This software has made managing our company’s email signatures simple and efficient. The centralized control ensures consistent branding across all departments, while the option to create time-limited promotional signatures has been especially valuable for our sales team. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and a great solution for maintaining a professional and dynamic email presence.
Pros: I was won over by the simplicity of use; this is how I imagine a user-friendly application. Once, I needed technical support, and it was resolved quickly.
Cons: It would be helpful if social media links from the company profile could be automatically added to signature templates, as this would make the process easier for everyone.

Consistent and automated email signatures are no longer a worry for us since we use this solution. The signatures are being automatically reapplied every day and the sync with Google Workspace directory works great, with all the user info being automatically inserted into the email signature. It has lots of great features, especially for Google Workspace admins, so I highly recommend it.
Pros: We wanted a solution for easy and quick email signature set up - with Sign.UseWise, we got even more than that. As an IT administrator, I found this app beneficial for both unifying our Google Workspace branding and easily configuring signatures for users and teams, as well as for performing administrative actions like setting up aliases (send-as addresses) for end users or changing their default sending address, which is amazing.
Cons: The app is very easy to deploy and use, and I haven't found any issues. For some users wide range of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but it's easy to figure out, and their support team is very quick and helpful.

As a Google Workspace admin, I would recommend this app to any company that needs an efficient solution for managing signatures with ease, from a single dashboard. The ability to create email aliases and update the default send-as addresses was particularly useful for our team. Plus, their support has been great – quick and very helpful.
Pros: We liked how the app is very simple to install, with no routing, and no SMTP configurations. Signature editor is very easy to use, with lots of templates to start from. We also liked the features related to Google Workspace management, since we are a large company and need to update user aliases and default sending addresses in an automated way.
Cons: Everything is working really fine, we did not find any issues.

We highly recommend the app to any company wanting to manage their email signatures centrally. We also recommend it to Google Workspace admins since it has useful features like information about domains, the option to manage send as address, and a nice overview of all users, groups, domains, and signatures in one place. They also have excellent support and we got all our requests resolved in a timely manner.
Pros: The application is easy to install and use, with excellent Google Workspace integration. We used it to set email signatures that are in line with our new corporate identity to users in specific organizational units. There is also an option to create send as/alias addresses for employees so we used the app in the company rebranding process. When transitioning from one domain to another, we needed to update aliases and change default sending addresses without involving end users, so Sign.UseWise helped our team manage that important part of rebranding in Google Workspace.
Cons: It would be great if there was an option to automatically assign email signatures to users based on their group or OU membership the first time the user is synced to the application.

Our overall experience with Sign.UseWise is great. It's easy to install, has a lot of features, and the dashboard is very intuitive. The pre-made templates make setup quick, and setting up signatures is simple.
Pros: It helped our NGO to easily set email signatures for all users on Gmail with premade templates from the app gallery. It also supports signatures for aliases, so we can automatically switch from one template to another when composing emails from different addresses. It is very well integrated with the Google Workspace directory, and all the user's info fields are automatically populated. Their customer service is super helpful and responsive.
Cons: It does not support automated email signature set up for Outlook, but most of our users are on Gmail so it is not that much of a problem.
