Pros: Super easy to use and now that I'm using the email marketing, it's even better! I can't wait to start exploring the texting options as well.

Cons: The equipment seems a bit pricey compared to similar routers on the market. A larger home can easily take 3-4 routers, making the total around $600-800.

Pros: StayFi has been a game-changer for us. It makes collecting guest emails super easy, and the email marketing tools are awesome. We’ve gotten more repeat bookings and better engagement since using it. Totally worth it if you want to grow your direct bookings!

Pros: We’ve been using StayFi for our cabins in Maine and have been very satisfied with the experience. The setup was straightforward, and the portal offers solid functionality that makes managing guest WiFi simple. Being able to collect guest email addresses has helped improve our remarketing efforts and led to more direct bookings. Their customer service has been consistently responsive and helpful. We also appreciate the regular updates and new features.

Cons: I think focusing on more marketing tools in the dashboard would be helpful for email marketing, social media, etc.

Pros: StayFi allows Hosts and many more people easily collect any user's email and/or phone number through a beautiful captive portal page. This company is helping me build a customer list for the Tesla-themed rental, EV130.com. There is plenty more offered by StayFi and complementary live information sessions to help you learn more about the company.

Cons: You are required to use a particular WiFi router brand. It was different than the Wireless Access Points (WAP) that were previously purchased.

Pros: Smooth integration with existing Ubiquity hardware. Reliable notifications.

Cons: Newsletter set up seems not to be perfect for now. Need improvement there.

Cons: On very few occasions, we’ve had a guest complain about using their email address. Mostly because they just didn’t realize they can opt out of marketing.

This has been invaluable for keeping previous guests updated, sending special offers, and reminding them about our cabin for future stays. The setup was simple, and it’s helped us build a strong customer base without being intrusive. If you're in the short-term rental business, StayFi is a must-have tool!
