It worked well for a time, and the brands using it wanted to explore more of the features. This enabled the business to focus on marketing and the IT team to focus on creating custom signatures.
Pros: Standard signature across the group and the ability to make ad hoc changes to signatures for marketing campaigns.Works well and provided what we needed.
Cons: not as easy to copy signature templates easily, and presented issues when managing multiple signatures for a branch/brand, making it challenging to manage.

Overall, I enjoyed using Exclaimer within our environment. Setup was fairly simple and it allowed me to update our companies email signature in one spot based off building, department, etc. Within the console, it was nice to be able to see a preview of each email signature before deploying it to all users.
Pros: I liked the ease of updating our whole companies email signatures in one platform. The setup was fairly simple and the ease of grouping employees based off department, building, etc. was extremely helpful.
Cons: The only item I found to be inconvenient was waiting for the policy to replicate across the company. I found it sometimes took 20 minutes for all users to be updated or it could take 24 hours.

Positive overall. Very straightforward product / process with consistent professional results. It's a must have for your organization!
Pros: Easily create outstanding custom professional email signatures! Works exactly as advertised and integrates seamlessly with Azure / M365 / Outlook.
Cons: We have multiple locations and need location information displayed correctly for our users. For some reason we had a minor issue of having to re-create a signature group. We weren't clear if it was something on our end, the O365 connector or the Exclaimer Signature group but with Exclaimer quick help we were able to resolve the issue.

I have used Exclaimer for many years both for use within my own company and also for managing email signatures on behalf of my clients. I typically connect exclaimer to microsoft office 365 tenants for use with company emails. I have sometimes used the premade templates from exclaimer but often created my own custom templates and I have also reached out to exclaimer in the past and asked them to create a custom template for me, based on a design that I provided.
Pros: I love how easy it is to create professional and complex email signatures and to deploy them throughout the company for use by all users. I also like the reseller program and the fact that I can also manage my clients email signatures from one online dashboard.
Cons: Although the signature creation tool is quite good it is sometimes a little complicated to use and often there are quirks when it comes to setting up a signature with a specific layout. I wish this was more user friendly.

Exclaimer is the application that manages my client's email signatures. After implementation, I handed over the reins to the marketing director for the company to govern with ease.
Pros: Adding a new hire and assigning them a signature was a piece of cake!
Cons: There are serverside and client-side deployment options and this can be confusing to explain to a nontechnical individual who has a hybrid environment.

It has been great. Easy to set up, easy to manage, and customize when needed.
Pros: It works like magic! A great software that solves problem.
Cons: I don't have anything. It is easy to use, and easy to set up.
Austin O. · IT Support Engineer · Construction · December 26, 2024
Its a great way to enforce and control corporate branding / signatures across emails, and prevent user-level changes that fall outside brand guidelines.
Pros: Great functionality in that it allows for more complex mail signatures that are platform agnostic and allow mobile computing to remain invisible to the receiver.
Cons: The lack of mobile-responsive and dark mode testing

Pros: Absolute solution for signature management
Cons: You cant send an email when you run out of subscription automatically, you have to disable it from the tenant security settings
Joshua O. · Infrastructure Engineer · Information Technology and Services · May 21, 2024
Pros: Once it was set up it worked as promised.
Cons: The billing department is terrible and the customer service is even worse. They have been charging me for almost a year and not providing the service. Repeated attempts to contact support and the credit department go unanswered. I have an open case on this issues that is 6 weeks old. No update in 3 weeks despite repeated attempts to contact support. The last update I received was they were trying to get in touch with their own Credit department, which is a strange response.

I've been using it for over 2 years now with minimal issues. The main downside is that it took our IT team about a year to get around to implementing some custom AD fields to sync with Exclaimer, but the system is flexible enough that we were able to move forward with more manual methods until the dev work was completed.
Pros: Exclaimer provides all of the needed organization and sectioning for our business with 3 distinct units that all rely on separated branding and control.
Cons: The UI is a little dated, and sometimes it can be tricky to get custom AD fields to sync correctly to Exclaimer.

I would describe my experience of using Exclaimer as a positive one so far
Pros: My review title explains most of the benefits. For a SME with a very minimal IT support Team. This helps us keep a consistent look to all our users email Templates. We area Micrsoft 365 users, but we are Hybrid for users and computers. I really like the fact that user info entered AD can be queried by Exclaimer and used to personalise the email signatures even URLS. Telephone Support was super helpful too on the few occasions I needed this.
Cons: Although I don't know the exact cost to our company, I do understand some companies may find this product a bit pricey. However, for us, the flexibility of this product out weighs this.
Chris C. · IT Manager · Hospital & Health Care · February 1, 2024
Pros: Its flexibility and ease of use and that it integrates easily with customer thermometer and that autosignatures are brand aligned and include all legal disclaimers as well as allowing us to promote marketing campaigns for different groups.
Cons: The sender query function could do with a results window before applying. In addition it doesn't allow you to test the signature without enabling it.
Rob S. · Marketing Manager · Staffing and Recruiting · February 1, 2024
Pros: I like that it integrates with Azure. I also like all the customization options and you can have signatures automatically assigned. The signature tester is wonderful.
Cons: It takes a bit to get used to, but it has a lot to use.
Chris H. · Systems Engineer · Information Technology and Services · November 30, 2023
Pros: We use Exclaimer as Signature Manager for us. It is really easy to manage all signatures and to create them.
Cons: We did need the help of our IT colleagues, because for the inital configuration there has to be done something in the mailflow.
Carstens M. · Campaign Manager · Information Technology and Services · November 20, 2023

Pros: The latest updates made Exclaimer easier to use - more friendly.
Cons: exclaimer provides what the company was looking for :)
Keith C. · IT Manager · Retail · August 31, 2023
Exclaimer has been more dependable than other products I have used, but customizing templates for different departments can be tricky.
Pros: Its great to maintain a consistent Company branding look so that people do not take creative license.
Cons: I would like to be able to create template sections to add to signatures, or to be able to cut and paste elements between signatures.
Larry B. · Marketing Specialist · Information Technology and Services · August 28, 2023
Pros: How you can really personalize your e-mail signatures and manage it for the whole team.
Cons: Not the most easy program to learn, needed some help from our IT person to help install everything correctly. But once you have it figured out en set up it all works great! :) A real bonus to having a professional signature for our organisation that looks the same for all of our team members.
Louise V. · Communication officer · Civic & Social Organization · July 6, 2023
Excellent experience, product working well.
Pros: Has resulted in consistent marketing accross the business and consistency of disclaimer and works when replying from email on phones.
Cons: Does mean staff can personalise their email signature
Tony R. · Executive Manager Corporate Services · Construction · July 3, 2023
Overall, it has been a great product and it has been cost effective for a lot of the businesses we support.
Pros: The simplicity of the product is the best. Setting it up in Microsoft 365 is very easy and allows us to manage everyone's signature without making the small changes on everyone's machine individually.
Cons: The editor is completely usable and it works, however, it is a little bit clunky and can sometimes be a little bit buggy.
Liam C. · IT Manager · Information Technology and Services · July 3, 2023
Pros: I would like to share my experience with Exclaimer, an outstanding tool for email signature management. This software has significantly simplified the process of creating and deploying professional signatures for our company. One of the most notable features of Exclaimer is its user-friendly interface. It made setting up customized signatures a breeze. With just a few clicks, we were able to create eye-catching signature templates and add essential information such as name, job title, contact details, and company logo.
Cons: Pricing, complexity of advanced customization and limited reporting
Alberto B. · Head of IT Infrastructure · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · June 29, 2023
Pros: Signatures are easy to create and deploy.
Cons: There is no clear instruction on which option you should use the local client or the outlook plug-in. I needed to have a support case open because of a fetch data error to find out that your company prefers the plugin over the local client. The new admin portal is not as user friendly as the old portal
Michael M. · IT Administrator · Mining & Metals · June 27, 2023
Overall, amazing and [sensitive content hidden] is a saint for putting up with us for so long. We drug it out due to being too busy, IT company issues, etc. He was so patient and answered all of our questions. Not to mention, extended our trial out for what felt like a year.
Pros: I simply love that it works, and well! No more attachments or funky sized logos when you reply or forward. It's all streamlined and looks professional. I really like that I can manage all e-sigs so others can't decide they would like 18 pt font, or to change their title to a title of the day. LOL
Cons: I wish the design process was a little easier. It's a little clunky.
Amanda B. · Marketing Director · Commercial Real Estate · June 26, 2023
my over experience with exclaimer is that it is very useful and is very user friendly.
Pros: I liked how it was easy to sync emails signatures from google work space.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that come updated features where no user friendly and the support tool was not helpful.
Anonymous User · ICT Assistant · Architecture & Planning · June 26, 2023
Pros: Easy to use software, nice tool to design the signatures
Cons: The fields you can use in your signatures are restricted to standard fields like name, street etc. You cannot use user defined attributes from the AAD
