I was able to connect Zoho Mail to my website’s custom domain, which made it easy to start using a professional email address through my own domain. The inbox is well organized, with clear separation between inbox, notifications, newsletters, and spam, which makes managing messages much more efficient without clutter. I also like the security features, especially the way unauthorized login attempts trigger a pop-up alert that helps block intruders in real time. Overall, it’s quite easy to use, and the built-in spam filtering and phishing detection are strong enough to keep most unwanted or suspicious emails out of sight, which adds a good level of trust and safety to everyday use.
Pros: I had a really positive experience with Zoho Mail’s customer support after I lost my login details. I reached out to them and the agent was quick to respond, very patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They guided me step by step, helping me verify my access through the connected domain, and made sure I regained my account securely. What I appreciated most was how clearly they communicated and how they helped me get back to communicating with my customers without much disruption. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Cons: What I liked least about Zoho Mail is how difficult it can be to regain access if you enable two-factor authentication and then lose your login details, especially if you don’t have a domain connected to verify ownership. While it’s clear that their security is very strong and taken seriously, the recovery process can feel quite strict and limiting in such situations, making it challenging to get back into your account

The Zoho Mail experience is rewarding but demanding. If you are willing to spend an afternoon configuring DNS records and a week training your spam filter, you get a world-class, private communication suite for a fraction of the cost of its competitors. If you want "zero-effort" setup, you might find the experience more irritating than it's worth.

Hace años había usado Zoho Mail, y la verdad funcionaba bien pero no tanto así que decidimos dejar su uso y cambiamos a otra plataforma, luego hace un par de años tratamos de volver perro se sentía pesado lento así que lo descartamos, hoy nuevamente estamos probando y puedo decir gratamente que funciona muy bien, se siente muy solido y estable y estamos considerando a usar el servicio Workspace de Zoho, lo único que mejoraría es la interfaz si fuera mas moderna y pulida superaría con creces otras alternativas, pero por lo de mas esta muy bien.
Pros: Hasta el momento si bien es un poco complejo administrar toda la plataforma por la cantidad de funciones que tiene, lo que mas me a gustado es las mejoras en fluidez, rapidez y estabilidad que tiene actualmente el servicio de correo electrónico
Cons: Interfaz anticuada, creo que este es un detalle que los desarrolladores de Zoho no han considerado ni invertido lo suficiente en esta materia, lo que hace que sea menos atractiva.

Moved organization mail management to zoho mail and used aliases, added other users for each staff of our company and using smtp & rest api for sending emails. Also system could recognize all spams.
Pros: The great free plan, fast and awesome support and also `Zoho` is the best of the products, cause of a lot of saas services. I'm working with mail.zoho service and it's one of the best email SaaS services I've ever worked with. Also I will pay special attention to security. It's on another level. Very flexible 2FA, security warnings, on api using ip check, spam filtering and etc.
Cons: There was no any bad experience with this platform. So, in this part there is nothing to say a lot . And also domain setup was very easy with testing, and guides were very detailed. But fishing detection I have not experience.

Pros: Very good for the free version and the interface is user-friendly, quite easy to set up with your own domain.

Cons: The only area that could be improved is the response time of customer support during peak hours. However, when they do reply, the assistance is helpful and clear.

I have used Zoho Mail for business emails, using the free plan that they offer if you bring your own domain.
Pros: My favorite thing about Zoho Mail is that it offered a free business email that I could connect to my own domain.
Cons: My least favorite thing about Zoho Mail was how complicated it was to sign up. It wasn't a streamlined process.

Pros: It works and I can have a professional email with it. It has different email folders and I can mark different labels on emails.
Cons: It doesn't filter spam. Even when I block a spam email address, somehow I still get emails from they address to my inbox.

Very satisfied with the quality of the service and the features they provide at the very low cost of free.
Pros: Their Free Forever plan is excellent for freelancers and small-scale businesses who need a free mail host, configured with an existing custom domain. They offer quite a few features (mail - with all the features you'd find in GMail or other big providers, calendar, to do lists / task boards etc.)
Cons: I had some minor issues when setting up and initially configuring my domain, but after changing/customizing some settings, everything works as expected now.

Overall, our experience with Zoho Mail has been positive, I'd highly recommend using Zoho Mail if you have a small-medium sized business that needs a cost effective solution that doesn't downgrade the quality.
Pros: Zoho Mails plans are very cost effective for small businesses like mine, and the service level is just as good, if not better than most competitors
Cons: Some parts of their PC application are hard to navigate, and you frequently get around 20 popups about updates while having the application open on your desktop.

I've been using Zoho mail for over a year now, and I've never had any issues with it. I receive notifications when I should, and I feel confident that my emails are successfully sent. I've never had to pay a dime or watch an ad.
Pros: I loved that I could set up email accounts using my business domain name for free. It the only platform I could find that didn't require a monthly fee or had strict limitations.
Cons: I needed a service that worked on mobile, not just desktop - which it does, but it's somewhat difficult to navigate between admin and user accounts.

Overall it was pretty decent it is mostly just the parts when their server goes down and wont flood in. You dont get a warning either so you think you have no emails until someone says they sent you an email and you check or all of a sudden you have multiple emails flooding in
Pros: the organization is nice and i like the way the words are readable the way it is displayed. You can set up multiple email inboxes to come in and it allows it to be separated out as opposed to mixed with other inboxes
Cons: synching was a pain. if their server goes down (and it did multiple times) your emails will not flood in. If your email is on another type of server you can log in online and access your inbox but then you will need to wait for it to sync once it is back up

With many email solutions on the market Zoho is a good option. There's a free option too for smaller organisations.
Pros: Zoho Mail is easy to configure amd maintain. With web based access or intrgation into Microsoft Outlook you can access your emails for anywhere.
Cons: It was a little arwward to configure the integration with Microsoft Outlook but we got there in the end.

Zoho Mail saved us thousands in licensing fees, and gave our team a professional, clean ad-free interface. For bootstrapped projects or parallel domains, it’s the dependable sidekick we were searching for.
Pros: Great deliverability, clean interface, syncs well with CRM and team calendars. It’s a good Gmail replacement when you are guiding growing teams on a budget.
Cons: Search is slow in large mailboxes, and mobile app notifications can lag. Admin access need to install another app which is kind of hassle.

I had this service--paid version, for 8 days. It never worked from day one to day eight. I filed three support tickets, made four phone calls, sent three email and never got a response other than a list of articles to read and "Check your settings." I checked them all before I contacted Zoho. I canceled, turned in a dispute at the credit card company, and will never use their services again. I signed up with Titan, and in two hours I was up and running with NO problems. Zoho documentation is terrible, the chat function is gibberish, and the phone system is ALL voice mails. Don't waste your time.
Pros: Nothing--it was a headache from day 1....
Cons: 100% lack of response from support by trouble ticket, email, phone, or chat
