Toro significantly reduces the time spent on manual data entry with invoicing and payroll, boosting overall efficiency and productivity.
Pros: The system simplifies tasks such as dispatching, invoicing and generating reports. Drivers can easily upload documents using their phones.
Cons: The only thing that I disliked was learning a new software. It took time to learn, but great support on any questions I had.

Only one word for TORO TMS experience: Wonderful
Pros: Customer Service! From our initial contact with TORO to setup to startup to NOW! Very quick response time. Courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. This platform has saved us so much time and energy. There is actually time for a life outside of work since implementation.
Cons: We just completed our first year of utilizing TORO TMS and I can honestly say there is nothing I don't like. If we need a feature change, addition or fix TORO support, Marco, or Will contact us quickly.

When we implemented Toro, their team came to visit us multiple times in person, including a two-day onboarding process. I am 25, as is the boss's son, and we required little to no instruction on how to use Toro because it was so user friendly. If you can change your wallpaper on your phone or computer, you can use Toro. The older generation had a small learning curve, but even the [sensitive content hidden] has now ditched his written books for our Toro program. It works great for our team, especially when our dispatchers get late night phone calls, because it is fully possible for dispatchers to work from anywhere with this program. I would highly recommend looking into this program if you are looking for modern efficiency.
Pros: Toro is incredibly user friendly, which makes the program very easy to learn. Any questions our team may have are answered promptly and sufficiently. These things combined make the training process and day to day work flow very smooth.
Cons: Toro systems rely on drivers to take pictures of their tickets and upload them to the system using their mobile phones. Some of our drivers are older, and have a difficult time with technology. Teaching them how to use the program properly (and getting them to do so without complaint) was the most difficult part of implementing this system.

We have had an amazing experience with Toro! They have been there for any question we have and always have a solution. Their support team is super quick to get back with us and are super friendly. You can really tell that they work hard to make their program the best it can be and are always open to suggestions we may have. I love that they are continually working to make the program better even though it is already great! Plus the fact that they want to hear how our company works so that they can make the changes needed to make our workday even smoother.
Pros: There are so many things I love about the program. The ease of the transition from our previous program was way better than I had expected. It is super easy to learn and run. I think the thing I love the most about it is how easy and fast it is to process loads and send out billing. It was super easy for our drivers to learn and makes dispatching easy.
Cons: I do wish all of the accounting would be in Toro and not have to sync to QuickBooks but honestly it is not that big of a problem to really complain about.

I love using Toro! It has lightened my load and freed up so much of my time so that I can get other things updated. I was contemplating hiring another person in our office and Toro has taken that place.
Pros: Extremely user friendly and can work from anywhere!
Cons: We haven't experienced any negatives at this time

I have nothing but good things to say. The support team is top notch and the response speed is amazing. Most of the issues we run into are simple fixes or features we hadn't used prior. We couldn't ask for better support. They also are receptive to product feature ideas that would even further help. As they continue to pump out features and improvements they keep you posted on their progress too.
Pros: The user friendliness is unmatched with all the demos we've done with other TMS software products. Pair that with the workflow simplicity it's been a huge improvement for our business. The process improvement has saved us large amounts of time in dispatch and accounting.
Cons: We didn't experience many negatives. If I had to pick one thing it was a little intimidating having to enroll in QB to utilize Toro to it's potential. Now, however, it's a breeze.

I really enjoy using toro, it is easy to learn and easy to use. Toro has definitely made putting in loads and doing my job much easier compared to our old program we used.
Pros: The ease of putting in loads and the ease of putting in materials that are on the load.
Cons: Don't really have any cons on toro, everything runs seamlessly.

By far the best and easiest TMS system I have worked with.
Pros: I enjoy that they are constantly upgrading. I can run almost everything from this system. The dispatching is quick and easy, once the paperwork is loaded, 2 more clicks and the invoicing is done. With the timesheets, payroll now takes 2 hours, at most, where it used to take most of my Monday.
Cons: There are still a few more tweeks that timesheet needs, and the reports need. I have every confidence that those will be done eventually though. I would like to be able to search locations by the address and not just the name.

Awesome and LOVE it. It does everything from inputting loads, dispatching, reports, fuel and even to the payroll aspect.
Pros: The ease of transition and that toro crew is always available to help with anything and or ideas. Toro dispatching if way easy!
Cons: Waiting for employee payroll to link to QBO

I have had all positive experiences with Toro TMS. It was very mild switch & easy to get accustom to the transition. The Team at Toro is good at the job, the response time is quick when assistance was needed. Would highly recommend
Pros: Ease of use The quality of the support Friendliness of staff Sync is a more convenient process & it work with accounts in QuickBooks
Cons: One thing I do not like is the invoice status of paid is shown or carrier pay is seen by users who do not need to see it. This is more of a preference than a con.

We've had a great experience with Toro! The implementation was seamless and the customer support is incredible. Toro has saved us so much time and now we can focus on growing our business.
Pros: It has completely streamlined our processes from dispatching to billing. Our entire operation is more efficient than we've ever been.
Cons: The inability to automatically add late charges to invoices and push through driver settlements to QuickBooks.

Very user friendly. We have an older work force and everyone was able to transfer to this system with ease.
Pros: This program was easy to integrate with our existing software programs.
Cons: At this time, I have not seen any cons with Toro.

Pros: Ease of use, tracking, invoiceing very easy, dispatching and tracking fantastic, customer service is out of this world, they work with you until you are satisfield.
Cons: Invoice summaries are sometimes difficult to manage, would like clearer summaries.

Integration went very smoothly. The team for integration was fantastic. Always worried about switching from a program you know well, and starting over. The team made it very easy.
Pros: I really like the dispatch page for assigning loads and dispatching trucks. We had another screen on another page that we would reference and use to do the same thing we can do on a single page with Toro. At least 2 hours a day time savings for one location for everything.
Cons: Nothing was least liked. Everything went perfectly.

Everything has been great so far. We switched from Protrans and this is much better software.
Pros: Billing, payroll and expense tracking in an efficient package.

Pros: Here's the list of Toro's best features for my company in particular:-Clean, easy to use design without a lot of bloat. It's so much better to look at than other TMS we have used. -Integration with Amazon Relay. A majority of our freight is booked via Amazon and Toro has some great compatibility with Amazon that saves us tons of time. -The dispatch calendar tool allows us to visualize what trucks and drivers we have available at any point in the week, allowing us to book more freight and earn more profit. -Tech support. The tech team is just fantastic. If I have any issues, they fix it for me--sometimes even creating custom solutions for my company to make things faster and easier for us. -Onboarding. The crew that got us signed up with Toro were great to work with. We loved the sales and onboarding/education team.
Cons: At first we were discouraged by the cost of Toro. It was significantly more expensive than previous software we have used. HOWEVER, we have since found that Toro saves us so much time that it's well worth the expense. The dispatch calendar has also helped us earn more money, which offsets the cost.

We spent a year reviewing our entire operation and systems. Toro was by far the greatest because what they have really works. I have never found another company that was so willing to take time and discuss their product, taking suggestions on how they could serve us, versus how we would need to change to make something work. Seriously just good people.
Pros: The ability to take historical CSV data and import into Toro. So simple and saves a ton of time allowing us to focus on receiving payments and taking care of driver payroll.
Cons: I can't say there is anything that I am unhappy with. Toro has been super responsive to suggestions for changes that help us streamline our operation.

Pros: Ease of operation, Flexibility, Functionality is what Toro supplies. The accounting info integrates with quickbooks and you can build any report you want. The best part of Toro is the people! Always eager to help if there’s a problem. Always using customer feedback to make new improvements.
