Pros: seamless, quick and easy to use, with inbuilt insights such as who opened your email, who clicked the links in it etc so great for campaigns

Cons: nothing - was all great! i literally did not dislike anything at all - initially thought it was a bit pricey but when appreciating how much time it saves me with no issues at all, it is worth it.

Cons: UI can feel slightly dated compared to newer tools. Setup for advanced campaigns takes some time, especially when configuring sequences and conditions. Reporting is useful but could be more intuitive at first glance.

Pros: Gmass is a great tool if you need to create email campaigh for your bussiness and promotional purpouse.

Cons: Howewer, I sent about 50 emails daily, and my accound was disabled. I noticed when my messages were blocked or rejected due to security policies, Gmass didn't stop to send follows up to there emails.

Pros: It may not be easy to use at first but once you learn the features you can get the hang of it pretty fast.

Cons: Policy and what is considered spam is very hard to figure out. They really don't tell you what phrases can be marked as spam.

Pros: The ability to send mass emails with templates, and see if the person has read the email or not. Makes it easier to follow up.

Cons: Just a little too expensive. I think its worth the amount, but it sucks when I have to pay even if Im not sending any emails. (Subscription)

Cons: What I liked least about GMass was its occasional lack of polish in the user experience. While powerful, the interface can feel cluttered and not very intuitive, especially for first-time users. Some features—like campaign analytics and list management—aren’t as streamlined as they could be, which can slow down workflow. There’s also a bit of a learning curve to fully understand advanced options like automation and personalization. Additionally, since it relies heavily on Gmail, any limitations or quirks of Gmail itself can affect performance. Finally, customer support, while helpful, isn’t always as fast or proactive as expected when dealing with urgent issues.

Pros: The follow-up automation is by far the most valuable feature for me. I send a large volume of emails every week, and GMass completely removes the need to manually track who has replied and who hasn’t. It ensures nothing falls through the cracks and keeps my outreach organized without extra effort. I also love that it integrates directly into Gmail—it feels seamless and doesn’t require learning a new platform. It’s straightforward, efficient, and saves me a significant amount of time.

Cons: There’s definitely more functionality available than I’ve personally explored so far, so there may be a slight learning curve if you want to fully maximize everything GMass offers. That said, the core features are very easy to use.

Pros: Very powerful for the needs of a small business like myself. The ease of integrations with my Google Sheets (because my CRM is small and something like Hubspot would be an overkill for me), the personalizations, and the automations GMass has built it makes well worth the price.

Cons: There is no onboarding wizard that walks you through the features - lost opportunity for a tool so powerful. Would also love to see the campaign dashboard improved so it's easier to track what happened with each follow-up.

Pros: Easy to use and create templates.I look forward to using this for all my marketing emails and doing drip email campaigns

Cons: took a little bit of a learning curve but I got the hang of it eventually. I think once someone follows the instructions and plays around for awhile it becomes fairly easy

Pros: Automation and consistency with follow up. I also like that it sends the emails individually and not in a mass text, and then gives me analytics to see who is opening those emails.

Cons: I want to be able to send more than 490 emails a day. Fix this part. This may be due to Gmail's terms though. See if Gmail can make an exception for Gmass.

Pros: Very easy to use with Google Sheets. Makes it very easy for me to see what clients are being emailed and which emails bounced back.

Cons: I would like to be able to automatically remove addresses that bounced back from the campaigns I send out.

Pros: Gmass has made my life so much easier. I was able to send over 300 emails and landed an agent along with 250 emails for a campaign pitch and allowed me to make each email individualized. I cannot recommend it enough

Cons: There isnt anything I do not like about GMASS. I think it has helped make mass emailing so much easier along with automated follow ups

Pros: Once set up the ease of sending out mass emails. The reporting is easy to follow as well. When an email is bad you are notified. You can also read on who has opened it.

Cons: The pricing is a bit high for the amount of times I utilize it. I might send out one email blast a month.

Pros: So much more personalized and customization available, the personal touch with these emails makes all the difference.

Cons: So far so good! I am continuing to see tracking information in real time. The data and real time tracking is so valuable.

Pros: GMass absolutely saved me when I needed to send customized messages to our union members during a ratification vote. I appreciate how straightforward the process was. I was able to send critical information in such a small window of time. Would absolutely recommend!

Cons: The schedule send feature was not as straightforward as I would have liked. I needed to be sure everything was set for a very specific date and time. Once I added those parameters, there was no real confirmation that I set it up correctly or was actually finished with the process.

Pros: Ability to send individual attachments on mass emails. Quickly able to set up email templates and individualize mass emails.

Cons: The instructive videos could have given a little more detail on how to set up spreadsheets and attach links from Google Drive.

Pros: Easy to run and track email campaigns at scale. I can personalize, follow up strategically and get clear insight into what’s driving responses.

Pros: Bulk emails & all them go to Primary & not promotions. it's value for money & supercharges your outreach.

Cons: I think hubspot integration would be a great idea. But if it's not there i wouldn't care. this Gmail wraparound works well.

Cons: The idea you might accidentally hit send before you're ready. It's sort of a big button. But I haven't.

Pros: Follow up campaign and the log of records - each email is sorted by whether it was opened/clicked/completed etc - invaluable
