Code Two is a wonderful organization. The platform is best on market and far superior to other platforms! We look forward to a long partnership!
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] customer service was spot on from day 1! This is an excellent signature product! Clean, crisp, and so professional! We love it! I am so thrilled that we made a migration to Code Two.
Cons: N/A - Everything has been wonderful - No concerns at all. We love this clean signature platform! It’s awesome!

CodeTwo comes across as a trustworthy company and has great customer service. I’m very pleased with the functionality and ease of use. And the price is right.
Pros: CodeTwo Email Signatures fills a gap in the Microsoft 365 product offering perfectly. It solves a specific problem and does it extremely well. What I like the best is that takes all the best parts of the cloud and puts them together in a complete package: SSO, cloud app and flexibility. And it’s easy to use. The best thing about the product is that I can instantly change signatures for many users in a few seconds. A basic and simple problem in theory but in reality it’s a giant task without this tool.
Cons: I can’t complain about anything really. The only problem is that the product is at risk of being acquired by Microsoft which, if it happened, probably would impact functionality in a negative way.

Happy with the solution as it help me unify the signatures in our organization. and from now on, it will be very easy for us to change our signatures.
Pros: Fast and easy to implement where you can unify your team email signatures. I implemented it with no experience.
Cons: Cannot reach the support team before in the trial period. I think that you need to provide a live chat in your site for the small technical issues that may face the potential customers.
S. Hisham A. · Head of IT · Insurance · May 14, 2026
Pros: The ease of managing email signatures all in one place. We have several office locations and several different signature lines, and this product made it simple to have that without the need to adjust manually.
Cons: Set up was slightly challenging for our needs but the team at CodeTwo was very responsive and helped with implementation in a timely fashion. They were able to help with Mac based solutions as well.
Jackie K. · Director of Human Resources · Law Practice · May 12, 2026
My overall experience with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has been very positive. It is a stable, reliable solution that is clearly designed for corporate environments.
Pros: The ability to centrally manage email signatures in Microsoft 365. The intuitive visual editor and the ability to use dynamic rules.
Cons: The main drawback is that the initial setup can be somewhat complex if you are not familiar with the Microsoft 365 email workflow.

Fantastic. I needed a solution that could be rolled out in a very short space of time and Codetwo allowed me to do just that.
Pros: Ease of company-wide set up and roll out, takes minutes! Ability to copy across HTML source code into the Signature editor tool.
Cons: Having only been using Codetwo for a short period of time I am yet to discover any points of dislike.
Reuben H. · IT Ops Manager · Computer Software · May 7, 2026
Love the product, far exceeded our expectations and was the most cost-effective. We were able to set up signatures and begin testing within an hour.
Pros: The features available exceeded others that we reviewed and CodeTwo also did not require us to upgrade our Microsoft licenses. It is very easy to set up with the Microsoft tenant, syncing attributes. The documentation is very detailed and the support we received was excellent.
Cons: We haven’t found anything we don’t like, we do wish the option to remove old Outlook signatures would not be retired.
Maria B. · Director of IT · Non-Profit Organization Management · May 1, 2026
Overall, the experience has been a 5/5 and I would highly recommend them. Pricing seems fair for the ease they provide, UI is clean and intuitive, set up is easy, and they support responded pretty timely.
Pros: Hands down the best thing about this product is its UI and how you design the templates. It solves a very real solution and we got set up in about an hour for our 15 person team.
Cons: The only thing that is difficult to get around that Ive experienced is the way Outlook client formats the HTML signatures. It "Wordifies" them and that conversion breaks the earlier signatures in a chain. If they can figure a work around to that formatting issue, then I would have 0 critiques.

Overall, CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is reliable, intuitive, and packed with features that genuinely improve branding consistency and compliance. It’s one of those rare tools that just works — and keeps working.
Pros: The integration with Microsoft 365 is seamless. Signatures apply perfectly whether emails are sent from Outlook desktop, mobile, or web — something native Microsoft tools still can’t match with the same level of polish. The ability to insert dynamic fields, banners, legal disclaimers, and campaign elements turns signatures into a genuine marketing asset rather than an afterthought.
Cons: Licensing is per-user. Even users who rarely send email still count toward licensing. For large organisations with many inactive or low-volume mailboxes, this can feel inefficient.

We’ve been running CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 for over six years at Echo ED Corp and it has quietly become one of those tools we don’t have to think about, which is the highest compliment for any business software. Signatures stay consistent and professional across every employee and device, updates roll out instantly, and we haven’t had to troubleshoot user-side issues. For a licensed contractor where every email represents the company, that consistency matters. Strong value for the money and easy to recommend.
Pros: The Outlook and Microsoft 365 integration is seamless — signatures apply consistently across desktop, web, and mobile without any end-user effort, which is exactly what we needed running a small but busy contracting operation. Centralized control is the standout feature for us. Being able to update signatures, contact info, license numbers, and disclaimers across the entire company from one dashboard saves real time and eliminates the inconsistency you get when employees manage their own signatures. Server-side processing means signatures look right whether emails are sent from Outlook desktop, OWA, or a phone. Setup was straightforward and the platform has been genuinely stable over the years we’ve used it.
Cons: The template editor has a learning curve, especially when fine-tuning HTML for consistent rendering across different email clients

Overall, my experience with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has been very positive. It’s made managing email signatures across the business much simpler and more consistent, especially with everything integrated into Microsoft 365.[sensitive content hidden] has been extremely helpful and I couldn't have done this without her help.
Pros: What I liked most about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is how easy it is to manage signatures across the whole company without relying on individual users. Once it’s set up with Microsoft 365, everything just works in the background, and we don’t have to worry about people having outdated or inconsistent signatures.
Cons: There’s not a lot to dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, but the initial setup can be a bit confusing if you’re not familiar with Microsoft 365 and how mail flow rules work. It took a bit of time to fully understand how everything connects.
Dessy P. · Head of IT · Legal Services · April 27, 2026
Pros: It is an extremely useful tool and everything is centralized in one place. It is very intuitive, and helps reduce time
Cons: I haven't found anything I could call a downside; however, it is a bit inconvenient that clicking on any option within the tools menu opens a new tab
Alejandro G. · Marketing Coordinator · Telecommunications · April 27, 2026
satisfied, except some CS took time to reply, special thanks to Alicja Lewandowska who helped us fixing the issue.
Pros: convenient to use and configure, both working in desktop and mobile view. convenient to use and configure, both working in desktop and mobile view.
Cons: doesnt have a view or configuration in mobile version, sometimes it takes time to load but overall satisfied.
Melvan S. · Marketing Advisor · Food & Beverages · April 24, 2026
Pros: We have been using CodeTwo since 2017. We love the flexibility and most of all the support we get from them; quick communication and resolution of our configuration. Excellent service and product. Highly recommend.
Cons: This is nothing about this product we dislike. Appreciate the new features they are constantly implementing and evolving to include.
Talia M. · Director · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · April 22, 2026
My overall experience with CodeTwo has been great. The support team is really top-notch, which makes a huge difference when implementing the software. It really is a great value for money, and we trust the software in terms of security features as well. We are so happy with CodeTwo and will be using it for years to come.
Pros: I love how simple it is to roll out the software. CodeTwo has a ton of useful assets/ customer support materials that I was able to send to my IT team to help prepare our Outlook account to integrate with the CodeTwo software. After integrating the software, it is very easy to set up the signature email management side. They provide many designs to use as templates, which helps. I also love the ability to test my email signature designs to ensure they have been set up correctly. Once email signatures are designed, it is very easy to add and remove new users and to create different buckets of user groups.
Cons: I would like the option to "undo" when in design mode. Other than that, there really isn't anything else I like "least."
Hayley S. · Vice President of Marketing · Construction · April 20, 2026
Seamless and quick to set up, with strong Microsoft 365 integration. The signature editor has a learning curve for complex designs, but overall it's a reliable and management-approved solution. Simple email management, without the hassle.
Pros: CodeTwo was painless to get setup & integrate with our Microsoft Workspace. Management was impressed with how quick and seamless it was. Additionally the product is very affordable for the service it provides.
Cons: The signature editor takes some getting used to if you are trying to build something comeplex. This is the only "con" I could think of.
Joel D. · IT and Systems Manager · Wholesale · April 19, 2026
Very positive. The product does exactly what it says and more. Our marketing teams make great use of it.
Pros: As part of our integrated marketing strategy, CodeTwo makes it really easy for our team to update graphics and messaging within the signature of all staff, from one location.
Cons: A little more CSS control would be great, but this isn't a issue really, more a wish list item. Nothing else.
Carl E. · Chief Executive · Information Technology and Services · April 17, 2026
I signed up for the 14 day free trial. By the end of the first day I had already set up custome email signatures for each department with their own unique image. The social media links were customized. And the templates were easy to work with.
Pros: Simple to implement and we have custom email signatures at the bottom of every email, forward, and reply. Very reasonibly priced. The templates were easy to work with.
Cons: None. The implementation only took a few hours and every thing I worked on in the demo enviroment converted over to the fully paid version.
Floyd M. · IT Administrator · Government Administration · April 13, 2026
Very easy overall, after a week or two of set up we had a very successful rollout where everyone's signature was uniform and we have had no since.
Pros: Relatively simple set up, a few nuances that Code Two support was able to help us with. Very effective product overall, does exactly what it says it will do.
Cons: Set up of out of office signatures and some of the finer details we were trying to have in the signature were hard to do. Code Two were able to help but by myself it was hard to figure out how to do some of the formatting
Jack H. · Business Operations · Construction · April 9, 2026
We’ve had a great experience using CodeTwo Email Signature software in our real estate office. It makes managing consistent, professional signatures across all agents effortless—especially with branding, disclaimers, and marketing banners. Setup was quick, updates are instant, and it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365. It’s been a huge time-saver and keeps our communications looking polished and consistent.
Pros: Centralized signature management across all agents Consistent branding for emails (logos, banners, disclaimers) Easy to update—changes apply instantly company-wide Seamless integration with Microsoft 365 User-friendly design editor for professional-looking signatures Reliable performance with no impact on mail flow Great for marketing campaigns (promotional banners, announcements) Saves time and eliminates manual signature updates Strong customer support and documentation
Cons: Initial setup can take some planning (especially for larger environments) Advanced formatting/design tweaks may require some trial and error Licensing cost may be a consideration for smaller teams Cloud-side signatures can sometimes appear differently during drafting vs. after sending Requires admin-level access to fully configure and manage
Matt M. · Systems Administrator · Real Estate · April 6, 2026
all top on first run (alles hat sofort funktioniert) und es gibt Top Videos und vielfältige Erklärungen.
Pros: Integration in o365 und das alle Möglichkeiten offen stehen, Serverseitig und Clientseitig oder eben beides.
Cons: user.codetwo.com - My user info - Der Abwesenheitsassistent. Hier fehlen die pulldowns um Vorgaben zu machen was erwartet wird. z.B. Ja, JA, ja
Wolfgang G. · Admin · Wholesale · March 31, 2026
Support has been great. Instructions are clear even though I asked more questions and they were answered perfectly. Happy!
Pros: Links perfectly with our 365 and lets us create exactly what we need. The logic is clear and very easy to use and implement.
Cons: Maybe an easier way to create rules for banners to not be implemented on replies and forwards. There is a way that was provided but a setting may be a lot easier.
Cassandra B. · Marketing and Brand Coordinator · Insurance · March 19, 2026
We've had an excellent overall experience with CodeTwo from signing up, mult-tenant usage and billing.
Pros: We found the product incredibly easy to deploy and setting up a signature from either a template or an idea was very simple. The support team is incredibly responsive and effective and managed to resolve some tricky issues passed on from a design team. We've deployed it internally and at clients and the server/client side signatures all work well. The integration into Outlook was easy and we haven't had any issues we couldn't resolve. The price for what you get is excellent and an easy on sell to our existing client base.
Cons: We haven't come across any cons in the product and the only places we haven't deployed it are clients without the need for centralised signature management.
David J. · CEO · Information Technology and Services · March 19, 2026
Excellent. It was easy to signup for a trial. I integrated it within 10 minutes into our system. I told it to override user created signatures allowing me to control signatures without team involvement or having to login to their accounts. Great experience overall
Pros: Simple integration, solves a major flaw of Microsoft 365 email software for managing centrally email signatures for all users within our team. Created consistency across the brand
Cons: Nothing to report. It says I have to write a min of 100 characters. It really is just a simple software product that integrates well.
Richard C. · Business Manager · Hospital & Health Care · March 16, 2026
CodeTwo is hands down the best signature management tool for Microsoft 365. It took us less than an hour to get it running. The signatures look perfect on every mail client and the automation rules are powerful yet easy to configure. It’s a set-it-and-forget-it solution that just works.
Pros: The 'Sent Items' update feature is a brilliant touch. It’s reliable, secure, and the customer support is top-notch.
Cons: I tried to find a downside, but the time saved on manual signature updates far outweighs the subscription cost.
