Excelente PMS con todo lo necesario para gestionar tus propiedades y unificar procesos. 100% recomendado!
Pros: Interfaz muy buena y fácil de usar. App móvil muy buena para realizar tareas donde sea que estés. Integración por API con muchas apps útiles
Cons: No he encontrado desventajas, si existe algún problema te ayudan a resolverlo rapidamente. Las integraciones funcionan muy bien y la asistencia es fiable

Pros: I liked about hostify, that its an allround PMS with easy intergration to all channels and many softwares
Cons: allthough it was never an issue to use the pms, the interface could have looked simpler or easier to use. also we had some issues with the revenue numbers.

Pros: Lo que más me ha gustado de Hostify es su simplicidad combinada con funciones profesionales. Es fácil de usar, muy estable y su equipo de soporte realmente escucha al cliente. La atención es rápida, personalizada y están abiertos a mejorar la plataforma según las necesidades reales de los usuarios
Cons: Lo único que mejoraría sería añadir algunas funciones avanzadas o más opciones de personalización para operaciones grandes. Pero en general la plataforma cumple muy bien y sigue mejorando constantemente.

Pros: Super intuitivo, y el customer service tambien super amable y te ayudan en toda consulta que puedas tener.
Cons: Quiza si tengo que elegir algo seria la manera que hay que likear la plataforma con sus aderidos, pero eso va mas de parte quiza de como digo las extras, mas que culpa de hostify en si.

Pros: Hostify has proven to be the best solution for managing our multiple single-unit properties. Cons: The booking engine setup and direct promotions still lack some flexibility, but these features are gradually improving and we’re looking forward to the upcoming new model.

Pros: I love working with Hostify - as the team is always super proactive when it comes to scheduling calls, discussing opportunities and new possibilities. Their help desk is very easy to work with and solve problems fast.
Cons: The back-end can be a bit overwhelming and looks a bit outdates, so it is important to really take time to go through it with the team.

Pros: Hostify is a great all-in-one PMS with integrations to some of the top partners in the vacation rental market. However, in my experience, its greatest value lies in the responsiveness of the support team, its adaptability, and the endless possibilities for personalized solutions that it offers.
Cons: There's always room for improvement but I know they are already working in a few things that I was missing like the guest app, which will be launched very soon, so I can say I'm happy with everything so far.

Pros: Hostify ofrece servicios realmente buenos. Su atención al cliente es excelente y siempre están dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema de manera rápida y eficiente. Además, la calidad de sus servicios de alojamiento es muy buena, proporcionando una plataforma estable y segura para sitios web y aplicaciones.

If I am unsure, I always ask [sensitive content hidden] . She is always so helpful no matter how simple the question is. Ideal for property managers. It is also great for those wanting automation & analytics in one platform.
Pros: Integrates with Airbnb & Hostify. Prevents double booking. Simplifies rate & availability management across the platforms. Automates messages, guest communication. Saves time. Central dashboard to manage reservations, calendars. Owners can view their property performance.
Cons: I have not really experienced anything too serious. However, I have noticed that sometimes there are periodic sync issues.

Great product with a strong and reliable team behind it. We run a large-scale vacation rental property management company across 5 locations. Switching to Hostify granted us improvements across multiple domains. Would definitely recommend this software.
Pros: Overall design, functionality, rate of new features rollout, tech support.
Cons: There are occasional glitches that get fixed by a dev team over a reasonable time.

I have never experienced such a great attitude, proactivity and professionalism at any multi-national company that all are packed together with real human values by not hiding behind templates and "over-done" formal communication. They listen, respond and deliver what the user needs.
Pros: Their direct and friendly communication makes the co-operation to be hassle-free, and the customer / user feels that his voice is heard and there will be a response on it.
Cons: There are some reliability issues that they still need to work on it but with their attitude it will definitly happen, they need time only to do it.

I've been a customer of this company for a year, and unfortunately, my experience hasn't been great. The software still feels unrefined, with numerous features failing to deliver as promised. A notable issue is its inability to accurately retrieve phone numbers from Airbnb guests, which means I'm unable to send text messages or use WhatsApp for communication. The support team also seems to lack the necessary knowledge to provide effective assistance. Adding to the frustration is their policy on account cancellation; it cannot be done online and requires manual intervention. Despite being told that the sales support team would contact me regarding this, I've received no communication. As a result, I'm now forced to involve my bank to pursue a chargeback.
Pros: The aspect that appealed to me the most was the favourable pricing.
Cons: The customer service was appalling, with a support team that appeared to be unfamiliar with their own subject matter. The application is riddled with bugs, the API is non-functional, and synchronization is unreliable.

Our overall experience with Hostify was TERRIBLE. We picked it because of the 5* reviews they had online. Clearly the reviews must have been doctored or written by someone who had not used the software. PMS software is an integrate part of a vacation rental business and the cost of replacing can be high. So you must make the correct decision in selecting this it. We clearly failed in that and were fooled by the reviews. I sent a message to their CEO regarding the problems we had with the software, but I suspect that it is either beyond his ability to fix or he simply not a priority for him. So finally we decided to switch over to another vendor and that has been a better experience and we can now focus on growing our business instead of constantly trying to manage problems created by our PMS vendor.
Pros: Availability of App on Mobile Device was one of the reasons we picked the product

Cons: - Dropped management and pet fees and overwritten cancellation policies, costing $1k in lost revenue - Overwritten room layouts and amenities, properties showing up with blatantly wrong number of bedrooms and incorrect amenities - Messages being dropped in their unified inbox, push notification spam - Lack of support, taking weeks to respond for critical issues - Long onboarding times with VRBO (up to 3 weeks) - No specialized training on how to use the platform - No regression or QA testing before feature releases, leading to routine updates constantly breaking their product - Overall sloppiness, spelling mistakes and broken pages/tools throughout their site

Pros: Its sluggish performance is a major downside, forcing you to endure frustratingly long wait times, often exceeding 15 seconds for even the simplest tasks. Technical glitches are another recurring issue, with messages failing to reach clients, adding to the frustration.
Cons: It simply doesn't meet the standards of a reliable hosting solution, leading to a less than satisfactory user experience.
