Pros: I like that they are contantly improvig their services and streamlinging functions that make sense to what we do in clinic.

Cons: I think there are still some areas not thought out fully, like the Integration of the inventory360 to AP payments. Also have a chat system between staff. That would make things even better!

Pros: AestheticsPro is always adapting and making quality changes and upgrades to its platform. Consistent support and quick answers aways.

Cons: That i havent figured out everything about it that can make my practice as easy as it could be yet. If I had one want it would be that i could insert videos into emails.

Pros: One of the things I liked most about AestheticsPro was the level of customizability within the platform. It allows practices to tailor workflows, memberships, forms, treatment packages, and client management systems to fit the specific needs of their business. The software is aesthetically geared toward medspas and wellness clinics, which makes it easier to organize services and streamline operations compared to more generalized EMR systems.

Cons: The biggest downside for me was the inventory system and the lack of more advanced real time communication features. Inventory management could be much more intuitive and refined, especially for clinics managing retail, injectables, and consumables at scale. I also wish the platform had stronger built in texting and automation capabilities similar to Zenoti, particularly for real-time communication, marketing automation, and client engagement workflows.

Pros: It provides educational content that is practical, easy to follow, and relevant to real-world aesthetics practice.

Cons: Some of the seminar sections felt a little lengthy, and I would enjoy more interactive examples! more advanced topic breakdowns would also be helpful.

Pros: I love the convenience aspect of everything being in one place for our clients EMR. It is easy to chart on as a provider.

Cons: I wish the "book now" appointments alerted us somehow and not just went in the "bell" at the top. If a pop up came up, it would be easier for us to see in real time.

Pros: I like that it went over the basics, I learned to use AP based on how other staff members where using it but they weren’t necessarily utilizing every feature that was shown. I like seeing it from the provider/admin and the client prospective. It’s was helpful to know why its important to have certain things in place.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about it was some area covered didn’t make sense for my practice, they weren’t things I could utilize. I also really wish the AP marketing templates were more modern looking.

Pros: Hearing from us as clients as to what needs to be improved and actually being taken into consideration and seeing the improvements sooner than later shows we are being heard

Cons: Alot of click throughs for setting up new services , items . Such as when creating ne services , there should be a step by step to ensure everything is "turned on " like staff member to complete the service , are there forms to go along with this service , commission paid , will this service be available for online boking , etc .

Pros: All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and I love that I can get help at any time. Everyone is super helpful!

Cons: Super happy with everything no complaints. This is my second year with this company and I love everything that they are doing.

Pros: I appreciate the prompt and clear as well as friendly customer support. Its rare these days to have such transparency prior to signing and it really built my trust in not only the system, but also my trust in the behind the scenes support as well.

Cons: I don't have a "con" at this time. There has been clear and open communication, all of the benefits of AestheticsPro have been outlined - even more options for leads than my prior emr system. It's an impressive system - and an easy decision to make!

Pros: It’s the most comprehensive EmR software specifically designed for aesthetic medicine. It has versatile features, functionality design tailored to businesses like medspas, and a responsible support team.

Cons: Some of the integration functions still need improvement. Currently things like texting, video visits, RX, all require third party integration that needs the client to set up separate accounts then connect to AP. Wish these could be just part of the software.

Pros: Customer service has gone above expectations. Charting has been up to parr, and I've used many different EMR systems.

Cons: I would love the payment processing program to be more affordable. Continuous additional cost is the only reason I haven't added it yet.

Pros: We enjoy the Patient Record Management, Online Booking features, and Invoicing features which do get improved frequently.

Cons: We dislike the customer support process and have found it very difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Pros: So easy to use !! Everything is so organized. If I ever have a question the support team is so fast to respond and very helpful.

Cons: It’s hard to track referral credits if you run a referral promotion. I wish the credit would automatically pop up when checking the client out instead of them having to tell you. I also wish you could add discounts after generating an invoice in

Pros: Versatility and ease to get support from the team! Adjustable to the nature of your business and how to tackle complex issues and actions.

Cons: Possibly you guys can limit the number of clicks to get to certain topics. Also, if you are imputing prices for products and services to have a tab for taxes right there instead of going back to the admin menu to find the taxes tab.

Pros: What I liked most about AestheticsPro is how thoughtfully it’s built for aesthetic clinics. It combines scheduling, charting, consents, memberships, and client management in one system, which helps keep daily operations organized and efficient. It has saved our team a lot of time, improved workflow, and made the client experience smoother from booking to checkout.

Cons: At times, certain features can take a little time to learn at the beginning, especially when exploring all the tools the platform offers. However, once the system is set up and you become familiar with it, it becomes very efficient and user-friendly.

Pros: I appreciate how straight forward and complex free AestheticsPro is making it a faster and smoother process to schedule patients and have them be stress-free when it comes to filling out intake forms/consent forms.

Cons: So far I don't have a feature that I don't like the "least" however being able to add a tag to patient photos to then be able to be searched based on service type for marketing purposes would be amazing.

Pros: The customer support is wonderful! [sensitive content hidden] is always very helpful answering all of my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner

Cons: Nothing stands out. The platform is user friendly and the help desk is always great in responding to inquiries.

Pros: value for money and they offer excellent customer support. Very friendly and concerned about my success

Cons: Ease of use. It is difficult to learn all of the services that this EMR offers are not used due to difficulty with use of program.

Pros: The customer support is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] walked me through set up, step by step. Easy to use software, makes patient management and patient record management easy. definitely worth the buck.

Cons: The text and call service doesn't work for Belize and this is a major form of marketing and automated confirmation of clients.

Pros: AestheticsPro helps us provide excellent care for our clients. Our intake process is seamless, and we can document each step of a client's beautiful journey and show them the progression with side-to-side comparison photos.

Cons: We would like more integration with Square, our point-of-sale and scheduling system. Other than that, no issues.

Pros: Very helpful and communicative! [sensitive content hidden] were so great to work with! This system offers all of my demands and more, making things simple with no hidden fees and a very inclusive price structure! Scheduling is easy and aesthetic to view and patient records are easy to access and shar through the patients individual portal

Cons: I don't have any complaints so far, everyone has been easy to work with, kind and understanding. Maybe making sure training people aren't repeating each other too much but then again, some people need to hear it twice

Pros: The software has since added AI and SMS messaging which can be helpful for client communication. This was a major downfall prior.

Cons: The system is still lacking in aesthetics and customization. As a business, we can benefit by having the ability to create more custom reports.
