Pros: It is super-easy to setup and easy to use. It just works. We have never had any technical issues whatsoever.

Pros: SMTP2GO is incredibly easy to set up and use — the learning curve is minimal, even for new users. The system’s interface is intuitive, and configuration is straightforward. In terms of reliability and performance, it delivers consistently: email sending and management are smooth, with strong delivery rates and transparent reporting. Security is a notable strength — SMTP2GO supports SPF and DKIM (when your domain is verified) and helps you implement DMARC via DNS. These protocols contribute to improved legitimacy and deliverability. The service team is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. SMTP2GO also offers very good value for money. The pricing is reasonable considering the reliability, robust feature set, and backup / reporting options that offer reassurance. Overall, it’s a dependable, secure, and cost-effective solution for managing outgoing emails.

Cons: Whitelisting IP ranges can take a little extra effort when coordination with an ISP is required, but once configured, it’s stable and rarely needs further attention.

Pros: Email deliverability is excellent, and emails arrive in inboxes in seconds. SMTP2Go is much more affordable than many of their competitors, and the price per thousand emails gets better as you go, no "success tax" here. Integrating with WordPress / WooCommerce is extremely easy, both through their official plugin, or through third party email plugins. Easy to setup your account, manage your emails, and check delivery status statistics.

Cons: Be aware that SMTP2Go focuses on sending emails. Although a few (expensive) services offer both sending and receiving/inboxes, usually they focus on sending only. I recommend using SMTP2Go and then pairing with a dedicated inbox service, or you can even run Thunderbird or other open source programs for your inboxes.

Pros: Ease of sending emails from third party applications. Ability to control who can send and can limit abusers, non paying clients

Cons: If one email is sent to multiple receivers, then the count to your volume is by the number of receivers, not by the number of emails sent

Pros: Reliable deliverability with clear, real-time analytics and logs, simple UI, quick and friendly support, and painless setup that scales smoothly across multiple domains.

Cons: None to report so far. The platform has met our expectations across deliverability, support, and ease of use.

Pros: Once setup, it just works. Setup is self explanatory and when you do need help, support is there every step of the way.

Cons: I cannot think of anything I do not like. Support is outstanding when needed, outage transparency is on point, and pricing is ideal.

Pros: I thought that the reporting was a highlight, but I have subsequently confirmed that it is inaccurate (emails flagged as "hard bounced" were in fact delivered, read and responded to).

Cons: - inaccurate reporting - emails flagged as "hard bounce" are in fact delivered, read, and responded to?! - not suited to my business needs - every time I use the service, I have to waste time answering questions about the legitimacy of my database and the nature of the email being sent. Without warning, the system throttles the send, leading to costly delays in sending out time sensitive legal notices - the entire point of using a bulk email service is to send emails out, in bulk, with a quick turnaround time supported by accurate and timely reporting. THIS SERVICE OFFERS NONE OF THAT!!!

Pros: Easy to use, great pricing, flexible at working with practically any system that sends emails and powerful feature set

Cons: We haven't found any negative about smtp2go. in fact there is even a free tier that we used for a while before we had enough usage requiring a service fee.

Pros: Easy to set up, very very stable, staff are available and very fast to work on tickets when something is going wrong. Log levels are good (critical to determine what when wrong and who's issue (sender or receiver) it is). Interface is good, security is good. Costs are very reasonable.

Cons: I use smtp2go for multiple customers, and i'm passing on the costs, but for the customer it can initially feel a bit like range anxiety when they don't know how much their spend is going to be, especially when they are coming off a "free" service (usually provided by their ISP). Its important to educate the customer on how crappy the "free" service is. The customer wouldn't be moving to a paid service if the free service wasn't crappy, and in my experience no ISP can or has offered what dedicated services like smtp2go can offer.

Pros: The ease of use. We have a mixture of devices that were having trouble with authenticating with Office 365. Since moving to SMTP2GO it has allowed us to change over every on-premise device that can send notifications the ability to do so. It has also allowed us to disable Direct Send to mitigate the chance of malicious use.

Cons: The only con is there is no Single Sign-On option. We are wanting to move all SaaS based apps to SSO if possible.

Cons: I have found nothing that I dislike about SMTP2GO. They have been very helpful with everything that I needed to setup and make my account work for me.

Pros: Send out emails so much better than my webhost does. It's easy to use and runs every time. My host would start to slow down when I send emails for my customers.

Cons: I don't really have any complaints. I set it and forget it. I would like it to be easier to undo people's spam markings, they do it in error.

Pros: SMTP2GO makes managing the SMTP email sending from our camera hardware devices out in the field easier to manage from a single platform.

Cons: 1. I am noticing recently there are delays up to an hour in sending some of our mails 2. I would like the functionality to either auto or manually reprocess mails that may have bounced or had errors etc.

Pros: Eave of setup and configuration. A very nice web front end, easy to understand and administer, 2FA, MFA!

Cons: Not able to access data after a small window of time, would like a larger window of time for data extracts.

Pros: So easy to setup, to use. Lot of possibilities. We use it to connect all our customer scanner and MFC and some application. It support SPF and DKIM so it's all good !

Cons: Rarely we must wait five minutes to receive email. but it's not very often. We don't have any problem

Pros: It simplified using modern email service using legacy applications. Made workflows from those applications work with minimal configuration.

Cons: I have no dislikes. It is simple and easy to use and setup. There is minimal effort in keeping it running.

Pros: Simplicity, reliability, affordable pricing. I really like the DNS-based domain setup. Clear and easy-to-read activity log.

Cons: I don’t have many negatives to point out, maybe just that the web interface could use a more modern design.

Pros: I needed to separate out my transactional emails from regular communications. I also needed to be absolutely sure that messages were being received. I'd never set up transactional email before and I didn't want a time-based free account to start with. SMTP2Go has a free plan for up to 1000 a month. That's perfect if it's going to take time to roll out. Overall, for me the best thing is that it 'just works'. That means I can concentrate on other aspects of the service we offer, rather than worry about emails not getting through.

Cons: Really nothing. I had a couple of questions, and the support was friendly and sorted it out immediately.

Pros: Best transactional email service, very simple to use, you don't need to be too technical to understand and start using it. Unlike other solutions, domain validation and user creation is simple. Excellent dashboard and reporting system.

Cons: I haven't found any weak points yet, in fact it's the solution I give 5 stars for everything!
