Pros: Easy to use Straightforward with navigating the pages I need Customer service/contact with them is quick and effective

Cons: Would like an easier mobile experience if I need to do work from my phone Would like an easier way to access the clients I open frequently or a list of assigned clients

Pros: It has a nice versatility. When our team needs customization for internal or regulatory reasons, EYW has been able to make it happen.

Cons: It doesn't allow me to create or modify my own reporting tools. While they have been great on creating reports as needed, I would wish to just do it myself.

Pros: I've used EHR for a little over 4 months now and have loved how easy it is to use. It's easy to look up patients and find all the information I need. Customer support has also been helpful and quick to get back to me when I've had issues. I definitely recommend using EHR.

Cons: I wish there were more features for tracking growth, like embedded growth charts, but even without that I appreciate what they do have to look at anthropometrics.

Cons: -Customization limitations Systems may not fully adapt to specific clinical specialties or preferences.

Pros: flexibility to work from anywhere, since it is web based. I also like that you do not have to have special software to run it

Cons: the frequent changes, it is more a me thing as I get used to any website how it works then takes me time to adjust to the new format

Pros: One of my favorite things about EHR is, it’s reliability! I very rarely run into issues with the program and don’t have to worry about my note, getting randomly deleted or lost. It’s actually so effective that I’ve never even had to reach out to customer support, but I believe that if I did, they would go either their way to make sure that it was handled. I worked closely with an individual within our company who utilizes EHR to help us build specific pages we need and they are always so thorough about giving us exactly what we’ve asked for. And work tirelessly back-and-forth until it’s perfect.

Cons: There’s really not one thing about EHR that sticks out in my mind as a negative. There are sometimes complicated request they are made, and they can take time to fully work out the bugs, but this is a part of the process and understandable.

Pros: EHR YOUR WAY staff have been absolutely amazing. They have worked with our organization step by step to set up our EHR system personalized to what we need. they have provided us with hands on training and edits until we were ready to go live. Once we went live then continued to support us for a long time after to ensure we could work through any issues we were having as well as training new users. They have help our organization become better at documentation and chart efficiency. I could keep going about the amazing support we have gotten from them and their ability to take what we need and find a way for it to work in their system or building it for us in their system. We are very happy with our choose in EHR YOUR WAY.

Cons: Im sure no one like implementation process of anything including EHR systems. But EHR YOUR WAY really tried to make the best out of it but we had some issues we had to work out but they were present and able to fix any problem we had quickly.

Pros: I have been a therapist for over ten years, and have been frustrated with most of the EHR's I've used throughout the years. EHR Your Way has been so easy to learn and to use- I needed almost no help learning to use it. Things seem to be very intuitive, and it is very reliable. Everything makes sense, and it makes it very efficient to do paperwork.

Cons: I can't really think of cons. It could be nice to embed a GAD-7 or PHQ-9 directly into the treatment plan or progress note.

Pros: I enjoy the ability to view my appointments and the ease of organization when it comes to working. I appreciate the organization of the inbox, and the multiple uses for EHR alerts and reminders. Completing paperwork in EHR is easy and simple, as well as uploading documents to a client's chart. I have never had clients' complain about using the patient portal, and find it a easy way for getting releases signed and submitted. I appreciate the option to fax from within the product, making it easy to use and saves time as a provider.

Cons: I do wish there was an option to have multiple documents open, or to view two documents side by side. Occasionally, there is information in another document that I need to access for a new document, and I wish there was a way to streamline that process. There are also a lot of drop down menus that are redundant or unnecessary, which can make navigating a little difficult if you are new to the system. However, this does not overall impact your ability to use the system.

Pros: EHR YOUR WAY is simple and easy to use. The menu options are clear and make charting streamline and quick.

Cons: The new documentation hub is harder to see in one window what is needed to be completed. The old task window was more streamlined.

Pros: Easy to use and customizable to fit a therapist’s workflow. Straightforward documentation without unnecessary complexity.

Cons: Occasional bugs and limited advanced features compared to larger platforms. The interface could feel more modern and streamlined.

Pros: I really like using EHR YOUR WAY because it is easy to follow and not complicated for my needs.

Cons: I have not yet encountered a con for using the program so I cannot really detail any particular issues

Pros: The ability to contact patient/client immediately through a safe portal has been the most beneficial.

Cons: Working out the bugs in the new system has been my least favorite experience with EHR but knowing that it is temporary has been gratifying.

Pros: Easy to use to schedule and reschedule clients. Constant changes to make things easier. Good customer support.

Cons: There are some constant changes that are a little bit difficult to adjust to at first. Some things can be streamlined.

Pros: It is a very user friendly program and organized logically. The customer support is kind and attentive and patient and I personally don’t experience many “crashes” bug issues when using.

Cons: I don’t think i have any dislikes as of currently. I haven’t experienced any “big” issues that aren’t relatively easy to fix

Pros: EHR Your Way is extremely customizable and flexible, which makes it well-suited for group practices with complex workflows. The reporting capabilities are strong, especially compared to more rigid, “plug-and-play” EHRs, and the system allows for detailed tracking across clinicians, billing, and operations. I appreciate the level of control it gives practices that want to build systems around their actual needs rather than force their practice to fit the software.

Cons: The learning curve is steep, particularly for clinicians or staff who are not very tech-savvy. Setup and optimization require time, intentional planning, and often direct support. The user interface is not as intuitive or polished as some mainstream EHRs, and without proper onboarding, it can feel overwhelming. This is not an EHR that works well “out of the box.”

Pros: When I first started using, I needed help and was assisted by an EHR your way rep who responded very quickly.

Cons: The structuring of the software seemed a little complicated. However, after just a couple of weeks, I became used to how to implement and it became much easier. Also, the admin support for the practice was also very helpful.

Pros: Ease of use. It’s not hard to use. Everything you need for client documentation and Insurnace is accessible.

Cons: Would like to have less buttons and pages to click on to complete notes and documentation. Would also like easier way to count sessions

Pros: Very easy to use, most user friendly, very good customer support. Custom forms and modifications very easy.

Cons: lacks of AI tools. Could be better. Some times down time accident .That can be made better. Billing -posting could be improved.

Pros: The EHR is fully customizable, customer service is very responsive and helpful, it has robust reporting options, and it increases efficiency end to end.

Cons: It takes more time to finalize and become fully operational than standard EHR's since it is fully customizable.

Pros: The ease of use, customer support, and ability to set up a platform to bill the way our company needed.

Cons: The only Con I would say is we are not using the program to its full potential. We need to engage our clients more proactively to share information in the patient portal but we have not used that portion of the program as of yet.

Pros: The guardianship program at Catholic Charities North Dakota has been using EHR Your Way since July 2023. Until our transition to EHR, we relied entirely on paper files for the individuals we serve. EHR spent hours and hours with me as they built our program from the ground up in EHR. EHR listened carefully to my concerns and specifications and we could not be happier with the results. EHR is very user friendly for our guardianship staff and they are much more efficient in documentation and the provision of services. EHR created excellent reports for me to utilize that have saved me hours of time spent in data collection. When we have had glitches with EHR, they have responded quickly and fixed the issues almost immediately. Going paperless was very stressful for our program but EHR has made the process almost pain free!

Cons: Honestly, I do not have any negatives about EHR Your Way because the impact on our guardianship program has been so positive.

Pros: What I like most about EHR your way is the ease of use, the ability to send and receive messages confidentially and with sufficiency.

Cons: What I like least about EHR your way is difficulty accessing initial assessments; recent changes with past information not being forwarded to annual assessment reviews.
