Pros: I just aet it up. Ill be back to give a better review but so far its in the top 5 best ive used. Ive uses over 40 just this past week trying to find "the one" hopefully this one is it

Cons: Its a lot of on boarding. It should be optional. I really like how informational it it but it's a bit too much.

Pros: I like that it was covered all the trades the invoices was easy to use it to take care of the whole team the tracking is a plus so everybody stays on task

Cons: Seems to be on a little bit on the pricey side since there are things that it is missing. At first it was a little hard to navigate could be more user friendly

Pros: How easy is to work with this platform and the AI integration is awesome, saves me tons of time and less stress. Highly recommend

Cons: That I didn’t heard about earlier! Quite honest I do not find any issues or reasons to complain about it.

Pros: Contractor+ has been one of the best tools I’ve used for my business. It helps me create professional estimates quickly, stay organized, and communicate clearly with my clients. It saves me time and makes my company look more professional.

Cons: So far, I haven’t found any major issues. Everything has been working well for my needs, and the platform is easy to use. There may be small improvements in the future, but overall I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Pros: All the features. Really had the contractor in mind. Set up was simple. Clean Proposal and Invoices.

Cons: The only thing that comes to mind is having to log out if you have 2 devices logged in. I use my phone app, tablet and laptop.

Pros: EVERYTHING... from the live materials date l, the Ai assistance in wriiting estimates, the amount of custom.options you have. Ive been through more softwares than i can count and Contractor + is the ONLY one that has EVERYTHING all in one place. Theyve thought of it all. The creator was Definitely a contractor and/or has some experince in the trades for sure!

Cons: That I didnt have it 5 years ago. As far as the app and software itself I would be very hardpressed to come up with anything negative to say about it

Pros: How they walk u thru everything they don’t leave nothing behind or out great work ethic need more ppl like them

Cons: I didn’t really like nothing about them. They were super good about everything they did they were. I meant they were excellent.

Pros: All in one for estimates, invoicing and scheduling. Saves me admin time. I live the intuitive field work applications

Cons: Minor mobile / desktop lag. some advanced features need paid plan which inconvenient for smaller contractors

Pros: What I liked most about Contractor+ is how it brings everything I need into one place, making my day-to-day work much more efficient. Another big advantage is the user-friendly interface. Even without much tech experience, it’s easy to navigate and learn. The scheduling and job management tools also stand out, as they help me keep track of multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, Contractor+ saves me time, reduces stress, and helps me present a more professional image to my clients.

Cons: I would love to take advantage of the Client Portal. Unfortunately, it's only available in the (Pro Team Version). I'm a one-man show, so paying double for the upgrade to access one feature doesn't make sense to me.

Pros: the customization of all my line items, and pricing in the estimates and invoicing section of the app. It makes it easy to organize and integrate with my clients, sending professional looking estimates to customers.

Cons: To have More useful helpful features / tools resources to be used and to be unlocked or available. Too many premium features without offering some more functionality of tools to use within app for documentation or readings or scope of work information. Special features/instructions for specific types of jobs.

Pros: Contractor+ is really an all in one space for businesses to keep track of everything. Very streamlined process with functional tools. This truly simplifies running a business and takes the guessing out of business ownership.

Cons: Contractor+ still has room for improvement in user friendliness. This is somewhat easy to use but takes some time to get used to it and requires a lot of looking around and clicking buttons.

Pros: The ability to schedule jobs and have it’s nice to be able to use estimate tool to help with pricing.

Cons: It’s hard to navigate, lots of options are member only , but that ok , I’ll pay the 50$ a month if that helps me make more

Pros: Ease of use. Everything has its own placement, support is easy to get ahold of, they also have a great online support forum.

Cons: High priced services. most of the other programs out there charge almost half of what contractor+ charges.

Pros: It's new and not a juggernaut, the dev team is responsive. It's nice to have support that doesn't seem to push you off and delay helping.

Cons: Some of the restrictions for new companies make certain things difficult: in particular not being able to have card payments without any reviews as a brand new business. I understand this is to keep fraudulent companies at bay, but even when verified by Google, I still cannot.

Pros: The software is incredibly easy to use and its structure is well-organized. As a result, clients generally find the presentations provided to be quite engaging and enjoyable.

Cons: Lags can occur at times, and there have been instances of glitches observed when the device is in a folded state. Small bugs or issues have also been reported.

Pros: It's a all in one construction app that covers all the basics. It's a nice change from having 5 different apps to run the same things.

Cons: There was no free demo to try out the app before I committed. You were only allowed 5 everything from free version.

Pros: Everything in one place has made my life easier. I want to send invoices and receive payments as efficiently as possible.

Cons: The google reviews. I do not like that I need a certain amount in order to be able to receive payments.

Pros: The use of ai and simplify the entire business in one app including invoices, scheduling, job notes, and communication.

Cons: I like everything. Maybe a lot to learn. Coming from using a competor i hate having to move all my job and customer data over.

Pros: The price I was using AccuLynx and they continued to raise the price every year till it was to much to handle. Contractor+ has the best value on the market!

Cons: Still new to the system so I don't have anything negative to say. If I would request 1 thing it would be to integrate material ordering through the estimates, but they might already have that I just haven't figured it out yet.

Pros: I like that it’s easy to use with mobile devices and has everything I need in one place. It’s been quick to learn and use. I was able to set up an estimate and customers and start invoicing almost immediately.

Cons: I am currently struggling with the time clock. I am considering switching up to the next highest version to see if the time clock on that one works better since that one set up for multiple users.

Pros: live and local materials pricing. Professional looking estimates. customer invites to look at and make requests concerning the estimates.

Cons: I don't like the fact that some of the features most of us in the handyman services would use are not available in the more basic subscriptions.

Pros: They have the box store prices like Lowe’s Home Depot also I like that your adding abc supply and more

Cons: I didn’t really like the cost for transactions its cheap on joist which I’ve been using for years there should be more available for financing

Pros: Does what we need it to do! We use this as a branch for our follow up service team (window/roof leaks, door repairs etc). This keeps our PMs and customers free to operate outside of the normal chain of command for easy fixes and invoicing. Cost is a now brainer for what we get. Learning curve is pretty self explanatory. Great product!

Cons: Some up front information got a little in the weeds but I understand why they ask. It's for their security and the security of the customer.
