They listened to what we needed, supported us through implementation, and even delivered a customized training guide for our customer-facing teams, which made go-live feel organized and confident.
Pros: Buyapowa made our referral program launch smooth from start to finish. The platform is intuitive, onboarding was well-structured, and the team was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We felt supported the whole way and went live with confidence.
Cons: They were also very helpful in creating and providing a customized training guide once we requested it—tailored to the real challenges our customer-facing teams run into—so our teams could feel confident and consistent from day one.

Todo el proceso previo al lanzamiento (que en nuestro caso ha sido de tiempo récord) ha sido ordenado y con mucha predisposición de parte de todos los involucrados.
Pros: Se ocupan mucho de que haya comunicación, de que se entienda el rol de cada persona de sus equipos como herramienta de solución y conocimiento.
Cons: De momento no ha habido ningún problema, y confío en que no lo habrá :). Hasta aquí, todo ha ido muy rápido y se nota que todos tiran para el mismo lado.

Buyapowa has been a strong partner for us. The team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond when we need support, even on tight timelines. Pros: The platform works well for us and has real potential when used consistently. The Buyapowa team is small, responsive, and able to move quickly. When we ask for support, they act fast and collaborate closely end-to-end. The company feels close-knit and hands-on, even at senior levels. The leadership is hands-on in the best possible way. They move quickly when we need urgency , and they open doors internally to ensure our program gets attention. It says a lot about the company culture. They don’t hide behind processes or layers, they act. That urgency and ownership is rare, and it benefits us directly.
Cons: Most of our challenges weren’t about Buyapowa at all, they were internal. The program has huge potential, but we weren’t dedicating enough time or resources to it. Once we shifted our focus and worked closely with their team, things started to move quickly and effectively. We needed more internal ownership and consistency to see the full value of the platform. No major product cons at this stage, especially now that we are dedicating more time to the program.

Cons: Nothing major. Any small issues we raised were actioned fast. We wanted the ability to make minor edits ourselves. Buyapowa responded right away and gave us controlled access that keeps the program safe but flexible. The speed and care of the implementation stood out.

Pros: Buyapowa fait preuve d’une grande réactivité et collabore étroitement avec nos équipes. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et résoudre rapidement les problèmes. Les processus sont assez clairs, aussi bien du côté technique/intégration que du côté créatif, grâce à des modèles préétablis très utiles.
Cons: Certains éléments pourraient gagner en flexibilité, notamment sur la partie créative. Par exemple, pouvoir modifier la typographie des modèles afin que les communications soient davantage alignées avec notre charte graphique, ou ajuster les redirections vers les CGV / Mentions légales.

My experience with the implementation of the Byuapowa referral program deserves a full 10/10. [sensitive content hidden] and her team went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported from start to finish. They were always available to help, patient with my questions, and truly made the whole process much easier than I expected.
Pros: What I liked most about Buyapowa was how easy and intuitive the platform is, both for us as administrators and for our customers using the referral program.
Cons: Some areas of customization felt a bit limited compared to what we initially imagined, but overall the platform still met our goals.

The overall experience has been extremely positive. From the initial meetings to the understand our needs to getting everything ready for launch, we've felt supported throughout. The communication has been wonderful and we know our Client Success Manager is around to help answer any questions in a timely manner. Following our launch we're excited to see growth from our referrals.
Pros: The onboarding process has been extremely well-managed. We had regular touchpoints at each phase with an expert who talked us through what was expected. It was particularly useful to have the email content spreadsheet for us to refer to and follow best practice when creating our own content.
Cons: There were no negative experiences or anything I disliked throughout the process. Our launch went very smoothly.

My experience working with Buyapowa, and specifically with account manager Viktoriya, has been positive. Viktoriya has been extremely accommodating, with weekly catch-ups and prompt responses to any queries.
Pros: Helpful account manager and useful data overview portal. Buyapowa ensure it is easy for clients to self serve and access user reports at their own will.
Cons: Buyapowa's email design system could be better with the ability to implement custom HTML, the layouts can be quite restrictive.

Pros: Vast retailer and voucher options. Robust infrastructure. People working for Buyapowa. Flexibility, discipline, running extra mile(s) for small companies like us which do not fit a simple box.
