My experience with Axxon was very positive. As Fleet Manager at Sint Maarten Concrete, I used the platform daily to track vehicles, improve driver accountability, and strengthen operational control. It performed reliably in a demanding environment and played a key role in modernizing our fleet management processes. I would confidently recommend Axxon to construction and logistics companies.
Pros: Axxon provides reliable GPS tracking, real time vehicle visibility, and strong fleet oversight tools. The platform is easy to use, stable, and well suited for managing heavy duty and operational fleets. Customer support is always responsive and helpful, and the system delivers excellent value for money.
Cons: Some advanced reporting and customization options could be a bit more flexible. but this is more about implementation planning than product limitations.

Pros: Amazing, it provided me with instant gps of the car, whereever, whenever! Love it!! Amazing team also.
Cons: Pricey but might be rightfully valued for the service they provide. It helped us keep our car safe, and even review how the company car was used by employees.

From the day we reached out to Axxon, they have been like a true partner in our business, always following up on any issues such as how do I get notified when my vehicles are due for servicing.
Pros: I really liked their follow up even months down the road on issues such as if a driver is no longer with us how do I take them off and put in their replacement.
Cons: That I didn’t get started sooner, I had heard from a friend that there was a company that would do the things I wanted but I didn’t follow up until months later.

The overall experience with AXXON is great!!! The team, especially [sensitive content hidden] are always available and check in regularly to see if everything is going well.
Pros: The customer service is amazing! The AXXON team is just an email, phone call or WhatsApp message away! Swift responses, they think with you to find solutions to specific situation. The tracking system is helping us find weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in the transportation of students, is increasing the safety of both drivers and students and helps with accountability and transparency of billing. The dashboards for the GPS and camera systems are userfriendky and very intuitive. Reports for drivers, buses, routes, times, alerts and much more are generated in several document types with just a click of the button. Great!!
Cons: We are located in Sint Maarten and AXXON is in Curaçao, somtimes it would be handy to have them closer.

Very positive! Since our first engagement, their team have been very supportive throughout our implementation and adoption phases. The technology features and functions speak for themselves.
Pros: The Axxon Fleet Management platform is a very intuitive, analytical, and comprehensive platform that has enhanced my organizations operations. It is well priced, with a knowledgeable team that ensures their customer's experience is and remains at a high standard. It's user-friendly GUI, tracking, and reporting capabilities, amongst others make fleet management and efficient operation for us. We appreciate the platform and support team of Axxon.
Cons: Very little to like about Axxon other than they are in a different region than ours which makes the time delays for shipments challenging.

Overall, my experience with Axxon has been excellent. The team is friendly, their products deliver great results, and they always make sure customers are satisfied.
Pros: What I liked most about Axxon was their great customer service. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, professional, and really cared about making sure I was satisfied
Cons: What I liked least about Axxon was that response times could occasionally be a bit slow, but once they did respond, the support was always helpful and thorough

The system/dashboard is very easy to work with and if any support needed the Team is ready to help at any time - Also they are GREAT with tutorials in case agendas are conflicting, you can view at any time and it is always very clear.
Pros: The system is Super User Friendly - very easy to use - Axxon's Customer Service is 5 Stars, fast and very attentive, via Phone and via mail
Cons: A bit pricy (regional comparison, not just local) - our regional controlers observe that Axxon is more expensive than what other branches use

muy satisfecho, la aplicación es muy fácil de entender, y te da todo tipo de posibilidades, para colocar información extra del vehículo, recordatorios y programar citas.
Pros: que se puede ver en tiempo real y con detalles toda la información del vehículo, se puede hacer un rastreo de las rutas con tiempo, y cuantas paradas hizo durante el recorrido.
Cons: no eh encontrado ninguna desventaja, fue creada pensado en todos los requerimientos que nosotros como clientes podemos tener.

Positief. goede samenwerking. vooral op het moment dat er een probleem zich voordoet dan voel je het stukje meedenken en opzoek gaan naar een oplossing wat ik als positief ervaar.
Pros: tijdwinst doordat wij nu in staat zijn om beelden te kijken i.p.v. meerdere gesprekken aangaan om te kunnen achterhalen hoe het precies had plaatsgevonden.
Cons: dat sommige storingen soms best lang duurt voordat ze worden verholpen.

My experience with Axxon is very positive. It is an excellent system for recording data. In addition, Axxon offers the option to monitor vehicle use and reduce costs. Whenever we run into problems, we can always count on the support of Axxon employees. They offer training that clearly explains everything you need to know about the system, which greatly simplifies its use. By using Axxon, we as an organization become more aware of our services. This allows us to easily improve and even further strengthen our quality.
Pros: With this fleet management system of Axxon can we as organization trace the various company cars. In addition, it offers the opportunity to reduce costs through powerful management of your fleet.
Cons: We cannot currently use full route planning with Axxon. If that were possible, it would be even more ideal for our organization. However, what we have now is already good, but there is still room for improvement.

Overall positive and consistent, until now no downtime, most of my employees also prefer Axxon with the clean and professional interface.
Pros: Easy to use, clean GPS interface, has many possibilities in addition to the GPS.
Cons: Nothing to complain, works as intended. Regarding the installation of the GPS, can take some planning to find suitable time, however once this is completed, there are no issues.

You have everthing controlled. It works smooth and easy. You can do everything you want and insert any info you like or want to. This is super great.
Pros: It is not difficult to handle and has everything by hand. It is lovely they have a live chat, and their replies are fast.
Cons: Ther is nothing i did not like. In the beginning I had trouble signing in.

the software is friendly and the employees are friendly and professionals.
Pros: Dashcam hardware is awesome with the AI functionalities. also i love that i can get the event of what is going on with the vehicle and that i can what replay online. For the GPS i love that we can get notify if certain speed is reached or if the vehicle has certain on of time idling and also that i can keep track of my vehicle services.
Cons: that the Data usage is so low for the dashcams.
