Cons: In the time I interacted with Youform, couldn't find any negative experience to share. The platform has limits on the free tier, but that was to be expected.

Pros: Ease of use, better value at the free tier than other options, variety of form creation and customisation options.

Cons: Document signing could be a bit more robust and data collection at the free tier is a bit too limited. Needs an android app. Needs one at a time style form navigation.

Pros: it is easy to use and replicate forms to use - users can usually access without any IT problems which is important

Cons: nothing that stands out.

Pros: Ease of use. Great Support. I liked the intuitive drag-and-drop interface, robust conditional logic, extensive third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Slack), and detailed, real-time analytics.

Cons: The free tier forces users to display "Youform" branding, Restricted design customization (no font size adjustments).

Pros: The fact that I can actually use the tool without feeling like I'm being robbed. I switched from Typeform because they wanted ridiculous money just to remove branding or get basic features. Youform does everything I need (sleek forms, logic jumps, clean UI) at a fraction of the cost. It’s exactly what Typeform used to be before they got greedy. Also, the customization options are solid.

Cons: The template library is a bit smaller compared to the giant competitors, but honestly, it’s way easier to just build what I need from scratch here because the editor is intuitive

Pros: Excellent features even on the free plan. Clean interface and very intuitive to use for both myself and my clients

Cons: The customization options are great, but I would love to see even more custom block field types available to add to my forms in the future !!

Pros: This is best form builder on the internet. It's so easy to use and they have a very generous free plan. I just love the product on the whole.

Cons: They don't support other payment gateways except for Stripe. And the price jump from free to $29 might be a bit high.

Pros: The main thing that attracted me is their price. It's a value-for-money product, and their level of customization clearly shows they understand user pain points and know how to make it user-friendly.

Cons: Nothing deal breaker as of now. But if they can work on the alignment and positioning of the cover photo, that would be a plus.

Pros: I adore the branding and UI and it’s a price point that compliments my very small startup. The quiz creation was so intuitive. My clients love the quiz I made and I genuinely love the look too. I tried competitors who boasted a lot. Maybe too many features or complicated UI or hidden fees for upgrades, was driving me crazy. Youform has been perfect!

Cons: Larger font size options are needed in a few places. I don’t really have anything else to say honestly.

Pros: It's everything that Typeform is, but cheaper and better, more efficient. I was paying a lot of money with Typeform, but youform saves so much for our organization!

Cons: They need more funding to continue to scale at the speed they are doing. So far the product has been really valuable.

Pros: The convenience of use: variation of designs, the platform itself. Opportunities to be creative and do valuable research.

Cons: Maybe the logic concept is too much overload, but it is working well. Another issue was setting the languages. It is also inconvenient to change the manual translation every time on excel sheet when it is needing changes in original quiz.

Pros: It just makes sense. I never understood the logic of paying a fortune for forms based on your usage. There are a bunch of other solutions out there but Youform nails the UI, form aesthetics and pricing.

Cons: I guess the user interface is designed more indie-style as opposed to more serious, which could be intentional. I prefer a more modern and elegant look but it's not a big deal. The final product looks as it should.

Pros: The support team is very responsive to any requests I bring to them, often responding and fixing any problems Im having the same day. Regarding features, it's everything typeform has at a fraction of the cost

Cons: Increased flexibility for customizing how individual questions present themselves would be a welcomed addition.

Pros: For a fraction of competitor cost, I get a suite of incredible tools to help me with form collection, customization, logic, and integrations. They also embed BEAUTIFULLY on every web platform I've tried so far. Customer support is lightning fast!

Cons: I think when you are selecting a new question, the menu could be more intuitive. Sometimes, I have a hard time finding the type of block I need.

Pros: The support team is incredible. Whenever I send an email with a question or a request, they respond almost instantly. It’s rare to find a company where you get such quick, direct, and helpful communication from the team (even the [sensitive content hidden]). The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Cons: It’s a growing platform, so it doesn't have as many legacy templates as some older competitors, but they are adding new things so fast that it’s not really an issue.

Pros: Really good customer support. Easy to setup and use. Good free plan. Cheaper to scale than most competitors.

Cons: Certain features still in development. Most people have not heard about it, so could do with a bigger online presence.

Pros: The platform is incredibly easy to use, even for someone getting started quickly without a learning curve. The free tier is very generous and genuinely useful, not just a limited trial. Integration with Google Sheets is seamless and straightforward, which makes it easy to connect workflows without extra setup or technical overhead. One of the biggest standouts is the customer support - response times are impressively fast. Even as a free-tier user, I received help within 24 hours for a technical issue, which is rare and very appreciated.

Cons: I usually dislike reviews that list no cons, but honestly, I don’t have any real negatives to point out. Compared to other platforms I’ve used, there are no noticeable downsides for my use case. I’m sure there’s room for improvement for more niche or advanced scenarios, but nothing has come up that negatively impacted my experience.

Pros: Easy switch from Typeform (interfaces are similar) and way cheaper for my needs. All worked smoothly and handled our 3000 people survey easily. Results are nicely displayed and I was able to dump the answer download CSV into ChatGPT for deeper analysis. Great piece of software.

Cons: Don't really have anything neg to say here. Even Support from the [sensitive content hidden] was swift and helpful. Very happy.

Pros: We’re genuinely impressed with Youform! We’ve been using it for over a year now without any issues — the platform has been incredibly stable with around 99% uptime. The customer support is outstanding: improvement suggestions, custom integrations, or special feature requests are implemented within just a few days. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their users.

Cons: Everything's perfect. The only thing to improve is to make the uptime from 99.9 % to 100 %, but I guess nobody can do this ;)

Pros: It contains everything I need: Company branding, multilanguage, high customization, great support, etc. Very flexible and high value for money, easy to understand, use and create forms. For reports you can either download a ready-made PDF or export a CSV.

Cons: The shade of the description texts are automatically adjusted based on the subject-line text. This results in less clear visibility and readability of the description texts.

Pros: I liked that YouForm is intuitive to use and good value for money whatever your budget. It is easy to use and there is good support.

Cons: Some of the specific things I wanted to do were not possible so there is a lack of being able to bespoke your form

Pros: All the features of Typeform, Google Forms, and more - for free. The creators are responsive, funny, and the YouForm is a joy to use.

Cons: When I first tried it 1+ years ago, I had bugs in the form builder. Over time, those bugs disappeared, and now I see none at all!
