The product itself works — it’s simple to create a professional email signature quickly, and it does what it promises in terms of branding and consistency. For that part, I was satisfied. Where the experience broke down for me was with billing and cancellation. I subscribed via Visa, and there was no clear “Cancel” option in the dashboard. I didn’t receive invoices or notifications by email, so I only realized I was being charged when I checked my Visa on May 2. When I contacted support, the subscription wasn’t cancelled even then, and charges continued. So overall, while the tool solves the email signature problem effectively, my experience is overshadowed by the lack of transparency and difficulty canceling.
Pros: WiseStamp makes it simple to create professional-looking email signatures quickly, without needing design help or IT setup. It helps keep branding consistent across emails, which is useful for companies that want every outgoing message to look polished and aligned. It also turns the signature into a small marketing tool by letting you add links, banners, and social icons that make emails more engaging. However, while we used it at first, we later decided we didn’t want it anymore. The problem was that cancellation was not straightforward — I subscribed via Visa, didn’t see a cancel option in the dashboard, and when I reached support they didn’t cancel my subscription. My Visa card kept being charged even though I believed I had cancelled. So, while the product does solve the email branding problem, the billing and cancellation experience was very disappointing.
Cons: My subscription began April 12, 2025. The “Cancel subscription” option was not available in my dashboard (Visa billing). I only became aware of the charges when I checked my Visa statement on May 2—I never received an invoice or email notification before that. I reached support on May 2 (Ticket #984781) asking to cancel, but the subscription was not cancelled and charges continued. I’ve requested backdated cancellation and a refund for charges after May 2. The product itself is fine, but the cancellation process and lack of billing transparency are unacceptable. Please fix the Visa billing flow and ensure invoices/notifications are always sent.

I've been using Wisestamp for my email signature for years and love the custom, professional look that it adds to my emails and that extra personal touch to set me apart and make my messages memorable
Pros: Wisestamp is simple but effective way to add branding and that extra touch to your business by having a custom, professional looking email signature. I love that I can add a personal photo into my signature along with all of my social media links.
Cons: It does disconnect from your email once in awhile and you have to log back into the platform to update it and get it re-connected but it only takes 5 minutes so it's not a big deal.

Everything was fine until I needed to cancel. I've attempted to cancel 5 times, a month later, and continue to get bot replies asking if I want to cancel. My account has now been charged and my account has not been cancelled. I'm not sure if humans actually work at this company. Beware!
Pros: Signature looks great. Does what it is supposed to do most times.
Cons: Customer Service is terrible I don't believe humans work here.

Experience was good but pricing and CRM connectivity features caused me to go to another product
Pros: Great templates and template options within system
Cons: The product got a little pricey as more licences purchased. Didnt seem to offer discounts. Limited on CRM connectivity

As of four weeks ago our entire Wisestamp paid version started not working - without any changes on our end. Employee after employee reaching out saying it stopped working or was using old signatures. I’ve been back and forth without any support from the Wisestamp. There is not even love chat or an option for some to look at our system outside of 9pm EST. It’s all email with days in between responses and lackluster support that provides no understanding of the issue or help. I’ve been with this for two years on a paid plan but need to look at replacement options as there appears to be no US support. Very disappointing for a paid service.
Pros: The presentation appears to be good and there is flexibility with adding things.
Cons: Zero support and the system kicks our signatures and stops working sporadically for users. Been a nightmare.

Pros: I was able to get my logo to the right specs without it blurring
Cons: The price, for one. I misread the price and was given a horrible surprise when I was charged for the full year. Ie the price I thought I was paying multiplied by 12.Also, I'm not able to centre the logo with the copy, so I have no control over where the copy is positioned in relation to my logo. I would have been better off paying a graphic designer to do this, financially and practically.

I didn’t have a professional-looking email signature until I discovered Wise Stamp. My emails took a step up now!
Pros: What I like most about this software is it is easy to navigate. I am fully guided as to what information I can add in my signature and there’s a ready template I can use too.
Cons: What I least like about this is I have to pay to take out the Wise Stamp logo in my free trial signature. I hope there’s a way to compensate for this. Perhaps I could watch an ad that would pay for it’s use for a few days and then more ads. Just some wild ideas I guess.

I've had Wisestamp for over three years; for the last year+ the platform starting mixing up the signatures it adds to the accounts. Several months of sending screenshots, uninstalling and re-installing, sending video of the process fails in real time, all of this has not resolved the issue for more than a day, if at all. I have accidentally sent emails too many times with the incorrect auto-generated email signature and I can;t take it anymore. I'm cancelling my account.
Pros: Easy to add information to email signature templates.
Cons: I have three Gmail accounts, each needing different signatures; Wisestamp has consistently FAILED to attached the correct signature across months of re-installs and customer service contacts. It is bad enough I am cancelling my account after three years of trying to get consistent fixes to this coding issue.

Now that social media marketing plays an important role in the industry, one way to make our communications via email to stand out is to use customizeable signatures. I love that WiseStamp adds value to my emails by making it attractive and professional at the same time.
Pros: What I like most about this software is how easy it is for a beginner like me to create professional email signatures. I honestly feel more excited to send emails now that I've created a stunning signature!
Cons: I used the free trial first and I hoped for a first try, there would be a way to take off the WiseStamp logo. Maybe there could be an option to compensate for the removal by watching an ad?

My overall experience is so far so good. I haven't seen other tools like this.
Pros: I have never used a site for a professional signature and WiseStamp makes my life easier. It automatically pops up as you create a new email draft. You can also select from a drop-down which signature you would like to use. Overall my emails look professional and I get comments every time from prospects about my signature.
Cons: The least is that the signature automatically shows up instead of me having the option to select which signature I want. Not a deal breaker.

A complete nightmare. From the sales process to the support process this has been a disaster.
Pros: While they have a neat user interface, the templates are not at all editable and any minor thing like moving something to a different line or adding additional spacing is not supported without a special custom template. When you try to contact them to create a custom template, no one responds. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. No replies. We then emailed the sales manager. No reply. We then emailed the CEO of the company. No reply. A joke and a waste of our time and our customer's time.
Cons: There is NO, ZERO, ZIP support. Don't bother contacting them. They won't reply to you. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. No replies. We then emailed the sales manager. No reply. We then emailed the CEO of the company. No reply. A joke and a waste of our time and our customer's time. Stay far away.

I would describe my overall experience as neutral. Wisestamp is more advanced than free email signatures, it has more content and features. The malfunctions and subscription are two things to be taken into consideration. I would advise starting with the free trial if it's still offered. Problems solved: The need to use email signatures in both Outlook and Gmail. The need for more features and options.
Pros: - Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, and iCloud implementation. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. - Signature creation and implementation are reasonably simple. - Freedom to choose content and arrangement. - Email Signature banner. - GIF, video, image. - Formal or written signature. - Disclaimer - Links. - Branding. - Signature for organizations to use collectively.
Cons: - Not as affordable or practical. Subscription or contract required for full - Time and learning investment. - Malfunctions that are disruptive. - Support response time. - Performance was poor in Gmail and chrome.

My emails look very good with Wisestamp and I think the photo/logo option makes the emails feel more personal. Seeing the face of the person you're talking to usually makes someone feel more comfortable. I would've used Wisestamp longer if it didn't stop working so much.
Pros: I liked how many options and effects I have to choose from. When choosing a signature the style and color can be customized. With email insert a signature, disclaimer or short body of text like your contact information or mission statement. Insert links to a website or social media account. Attach your organizations logo or a photo of yourself. Choose from the template selection to get the look you want. Choose from the personal version or the business version.
Cons: The version for business/organizations only works if you purchase a plan from Wisestamp. Wisestamp doesn't function the same with all email providers. Every week and sometimes multiple days in a row, I would have to uninstall and reinstall the chrome extension. I emailed customer support and had to wait several days for someone to help me.

I continue to have an excellent experience with WiseStamp. I love how it looks and I love the ability to customize as I please. It makes me feel unique and I feel my business stands out. I often receive compliments from people I correspond with.
Pros: What I like most is that it looks great and is definitely noticeable! It sets me apart from the hundreds of other emails that people receive. I also love that I can use different signatures for different emails.
Cons: I don't have anything in particular that I don't like about Wise Stamp.
Naomi D. · Owner · Writing and Editing · July 23, 2022
Overall I'd recommend WiseStamp. If they integrated into Zoho CRM I would migrate back.
Pros: The ease of use to update google gmail signatures
Cons: We eventually went with another software option that integrated to our Zoho CRM signatures also which made things even easier.

From day one, I have been very impressed and extremely happy with wi stamp. I have been using the software for five years now. I constantly get compliments on my signature and it is also worked many times to help promote campaigns or events that I have going on so it is an absolute win-win win for me!
Pros: Simply put, my brand and brand image are very important to me… Being able to customize my signature so that my brand is translated, as well as being able to maximize the opportunity within my messaging is ideal
Cons: Honestly, I love the software… I don’t have any complaints

I moved on.
Pros: The designs are great, with some excellent options - if they work.
Cons: Some of their own apps and social media feeds have both layout issues and feed with some email programs eg Outlook and Thunderbird. I was offered a couple of months extra subscription while they fixed it. And then, to my horror, I then found they host images on their own servers and one was noted as a spam domain, which caused my emails to be blocked from one of my most important suppliers - it took almost a month to work out what the problem was and raise it with Wisestamp. They were apologetic and offered me a couple of months extra on my subscription while they tried to fix it. I don't need more subscriptions, this is business and we need what I paid for.
David R. · Owner · Retail · March 25, 2022
It's a 3-star product, very nice looking and functional. I take away 1 star each for being a genuine hassle on support, and for being overpriced in general. Our company is looking for emails for the whole team. Still looking elsewhere at this point.
Pros: There are some solid pro's with WiseStamp - the signatures are beautiful, functional, and the templates are nice enough. If you wanted to use media banners with it, those would be nice. I don't find those essential but some might. Another pro is it's relatively simple to setup and use your signature and it integrates well across email servers.
Cons: Their customer support process is poor - perhaps I got a bad rep? They sent me in circles for 2 weeks trying to resolve something so simple - renewals, still not resolved correctly. Instead of getting sensible, efficient help - I was stuck without resolutions.

Pros: Wonderful images and ways to personalize!
Cons: There are no cons that I have seen yet!!!
gwendolyn P. · RCC · Hospital & Health Care · December 13, 2021
I am able to get my creativity and business info out there even in just replying to a client. It is customizable. So I have different signatures for the different areas I work in. Brilliant and simple.
Pros: My emails and correspondence with clients and others get me noticed.
Cons: I don't have any yet. I did have trouble with my School email address. The administration had to add this on to the safe software list in order for me to use it. The did not so I found another way to use it by cutting and pasting. That is my only con and it is not the software's fault.
Simona M. · Chaplain, Event Host, Educator · Events Services · December 7, 2021
Pros: As the Director of Marketing for a startup, there are a lot of things to do and much too little time. Wisestamp made it easy to set up beautiful eye-catching email signatures for our employees. We have already had quite a few clickthroughs and have received multiple comments asking how we made our signatures so cool.
Cons: I have not yet run into anything that I didn't like.
Melissa S. · Director of Marketing · Computer Software · December 2, 2021
Very good
Pros: Easy to use and install very good product and would recommend to others
Cons: The updates they seam to happen every week
Colin D. · Owner of recruitment agency · Food & Beverages · November 23, 2021
Overall experience is amazing. I want to mention that customer support is very prompt. I made a mistake in subscribing for the annual and charged my credit card. I email the support and he replied so quickly and fix the subscription for me. Wisestamp is very considerate about it.
Pros: I use the signature on all my emails, personal and official. I love that I can design my signatures (as many as I want) in different formats and styles, and still comes out so professional and creative.
Cons: I have not really explored all the features and tools. When I do, I will update my feedback. But right now, I don't see anything that I don't like.
Marie N. · Founder · Human Resources · November 9, 2021
Very good
Pros: I can explain everything in my signature like contact/designation & social media
Cons: If there is more option to use or more style available, it will be more convience
