and return a value based on logic. That is basic functionality that took me hours to find out i couldn't make work, even after asking for support.

Experience using Celigo has been great
Pros: Colugo is a great tools to build and shop integrations. Effortlessly helps with data connectivity
Cons: More resources and tutorials for best practices

Celigo is very helpful to connect various online softwares and helps get into the data flow and improve it as much as possible. It is a program I would reccomend.
Pros: Celigo comes in handy for the integration of multiple platforms like marketplaces and ERP systems. Cleo makes the data flow smooth between the systems and helps them be constantly updated about stock levels, prices and any information. It also shows clear errors when something goes wrong and even specifies what needs to be corrected - makes it relatively easy to use.
Cons: The support system of Celigo can be a little bit improved - sometimes we need someone to respond right away later during the day and this is not always the case.

Not too bad though
Pros: Allows you to build as many applications as you want.
Cons: There is a need for some extra skill to maintain applications after they've been built.
Ngalla B. · CEO · Computer Software · November 8, 2022
Availability of so many connectors have helped us to scale up my applications quickly to new services allowing us with ample time to focus on internal working of components rather than integration supports.
Pros: 1. Simple and intuitive UI with great flexibility of use 2. Good Availability of variety of connectors for quick integeration3. New componenets can be easily added to the systems making it scalable 4. Fast import and export of the data is possible 5. Integration are highly optimized and secured 6. Great customer support, provides quick resolution
Cons: 1. More documentation support can be added for learning.2. Debugging is difficult sometimes in case of errors in integration

We are happy users now
Pros: That the integration is modular so we can reuse and fix this integration ourselves without having to do much coding.
Cons: It took a long time to get the integration up and running. There was a learning curve with this software and it was not always clear what was going wrong.
Christian W. · COO · Apparel & Fashion · August 16, 2022
The product has continuously improved over the almost 2 years we've had it. From getting minimal to no error information on syncs, to now where information is easily pullable and a seemingly more effective UI.
Pros: The setup is intuitive via linking the intended fields in the two SaaS chosen.
Cons: Problem solving sync errors can be challenging. The error codes are super general, and a lot of time one has to look at the originating records on both SaaS being linked and just mentally go through a list of fields to make sure they are still in unison. It can be super tedious and time consuming.

Celigo is essential to our business. We use it to integrate everything from NetSuite, to Amazon, to eBay, to Zendesk, to Walmart, to Enspire Commerce, to Korber WMS, to AfterShip, to Klaviyo, to Salesforce, etc.. We couldn't do it without Celigo's easy to use, but versatile product.
Pros: -Easy to use -Can preview all your transformations and scripts in real time -Pre built apps for quick implementation -Custom options for more complex implementations
Cons: -EDI capabilities aren't where they need to be. It's great for taking files in, but difficult to send EDI files back out.

Celigo offers many powerful tools that help integrate multiple applications. While not very beginner friendly they offer an amazing learning platform complete with certificates that really help you master application integration.
Pros: This product solved our business need of connecting our proprietary database to our online ordering system.
Cons: Not very beginner friendly, will need to consult info library.
Anonymous User · Information Technology Analyst · Printing · January 7, 2022
Pros: We use this to sync NetSuite and Salesforce. Super easy to setup and it runs in the background.
Cons: The only thing I would like to improve is the speed that the sync happens. I do understand that a lot of that is not the control of this software.
Steve B. · IT Manager · Consumer Goods · November 23, 2021
Easy to use
Pros: The dashboard , flow, and the error management
Cons: Poor Customer service, handling very large data set, loading time
Khurram J. · Senior Consultant · Information Technology and Services · November 5, 2021
It's been easy to create flows and running them to push orders from our CRM to our shipping platform.
Pros: For the most part, it's easy to navigate and see what errors come up. I also love that it has Celigo University, which is a fantastic tutorial course for learning how to use this product. It's also very easy to submit a ticket and contact support when needed.
Cons: It is sometimes difficult to understand what is causing an error in the flows. I've occasionally had to contact support to confirm what the issue is, but they are usually quick to respond.
Michelle V. · Office Administrator · Consumer Goods · September 30, 2021
Being able to optimize our processes has been great for our team internally. We can connect together multiple systems so that we close a deal, onboard a client, setup our team's project space in Jira, create a new Teams channel for the client and create a workbook in OneNote all on one flow. Then our product delivery team is ready to get going working with the client with all the resources that they need.
Pros: I think where this product shines is that you have tons of pre-built connectors as well as pre-built templates that can get you off the ground very quickly. However, unlike some other platforms that we've worked with celigo also allows for flexibility to pretty much customize to whatever you can imagine. This ads great value for smaller companies as they grow and change and want to adapt their integrations.
Cons: When you get into more advanced integrations some of the debugging visibility is limited or it can be hard to see the underlying data. This is being improved upon and I am aware that there is a future release addressing these issues so I am excited to see those come out.
Sterling R. · Co Founder · Information Technology and Services · May 13, 2021
Pros: I like that it is quick to create custom integrations to any API. The Speed with which a partnership can be cemented functionally and optimally is key to adapting quickly to this rapid changes in our industry.
Cons: Connections always take time, and that isn't really their fault... lol

Integration with multiple systems and custom business processes. Has drastically increased efficiency with multiple clients.
Pros: The ease of use, the ability to easily customize, the responsiveness of support.
Cons: There is a learning curve, but there is plenty of documentation to help.
