Pros: Program works well with my company. Sufficient enough.

Cons: Nothing at all do I have a problem with.

Pros: I like Fraxion because it organizes the allocated budget for our locations. We always stay on top of the budget management.

Cons: No comment at this time. We have been with Fraxion for 5 months now, so far, no issues.

Pros: Una de las cosas que mas me gusta es lo practico y intuitivo que es el software,es muy facil de usar y asi mismo es de mucha ayuda el hecho de que se pueda manejar mediante la nube lo que expande las capacidades de uso del mismo enormemente.

Cons: Algunas veces tiene problemas de rendimiento pues algunas solicitudes tardar en completarse pero esto no es frecuente.

Pros: The UI is simple and you easily know how to capture the quote or invoice just by looking at the screen.

Cons: It would be great if the accounting side was part of Fraxion and not need a seperate Accounting ERP software

Pros: User friendly and enables the user the generate and process paper less purchase orders.

Cons: Submission notifications are not received timeously.

Pros: Every activity/step is logged for ease of reference.

Cons: That we sometimes struggle with speed. Requests take a while to approve.

Pros: The ease of use for the technical Staff, and the ability to configure approval paths.

Cons: There were no issues with the software or the support from the Fraxion Teams

Pros: Effective at workflows, notifications and approver controls

Cons: Some limited tasks required manual entry to external accounting software

Pros: It is easy to use for our Accounting department and end users. It provides all of the custom routing and request setup options that we need for our approval process.

Cons: There are occasional issues with the system that we have to reach out to support about. The support team is very timely, however, which makes solving the issues quick and easy.

Pros: Easy to use and accessible from anywhere, Fraxion is an excellent database to refer to when needed, especially for auditing purposes. The customer support team is excellent.

Cons: The system needs to generate a few more reports and email alerts and would like to see the precise changes made to a profile.

Pros: Processing of orders and vendor management

Cons: At this time, we have no concerns with the system.

Pros: I like the deep amount of data I can have in the system

Cons: The search function is very clunky. Not very intuitive at all. I usually have to type an exact match to get any data out

Pros: ease to look up information and approve payments

Cons: nothing that i can think of for desktop or mobile versions

Pros: Easy to use. Lots of good options for pulling payment information

Cons: I don’t use it to have a list of cons I only use to pull payments once a week

Pros: The ability to download or print invoices.

Cons: Works as it should. Might be better if it it would allow the user to send an open invoice directly to a new email when it needs to be discussed.

Pros: It's a friendly user portal. Easy to navigate. Their customer support is outstanding.

Cons: We do have issues with the platform. We have been using it since 2018.

Pros: How easy it is to use . Can pull up information when I need it and able to find it quickly.

Cons: I don't have anything to complain about with the software. It's easy to use

Pros: Ease of operations, workflows are clean.

Cons: Integration with other ERPs (Oracle EBS/ Oracle Cloud) is a challenge.

Pros: Software is very easy to use and streamlines our purchasing process

Cons: I was not previously aware that there was a customization add-on and we have now added it to our package

Pros: I love how things are grouped and categorized. Viewing is simple and easy to look at understand. The filters need help.. the "Last" tab shows but you can also tab at the bottom.. Kind of redundant.

Cons: The system doesn't seem to be always updated. Sometimes I am looking for information and it has not been updated in the system.

Pros: I like that I don't have to keep physical copies of all my paperwork

Cons: Site navigation is clunky and document view doesn't always work how I want. Begins with isn't that helpful of an option.
