We are able to manage the multiple Brand in one roof using this system reports are good and real time help and track the sales for the outlet.
Pros: We are using Restroworks cloud Management software at our outlet Dough And Cream and this the best billing system to operate. Ease of use and order management is best and this is the Value for money.
Cons: Nothing as off now evrything is perfect and well designed as per the F&B Operation some time get slow but depends on the internet only.

Multiple Tab Menu Update and multiple Aggregators integrations and good flow of online orders to manage the online Flow.
Pros: Good application with complete package for restaurants and qsr's. FOH and BOH caters to the needs of the brand, few things which need improvement should also be taken into consideration which i am sure will be done soon.

Very good reports for online order checks, and the order tracking reports are also very good. However, the order tracker availability is not there. The hourly check is very helpful too. I check the hourly reports so that I can align our resources.
Pros: Very good application for a cloud kitchen. I’m very happy that online orders land directly in the POS application. It’s also very easy to integrate Swiggy & Zomato. No orders are missing; I have been using it for the last 7 years. We also use the auto order acceptance setting. The Restroworks Support team is very helpful and available 24*7.
Cons: Nothing as of now to dislike about the cloud kitchen application. It has been very helpful for managing my cloud kitchen.

Overall experience is good because we have high level of data security in terms of our data and reports.
Pros: Menu management system in Restroworks POS system for QR, KIOSK, SWIGGY AND ZOMATO are very easy you can manage all the data through enterprise level.
Cons: 100% recommended to all specially those customers who have multiple chain outlets, happy to use this software.

Reports are perfect and correct with value as per the sales has been done at outlet Manage the online ordering getting the bifurcation for the mode of the sales.
Pros: We are using Restroworks cloud kitchen Management system at our outlets Dough And Cream more then 3 Year and this the best system we have been seen and working on itWe have done interigation with Zomato and Swiggy for online ordering. True value for the Money with good customer support and Ease of use.

We can same aggregators twice or thrice account if we have cloud kictehn type account and we can check the kitchen wise report by filtering the tab as kitrchen
Pros: Best if you have a cloud kitchen and want to integrate multiple aggregator partners. It’s also easy to update their database from the backend. We can also check the reports as per the kitchen served.
Cons: Not have point to share negative points and suggestion for now for the restroworks and its working fine

Very good reports. It would be even better to track all missing reports, include not-availability reports, and add rider tracking reports.
Pros: We have integrated Zomato and Swiggy, and it was very easy to set up. For our daily operations, online orders come into the application, and it auto-accepts them and sends the KOT to the kitchen department. I am very happy using this application for day-to-day operations. The team is also very helpful and supports us with any requirements.
Cons: Very easy to use, with a user-friendly UI. I don’t really have any dislikes about the operation or the interface. Sometimes it takes a bit of time when publishing, and the menu sync can be slow.

The reports are very good for checking food cost and item-wise costs. The item-wise tracking reports are helpful, and the daily source-wise sales reports are useful as well.
Pros: Very good cloud kitchen application for receiving online orders in the app. It’s very helpful for daily operations, and there’s no need to punch the same order again. We also have the option to auto-accept orders and send them to KOT in the kitchen. It’s also very easy to integrate with Swiggy and Zomato.

This is the best POS software I have ever seen in this industry, Recommended to use this software specially if you have chain outlets.
Pros: Multiple brands we have integrated with restroworks like call chotu, Spice Online, Gulati and so on and very frequently we are using this software

We have very good reports, with 200+ reports available. We also have an option for order auto-accept. In addition, we can track missing orders and view reports for items that are not available.
Pros: Very good application for a cloud kitchen. We integrated it very easily with 3rd-party applications like Swigy and Zomato. It’s also very easy to receive online orders and track each order. The support team is very helpful as well.
Cons: Nothing as of now. If I have any concerns, I will contact the support team.

Overall its a great experience we are suing the posist from past 7 years , it is very easy to use/ implement and great support team always ready to help.
Pros: Restroworks helps us to do our business easily. posist has a good customer support team which helps us lot. We can manage billing and ordering very much efficiently.
Cons: We have not observed any dislikes as of now all is going good with restroworks. No issue found all is ok.

Very good and easy-to-understand reports. We have 200+ reports for daily sales details, as well as order-tracking reports.
Pros: I am very happy with the Cloud Kitchen Application. It is very easy for us to map third-party integrations like Swiggy and Zomato. It’s also very easy to receive all online orders automatically, accept them, and send the KOT to the concerned kitchen. I am also very happy with the Restroworks support team.
Cons: Very good and easy-to-use application interface. I don’t have anything to dislike..........................

We have integrated the swiggy and zomato and as a cloud kitchen we have multiple brands under same deployment, accordingly we can integrate the accounts with the brands. They have item move functionality but we can run this manager access only.
Pros: The onboarding implementation process was incredibly smooth, and all the necessary setups were completed within 24 hours, which was very impressive. We can move the items from one table to another table with the manager permission only. I've also been very pleased with the excellent customer support. We can also disable any particular tab as outlet for any specific terminal. The various features in Restroworks have significantly helped streamline our operations and track our records efficiently. The inventory management is particularly good, allowing us to easily track stock summaries and review FCR (Food Cost Ratio) to make informed decisions. Finally, the POS system is very user-friendly, making it easy for our billers to manage billing at the outlet. Thank you for providing such a comprehensive and efficient system.
Cons: Happy with the application just need to improve the customer helpdesk, Lie uf we send any email for any task , We are getting response after a half day or more then that.

We have the option to create multiple tabs for each kitchen, where we can place individual orders and then check the reports accordingly. We’ve also integrated this with our online delivery partner, and it helps us a lot.
Pros: Since we manage multiple kitchens, I really like the billing interface and the overall ordering process. It makes it easy to place orders for the respective kitchen and then check each kitchen’s collection breakdown and sales count accordingly. The multiple integrations make this better than other applications, and the integration process itself is clearly defined and well documented.
Cons: Sometimes I feel like this process takes far too much time to update, especially while syncing at the format level.

We are tracking all out-of-stock items and the order cancellation details, so we can plan to increase extra sales planning and remove items that are not available in stock.
Pros: We have integrated Swiggy & Zomato, and all orders land in the application. It’s a very easy-to-use billing application, and it makes handling orders much simpler. The Restroworks Support Team is also very helpful.

Aggregators integration are fine and saved time to flow the online orders. Cockpit App helps us to check the real time data with phone.
Pros: Integrations with aggregators are good and support us to manage the order flow from the online platform to the application. Reports are fine and can generate the source wise data to check the day at month end. [sensitive content hidden] is helpful, Helps whenever required.

Easy to punch for ll tne staff. Outlet wise station ampping is very easy and we can also do the billing with Tablet. Team is very good and quick response

Cons: Team response is good and helpful, But need to improve customer support level on missed call by the call center team.

Aggregator Integration are fine and we can controlled it very easily. We can update the items status from one panel for all partners.

We can activate the passcode security to punch the order and also we can check the human behavior data accordingly and we have the cockpit app to check the sync time sale data in our phone. We can update and arrange the outlet wise menu as well.
Pros: We can manage our restaurant operations efficiently with the restroworks, This helps us to manage our business parallelly with front of the house and back of the house. There are multiple level of security levels which secure our data and also we can check the human behaviour reports with the restroworks. Reports are good and easy to download. Cockpit App is best part of this application which helps and show the sync time sale data in our phone.
Cons: Don't have any issue yet to report with the restroworks. . .
