Chez nous, cela a été une perte de temps. Malgré nos explications, et même si Yooz a tenté de nous "récupérer", aucun remboursement ni réduction du délai d'engagement n'a été proposé, alors que l'applicatif n'est pas satisfaisant.
Pros: Pas grand chose en fait, à part un service commercial "charmant" ou des tentatives d'explications peu convaincantes.
Cons: Paramétrage complexe. Peu intuitif. Nécessité d'un FEC par client. Difficile d'intégrer une facture sans TVA.

A step in the right direction when it comes to accounting and bookkeeping for a sporting association.
Pros: I like the efficiency of receiving invoices and statements which I can then process with ease against various funding channels.
Cons: There is room for improvement when it comes to the budget tracker. If you could add a facility on the site where you can track which invoices and statements have been processed against each funding channel. Currently, you can only see what funding was allocated and how much has been invoiced/used. Adding a way to monitor invoices, even if it is just by invoice title and amount would definitely improve the overall experience and efficiency.

Pros: Yooz makes our payment processing very quick, easy and secure, maing what can, at times, be a very busy job much easier.
Cons: Sometimes the payment approval request can take some time to come through. Colleagues will let me kow they have put a payment through, but then it takes some time to filter through to me.

I really like it! E-mail notifications and e-documentation of invoices are important functions they should work always.
Pros: Quick and flexible, easy to access. It was customised for all company, however we have a lot of special requirements.
Cons: Not userfriendly for me, but could have other opinion from other user. We had a problem with e-mail notifications.

Super secure service to use. easy to comprehend and navigate. able to raise PO's with a ton of detail. super thorough
Pros: easy to use and understand. navigating the website is super simple. I like that it allows me to received individual items rather than the entire invoice.
Cons: can sometimes be difficult to find PO's. it sometimes also kicks me out mid way through raising a PO.

Positive, I have found it an easier process to approve invoice s for payment. I like that if there are queries on the invoice they can be sent back to be looked at and the feature to put on hold whilst investigating queries is good too.
Pros: Easy to locate, filter, order and prioritise tasks. this can be done by customer, value or due date.
Cons: In rare cases where there is an invoice processed or received late, I don't always notice this and if they are not ordered by due date we might not notice this. If these could be highlighted this would be a useful feature.

Overall we are happy with the Yooz application. Our Invoice approval process is more efficient and quicker.
Pros: Yooz provides a very straigtforward Dashboard for an invoice status overview. It is easy for the users to upload and to search for invoices.
Cons: for us, sometimes restrict the roles are a bit complicated when we have lots of entities in the scope

Really enjoyed my time with Yooz so far as when we was on SAGE system it was old and clunky, this system is much better
Pros: Easy to use and great support team to help you when you need anything. Very easy to run report too
Cons: Sometimes it can be a little slow with refreshing the request numbers but its not a massive thing I am just being picky

Good in terms of capturing and management of purchase orders and approvals. Avoid time delays and filing
Pros: Ease of management of PO's and less paperwork. Easy to find via vendor and less paperwork to print and file
Cons: Too many errors when launching the application. Always have to close application down and reopen for use

Great! very quick and easy. The upload is quick and the image reading is very accurate. The roll up function makes bulk expenses swift.

My overall experience is good, tool has great OCR and learning capabilities, uts a good value for money, but when comes to ajdustment in the tool, its a bit complicated
Pros: Intelligent OCR, Workflows, Easy navigation, Full text search, Very good value for money, option to connect ERPs via API
Cons: Not flexible set-up as per country legislative requirements, adjustments are done by Yooz team and take very long to implement. Its s bit complicated to onboard on Yooz, its not very easy to make it work, help from Yooz team is needed.

Overall, Yooz really improves my daily work. I can easily upload invoices, approve or reject them, and always know exactly where each one stands in the process. The visibility and automation make everything faster and more accurate. It has become an essential part of my accounting routine.

overall, ok, hopefully I will be able to score it better given time. Change is difficult at times but we must embrace new systems of work to keep up with the growing trends in business
Pros: So far it seems ok, it has been a bit of a learning curve but the system is steady but getting invoices through has been a bit slow at first but it is getting better, still some glitches to be ironed out
Cons: the time frame of invoices coming through from suppliers but this isn't down to the system but the suppliers. I find it difficult to find out info regarding what my invoice spend is for a given time period and I am relying on adding up manually to see a figure of my overall spend for a time period. I will need to go back and look at additional training regarding this issue

Pros: It cuts down manual labor time and speeds up the time take to process invoices. I also like that majority of the invoices that are sent to it is accurate and with the few errors they can be easily fixed.
Cons: Having to change the general consumption taxes and the date formatting. I think the date formatting should be configured to read word s and numbers as some documents shows the months as words also.

Overall very good, better than previous systems for invoice authorisation, its easy to use, good for recording and reporting and data retrieval
Pros: Easy to use, good for record keeping and locating past invoices, has even supported me to locate the name of a company previously used
Cons: The times of email reminders could be improved, as sometime are coming in on weekends or late at night and I do not like receiving multiple late authorisation notifications when I am on leave

Yooz has streamlined our invoice process, improved accuracy, and reduced processing time. A few improvements in accuracy and support would make it excellent.
Pros: The automation and OCR features save time and reduce manual data entry. The interface is intuitive and integrates well with accounting systems.
Cons: Sometimes the OCR misreads fields, and customization options could be more flexible. Also takes time to run the app if a lot of workload is being managed.

Except some minor disadvantage it is good and easy tool to AP. if they work on that data capturing things it more user-friendly.
Pros: Easy tool for processing invoice nothing complicated like other tools. In other tool there some T codes are required but here we can use the windows without any T codes.
Cons: Data is not captured from invoices, so we need to enter manually it's bit time consuming so if that can capture some basic data it will make our work flexible.

All great so far. It was very easy to learn how to use Yooz. Started using a couple of months back and already on top of it, without any hindrances. Adding vendor with the company and payments processes streamlined in a orderly and easy manner. Overall value for money..
Pros: Its great to have the organization using and accessing all the PO's in a single space. Also the login is safe and easy to make sure having all the finances saved securely.
Cons: Sometime the PO's that have been approved, disappear from the history. Which in some cases makes accounting and bookkeeping a bit difficult.

good - easy to use and the prompts help with reminders on what needs to be done within a busy schedule.
Pros: Its automated and allows flexibility when working. It is also tidy and allows you to track progress across tasks.
Cons: the interface isn't that well laid out for easy reading. I would prehaps pair it back even more make it cleaner.
