Overall, my experience with Precoro has been very positive. It has significantly improved our expense management, process tracking, and order management by bringing everything into one centralized system. The platform provides strong visibility and control over transactions, helping us make better, data-driven decisions. From a value-for-money perspective, it delivers solid ROI by increasing efficiency and reducing manual work. Security and control over approvals are well-handled, and the customer support team has been reliable throughout. While there is still room for improvement in integrations and advanced reporting, Precoro has been a valuable tool in strengthening our procurement operations.
Pros: Precoro offers excellent value for money by combining ease of use with strong functionality across procurement and expense management. The platform provides great visibility into spending, with real-time tracking of budgets, transactions, and orders. I particularly like the customizable approval workflows and process tracking, which help ensure control and compliance across departments. Order management is smooth and centralized, making it easy to manage vendors and POs in one place. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and helpful, which made implementation and day-to-day use much easier.
Cons: While Precoro performs well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some integrations with accounting or ERP systems are not as seamless as expected and may require additional setup. The reporting and analytics features could be more advanced for deeper financial analysis. Also, certain transaction management and workflow configurations can feel slightly limited when dealing with more complex procurement structures. Enhancing flexibility in these areas would strengthen the platform further.

I don't really have anything to complain about. The only thing id like to see is easier navigation on certain pages
Pros: Super easy to understand. Kinda make it fool proof so there's not a lot of room to make errors without being able to fix
Cons: the only thing that could have improvement is the navigation of the pages its left. Rather than that its pretty easy

It has been pleasure to work with Precoro team. Precoro team has been helping us to customized the software based on our needs.
Pros: The support from the onboarding through the implementation, Procoro team has been really helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries and feedback!
Cons: Limited feature on the bill payment and corporate card spend. Will be amazing if these can be added to go along with Precoro

Overall, this software is extremely easy to use and very user-friendly, making it simple for anyone to navigate and accomplish tasks efficiently. The staff are absolutely wonderful, always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist whenever we need help. Their prompt support and willingness to guide us have made the entire experience enjoyable. In particular, [sensitive content hidden]handled our onboarding process, and everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail. She ensured that every step was clear, that all our questions were answered, and that we felt completely comfortable using the platform. From start to finish, the experience has been positive, seamless, and reassuring, making this software and its team a pleasure to work with.
Pros: I liked that Precoro made company purchases easier to approve and use by offering a clear setup process and helpful training.
Cons: Everything is going well so far. The only thing that’s bothering me is the extra steps that need to be taken to complete the purchase from Amazon.

Pros: The organization of the ordering, organizing expenses to the proper departments. Budgeting supplies.
Cons: The delivery and expense accounts need to be able to select multiple at a time, to speed up the process

Previously, we were a ControlHub customer and with CH abruptly getting shut down, we moved over to Precoro. Overall, the experience was fairly smooth. We went from signing the contract to go-live in 15 days. Integrations are easy to setup, the implementation consultant [sensitive content hidden] helped us get bulk data imported into our account in time for go-live and made sure our go-live was a success.
Pros: Fairly simple onboarding process, easy approval flow editor, mobile app, SSO is not paywalled behind an expensive plan, plenty of customizations when it comes to custom fields to keep track of various purchasing details.
Cons: Limited selection of punchout integrations (currently only a few vendors - Amazon, Fisher Scientific, Grainger, McMaster). No vendor portal. No ability to use custom domain name for outbound emails.

I am still learning about its functionalities, but overall it is one of the best procurement software solutions available in the market due to its usability and efficiency.
Pros: It is very easy to learn and use, with an intuitive interface that allows users to navigate the platform efficiently without requiring extensive training or technical support.
Cons: While the learning curve is easier compared to other software, some advanced features could benefit from additional guidance or documentation to maximize their use.

Pros: Easy to use and lots of info provided. Using it for university project and is a great way to input purchase orders to financial manager.
Cons: The variety of options can sometimes make it confusing but the software was easy to learn after several uses.

Very positive. We intergrated with Quickbooks Online this year, and it has made out purchasing and AP more streamlined.
Pros: Has been able to assist my organization in streamlining purchases and stay within budget. Overall it has made our organization in becoming more budget focused.
Cons: The way reports are generated. Some techincal issues but nothing that would make me or my organization I work for want to change purchasing systems.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. I really like the ease of using the program and the customer support has been great!
Pros: I really like how easy it is to learn and use. The help center is full of perfectly explained details with photos and videos to ensure you fully understand the process. Its a GREAT VALUE for the money compared to other programs and the Customer Support has been extremely great. They are very communicative and follow up to ensure you're satisfied.
Cons: I feel like sometimes there's too many steps and it could be reduced and made easier somehow. I also dont like the several notifications that appear in the top right corner when creating, approving or editing a Purchase Order.
Veronica R. · Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager · Retail · November 18, 2025
We had an excellent overall experience with the implementation process. Kudos to the Precoro team for addressing our business needs and valuing our continuous feedback.
Pros: The Precoro purchase order tool module is very user-friendly. The Precoro implementation team did an excellent job during the implementation process. They took the time to understand our business needs and made every effort to configure the system according to our requests. Additionally, they assisted with training and provided the necessary training materials. Their significant effort helped ensure a successful launch.
Cons: The Precoro module needs improvement in cost allocation. Instead of using percentage allocation, it should be based on actual figures.
MARLENE C. · Director of Accounting · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · November 11, 2025
Pros: It is VERY easy to use, fast and user friendly. The user interface is intuitive and makes for very efficient transactions.
Cons: I have no complaints. I was able to learn the software very quickly, and the customer support has been outstanding.
Richard A. · Plant Manager · Chemicals · November 4, 2025
It's been a good experience but, unfortunately, due to the lack of notifications for approval steps, I have missed payment deadlines.
Pros: It's quite user friendly when it comes to where to find the information that needs to filled out. It's also nice to have the option to add internal and external attachments and to keep a chat log for any questions or concerns.
Cons: I would absolutely love to get notifications when my POs get approved through the process. It would also be great if a PO got stuck missing an approval for x time, to both parties (approver and person who submitted the PO) to receive a notification that the PO is stuck on that approval step.

I use Precoro regularly to upload contracts to submit to our finance team for review and for tracking purchasing.
Pros: The organization and reports in Precoro have been a game changer. It makes tracking spending so much easier. I really like that it should what percentage of our budget we have spent so far.
Cons: There isn't really anything I don't like about Precoro. If I had to chose something, it would be the design, but nothing functionally.
Nichole L. · Assessment Coordinator · Education Management · October 8, 2025
I have been using Precoro for a couple of months and have "Zero" complaints. What I like most about Precoro, it offers 5 AI chatbot in the Firefox sidebar.
Pros: Precoro allows you to see real time how much was spent and is being spent. It makes it easier to keep track of funding through out the fiscal year.
Cons: Being fairly new to Precoro, I have not ran into any negatives within the program. The Help center is right at your fingertips if need be.
Victoria C. · Office Manager · Financial Services · September 25, 2025
In the short time we have implemented Precoro, it has streamlined our procurement process. We love the transparency it brings to the team and accountability on team members. Being able to link it to QBO has also made it easier for our finance team to reconcile invoices and payments.
Pros: It's very user friendly and there are tons of guides to help you when you're stuck. Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and patient when onboarding us, fielding questions and guiding us through the entire process.
Cons: I wish the punch out and punch in add ons were easier to configure or included in the onboarding step.
Su L. · Workplace Experience Manager · Packaging and Containers · July 11, 2025
Experience was great! The success of the launch really rests with the end user. The amount of effort you put in up front will determine the success at launch. Our onboarding team was top notch. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.
Pros: Precoro is intuitive, easy to use, and has a relatively fast implementation time. Also, the integration with QuickBooks Online and two way sync ensure the data remains up to date.
Cons: It's not so much what I like least about Precoro, it was the necessity of learning a new platform and new software. Always difficult to make changes.
Galen G. · Director of Project Finance · Construction · July 8, 2025
I had an amazing experience with Precoro and the team. I always knew I could reach out and would get the help I needed. My organization found it easy to use and everyone was trained quickly.
Pros: The ease of set up and the customer support. I knew my team and they stayed with me through the whole journey!
Cons: I had very specific setups and there were times I couldn't find the exact training documents on how to set up a user, but the team didn't seem to mind that I had to bother them personally to assist!
Mary Catherine A. · Director of Finance · Media Production · June 11, 2025
Fantastic experience. All the staff were helpful and engaging in the process! The transition from the testing phase to the live roll out was seamless and easy for our team to work with.
Pros: The efficiency of a paperless process. Saves on time and money. Precoro was easily adapted to our business model, making it an enjoyable change in the way we work with Purchase and Service Orders
Cons: So far, nothing to dislike. As Precoro adds more functionality to their app, our business will benefit more.
