Great! even with the cons i cannot complain about this site! its so helpful and brings ease to my job!
Pros: Its very convenient and self explanatory. website is very clean if that makes sense. I like the customer support chat they are usually very helpful. Overall i love this program and do thinks its worth having.
Cons: having to download the BOLS and Shipping Labels to my computer in order to print them out. Customer support chat is kind of slow when responding. Also the edit option to add a pallet after shipment doesn't work what the point of having the option and when trying use it doesn't work and just getting told to cancel the shipment overall and re do it. Very inconvenient.

I LIKE IT ALOT 4 OUT OF 5 . THE LEARNING GUIDES AND HELP COMMUNITY ARE REALLY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND THE CHATS ARE VERY HANDS ON. IT HAS BEEN A PLEASANT LEARNING EXPERIENCE.
Pros: I LIKE THE EASE OF COMMUNICATING WITH MY CARRIERS, I LIKE THE EASE OF CHANGING TIMES AND DATES, I LIKE THE REAL TIME ACCEPTANCE.
Cons: ITS TO EASY TO PICK CARRIERS THAT ARE NOT ACTIVE. SOME TIMES ITS TOO EASY TO INVITE CARRIERS TO BID IF YOU ARE A FAST CLICKER .

Overall, load smart is simple and easy to use. It is easy to navigate and user friendly. Customer support is very helpful. I like how we get updates about our shipments. Shipping things out is a very easy process. Hardly any bugs or issues with the website.
Pros: It's simple and easy to use. I like how quickly customer service gets back to you. There isn't many issues with the site.
Cons: There isn't anything I don't like about it. I just wish the the pro numbers would populate faster but I'm not sure that is anything that you can control so it's understandable.

Overall my experience has been great with this program and if there's anything our contacts are always so prompt and willing to help!
Pros: I like to see where market rate is at before pricing out my lanes.
Cons: Wish it was user specific. I would only like to see my bids not our whole organizations

Overall experience with ShipperGuide has been above and beyond almost all interactions I have had with outside vendors. They respond to issues quickly and provide tons of details. They also work with you to implement new features or fucntions.
Pros: Provides real time data on freight purchases and compares rates to the market. ShipperGuide is all web based and requires zero integration into your company systems reducing overall costs compared to a regular TMS system. The system also consolidates bids from multiple carriers in one easy to read space, streamlining the job and eliminating wasted time.
Cons: Down sides are different user access levels. I would like to see more user options such as a sales portal and/or analyst portal that do not have access to actually book freight or add carriers, but still be able to access the reports and quoting options.

It is positive so far. We will see once we are in busy season.
Pros: Very user friendly. Ilike that we can schedule both in and out bound freight.
Cons: Shipments will not repopulated in SAP if the shipment has to be retendered to another carrier. .
Rose B. · Dispatch Coordinator · Package/Freight Delivery · December 19, 2024
The system worked out great in the beginning, after about 8 months of working great the system started having issues of glitching, creating double loads and not always accurate pricing on the full truck load rate instant quotes. They have a lot of work to do to get this platform to be one of the best. The platform has features others has. The LTL carriers listed are not all of the leading carriers currently are out there.
Pros: The system is user friendly. Not the easiest to use but it is manageable for new users and individuals that have little experience in the industry.
Cons: There are too many glitches within the platform that you have to keep an eye out for, or it can cost you or your customer issues with the load.

I am new to shipper guide so my overall experience is not much but I am willing to continue the trainings to learn more.
Pros: The effectiveness of getting the job done
Cons: The process and not understanding where everything is
Amanda J. · Office Manager · Logistics and Supply Chain · December 19, 2024
Overall so far it's a great program, we are still getting our feet wet with it but can see this is going to be an excellent tool to ship our loads.
Pros: I like the load information that comes across to the carriers on the confirmations.
Cons: I don't care for the way you have to book a load for the carrier. Seems like this could be made a lot easier.
Wade C. · Dispatcher · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · December 19, 2024
Fair, it is difficult to learn and follow with continuous updates being done.
Pros: Getting several quotes at one time, the help finding correct classification code.
Cons: Changes/updates that happen all the time, which makes it difficult to learn. Not able to build any kind of relationship with trucking companies or reps.
Tara B. · General Manager · Wholesale · December 11, 2024
Once all the little issues were corrected, it was super easy and easily to understand.
Pros: The easy convenience it gives you for scheduling.
Cons: The rates in the beginning before it was updated.
Melissa D. · Dispatcher · Architecture & Planning · December 11, 2024
Is really nee experience compare with the TS system i had used in the past, as a Manager of transportation Of Fedex Ground
Pros: Is Really easy to use, make our job more easy but i find that i need more control when i assigned loads and the brokers do not want to answer
Cons: to many changes in a little period of time, really difficult to cancel a load if you do a mistake. Needs improve how the dispatcher can control the loads, some times brokers do not accepted the load and we get stock trying to cancel or reassigned the load no all station run the same way,
Sandra Z. · dispatcher · Logistics and Supply Chain · December 11, 2024
Overall I have not really liked ShipperGuide, however I can see the potential. It isn't the best for day to day but I like it for being able to get the best rates.
Pros: Carriers can keep us updated on the load, whether it is picked up, shipped, delivered, ect.
Cons: There are so many day to day things that make it really hard to use with ease. For example, being able to sort and having things separated rather than linked together. There are also a lot of glitches.
Vanessa I. · Dispatcher · Package/Freight Delivery · December 10, 2024
Upgrading to this TMS has saved me so much of the time it usually took to do my job. In that I see a huge benefit year after year.
Pros: How easy it is to use and maneuver around in.
Cons: I really cannot think of anything since SG has been so helpful with changes to suit our needs.
tina w. · Dispatcher · Packaging and Containers · December 10, 2024
Some things work really well and takes some work off of the dispatcher…when it works properly
Pros: It puts some of the responsibility on the trucks to get us the info we need to process the loads.
Cons: Sometimes it does not communicate all of the information to SAP
Peggy H. · OM · Logistics and Supply Chain · December 10, 2024
I am very happy with being able to communicate within our company on quotes even if someone is on vacation
Pros: not having a million emails for quoting. it makes my job so much easier
Cons: i really wish it would tell me the date that i submitted the quote.
Amber E. · Logistics and CSR · Paper & Forest Products · December 10, 2024
So far it has been a bumpy ride but over all I think with our resources it has been fairly good
Pros: We are still learning how to use this software, once we are fluent with it, I think it will be a great time saving tool. It is getting easier to use with time.
Cons: It can be difficult to learn web based for me. I do wish we had an in person learning opportunity, I learn better this way.
Kerri Z. · dispatch · Farming · December 10, 2024
Good so far, but we are new to using the system.
Pros: Ease of use is number one and the team is very responsive and easy to work with.
Cons: Some minor workflows that aren't efficient, but I've been working with their team to correct
Melissa J. · Sr. Logistics Coordinator · Retail · December 10, 2024
Great could not be easier to use very efficient
Pros: How easy it is to setup the shipments. 10/10
Cons: Would like to get a pro number as soo. As i book
Ramiro G. · General manager · Construction · December 10, 2024
Great! Even customer service is great! [sensitive content hidden] is a great partner
Pros: Its very easy to get a quote and to book it.
Cons: Nothing, everything works great for what we need it
Gustavo G. · Import Export Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · May 21, 2024
Getting quotes and booking shipments is very easy and not time consuming at all. I wish everything I have to do each day was as simple.
Pros: It's very quick and easy to get quotes using ShipperGuide. There is lots to do each day and knowing that getting quotes for moving freight is so easy. It's one less thing to worry about.
Cons: I can't really think of any cons when using ShipperGuide, because once you get using it, it all seams to just flow and you can move on to other daily tasks.
Kerry T. · Supervisor · Wholesale · January 29, 2024
We have had a very positive experience with ShipperGuide. Their team is very engaged in our use of the product and value our feedback.
Pros: ShipperGuide simplified our process of obtaining RFPs from brokers and carriers because we no longer need to email everyone directly. We manage all our RFPs through the application. This saves us hours of work and allows us to broaden our scope in less time to obtain better rates. The support we get from ShipperGuide is very helpful and responsive.
Cons: There is nothing at this time because our suggestions and concerns are very important to the developer for future improvements or enhancements. They have met all of our expectations.
Anonymous User · Transportation Coordinator · Paper & Forest Products · January 11, 2024
Overall a good value, would recommend. The Pros definitely outweigh the Cons.
Pros: Flow of order entry is easy to follow. Quotes are instant and very reasonable.
Cons: Not easy to enter more than one product on a pallet, and virtually impossible to edit a shipment once quoted. Hazmat not easy to enter, and NMFC search function barely works.
Shara S. · CSR · Warehousing · January 11, 2024
It has been the best TMS platform we have tested so far. The functionalities available and the reporting tools are fascinating, especially with AI revamping the data analysis. But the best part has been the customer service and willingness to do whatever it takes to make a perfect system for their customers!
Pros: The simplicity and easy to use is what amazes me. Besides the flexibility of doing manual tracking as well.
Cons: It is tailored to the US market with units of measure only in the imperial system. Same for currency and temperature. But they are changing that. Another thing is that it only tracks trucks, not rail or ocean freight.
