Pros: I like how everything is included in epic, and other places use it so it is easy to see other records.

Cons: It is definitely made for bigger companies because cost is higher. Set up also takes a little while.

Pros: Epic stands out for its intuitive interface and fast performance. Despite being a feature-rich platform, it’s relatively easy to navigate once you’re familiar with the layout. The system loads quickly and handles large volumes of patient data without noticeable lag, which makes a real difference during busy clinic days.

Cons: The biggest drawback is the cost. Epic is one of the more expensive EHR solutions on the market, and for smaller practices, the licensing and implementation fees can be a significant financial burden. The value for money doesn’t always feel justified, especially when some features go underutilized.

Pros: What I liked most about Epic is how comprehensive and integrated the platform is. It brings together patient records, scheduling, billing, and communication in one place, which really streamlines workflows and reduces the need for multiple systems. The user interface is consistent across modules, and once you get familiar with it, it becomes very efficient to navigate. I also appreciate the strong reporting tools and the ability to customize certain features to fit different organizational needs.

Cons: What I liked least about Epic is that the system can feel overly complex and difficult to learn, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and it often takes significant training to become comfortable using it efficiently. Additionally, some workflows require too many clicks, which can slow down productivity. Customization options, while powerful, can also make the system inconsistent across different organizations, leading to confusion when switching environments.

Pros: Adding patient’s family medical history is the simplest I’ve ever seen in an online platform, which means patients are more likely to fully fill out the data.

Cons: It’s not always easy for patients to find the sign in portal. It doesn’t pop up via search engines, so clients need to save it.

Pros: helps teams see the full patient picture quickly. billing and coding workflows, customized for many specialties and departments, from outpatient clinics to large hospital networks

Cons: Millions to hundreds of millions of dollars on setup, Additional costs for training, customization, and upgrades

Pros: Easy interface to navigate very user friendly , wonderful for organizing and documenting different aspects of a patient's overall health and records , pertaining to.

Cons: At times it does seem to lag.And there are other times where it does not update automatically and sync with the office itself.

Pros: Epic is a system that makes medical documentation across many healthcare areas easy to collaborate and communicate about patients!

Cons: My company has not had any negative impacts or complaints when using Epic. All features have benefits that help aid in patient care.

Pros: The user-friendly design makes it easy to access medical records, upcoming appointments, prescription information, and ways to contact your doctor or nurse.

Cons: I have no complaints! Overall, I dislike the idea of having my information stored by 3rd parties, but so far I haven't had any issues.

Pros: Epic is an EMR company usually for hospital providers in a large corporation, we like because is easy to use and performs stream searches for medical providers.

Cons: Epic was not very friendly when it comes to searching patient information, you have to give multiple identifiers to search for a patient.

Pros: My experience with epic have been wonderful. It works very easily once you know how to use it. It performs good for large hospitals or health-care facilities. Large and complex work management can be done using Epic. The customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Honestly, i have used Epic for four months and never faced any bugs and issues. It is good value for large hospitals and health-care facilities.

Cons: It does require training to use as it is little bit difficult to use in beginning. It is not made for small organization due to high cost.

Pros: I was able to see medical history test results communicate with medical team. Real time results. Easy to use.

Cons: Difficulty erasing old or already read messages and getting a complete list of all your doctors that you see.

Pros: Overall happy with this product, but there are definitely some glitches that need to worked through.

Cons: It is the software that Boston Children's Hospital uses for their portal. Whenever a message is posted in the portal, i get a notification, which is annoying.

Pros: Epic is user friendly, provides immediate patient and provider updates and is a great way to track patient care.

Cons: If there is ever a technical issue, this can cause a major problem for patients and staff regarding information on medications as well as delays in procedures and discharge.

Pros: Epic is a very comprehensive electronic medical record system and seamlessly integrates all outpatient and inpatient records for patients.

Cons: One thing I like least about Epic is the process with making changes and technical builds in Epic. The clinical and technical process can be quite time consuming.

Cons: I don’t think it’s compatible for all healthcare providers. I don’t think it can do oasis submissions.

Pros: Care everywhere helps to maintain a strong continuity of care for patients that are seen across multiple health systems. It benefits the patients to have all documentation in one platform to provide the best patient care.

Cons: Occasionally there is some information that I would like to customize in my own areas for ease of use when looking for patient information.

Cons: I do not like the system when it comes down to patient forms, and form customization. It can definitely improve in a few areas.

Pros: It allows me to address patient concerns, chart and chat with co workers, there is built in support systems, different levels of affordability. You can customize things to your liking. It has built in biling.

Cons: It can be overwhelming with all of the clicks and all of the access points for the same needs. The screen is very busy and there are alot of colors and screen shots.

Pros: Clinical information is very organized, you can access notes and records depending on its category, access is faster that way.

Cons: No negatives from my end, sometimes I would find the process of logging in a little delayed since it would always sends codes to your phone, it feels secure but double process.

Pros: Using an electronic medical record program helped a lot with losing patient charts and other information, along with ease of documentation

Cons: The thing(s) I disliked about Epic was how hard it could be sometimes to find information on your patient, but mostly that the program would "go down" multiple times every week until all (or most) of the kinks were worked out.
