Staffbase has enhanced employees communication in our organisation. The product allows instant messaging, pulse surveys and supports surveys and polling.
Pros: Software general usability and effectiveness in employees recognition. Easy integration of the software with Google analytics and SurveyMonkey.
Cons: The product is exemplary when it comes to internal communications. Customer care services providers of the tool are also very helpful.No dislike

Pros: Haben es zwar erst seit kurzem im Einsatz, gefällt uns aber jetzt schon richtig gut. Als Nachritenplattform optimal. Am besten gefällt mir die öffentliche App.
Cons: An Staffbase gibt es gar nichts aus zu setzten. Es gibt nichts, was mir an Staffbase nicht gefällt.

Man erreicht bei der internen Kommunikation nun Mitarbeitende, die sonst nicht erreicht werden konnten.
Pros: Die interne Kommunikation wird massiv verbessert, die Chatfunktion ist hervorragend.
Cons: Bislang gibt es keinerlei Probleme! Die Rückmeldung aus dem Unternehmen sind durchweg positiv.

I can recommend Staffbase to any company that wants to inform their employees in real time and connect all their employees.
Pros: The Experience Studio is very easy to use. The user interface is absolutely intuitive.
Cons: I have no comments on this. The software works perfectly.

Great team, open and honest.
Pros: Cost, easy for users, video recorded tutorials you can share with your champions, they train big teams if you want to delegate the set up, simple for champions to get used to creating content, easier than a website, has a public side, can be used like an intranet, has workflows, chat feature, you get to see other companies examples so you can base yours on something similar to begin with, weekly calls where they guide and improv things for you, relaxed and easy to get on with the teams there. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very personable and attentive.
Cons: You can't search for news channels (big basic problem!). The set up process is 3 weeks minimum our side, with 4 weeks for app approval their side.

Staffbase supported us in finding a solution to integrate the schedules for our driving personnel (data source SAP). This information will soon be available in a test phase.
Pros: Employees are at the center of the software. Finally, we reach also our non-desk employees in a timely manner. The software is easy to understand and has helpful plugins that are also being further developed. We will integrate the HR applications with interface to SAP (time recording, vacation planning, etc.) at a later date. According to a survey, this is a great need of our employees and will offer a clear added value.
Cons: In the depth, e.g. administration of recipients in forms, there are clear limits. What we are missing is the mapping of a multi-stage workflow. At the moment, this cannot be solved within the Staffbase software. It needs an interface to a specific external solution.

Pros: Einfache Bedienung für Administration und Nutzer. Viele verschiedene Nutzungsmöglichkeiten. Stetige Weiterentwicklung. Produkt am Puls der Zeit.
Cons: Die unterschiedlichen Pakete und zusätzlichen Kosten. Begrenzte Individualität für die Bedarfe eines einzelnen mittelständischen Unternehmens.

Pros: Bedienbarkeit sowohl als Administrator*in als auch als Nutzer*in sehr einfach und intuitiv. Guter & schneller Support. Gute Unterstützung beim Rollout. Stetige Weiterentwicklung. Gute Vernetzungsmöglichkeiten durch Angebot von Konferenzen/Workshops etc.
Cons: Die Kunden von Staffbase sind individuell in Branche und Unternehmensgröße. Daher wäre es manchmal wünschenswert, wenn einige Funktionen optional angeboten würden und der Kunde selber entscheiden kann, ob es für ihn sinnvoll ist oder nicht. Dies erhöht die Flexibilität.

Pros: Many features that can be used in different and various forms, lots of space for creative use cases and (mostly) easy to use.
Cons: The backend structure can be very unintuitive and hard to understand, connecting different organizations sometimes is hard and not very easy to do. User management and invitation could also be a bit more intuitive and I feel like from a UX and design standpoint of view Staffbase might be a bit outdated.

Die Apps von Staffbase sind ein tolles Tool zur internen Kommunikation und vor allem einfach anwendbar.
Pros: Einfache und intuitive Bedienung des Content Management Systems (Experience Studio) - dadurch gab es nur kurze Einschulungsphasen und eine hohe Bereitschaft, Inhalte zur Verfügung zu stellen. Einfache und intuitive Bedienung der App selbst - dadurch gab es rasch eine hohe Nutzungsquote.
Cons: Gewisse (sehr spezielle) Anwendungsfälle konnten mit bestehenden Features nicht abgebildet werden - das war jedoch nicht weiter schlimm.

You can communicate fast, it is easy to use, you have a modern design that can be adapted to your branding, and you can be sure that there are regular innovative updates all over the year. And if there should be any issues, the support team helps you quickly and finds solutions for your.
Pros: With the Staffbase application we reach all our employees, also in the production area. It is a fast, powerful and innovative communication tool, that is easy to use both for employees and administrators. The implementation is very easy, no difficult IT processes behind, and also our data security managers are happy with the data security settings.
Cons: I don´t have anything in mind to mention here.

Staffbase offers excellent support during the setup of the software.
Pros: availability via app and easy to navigate in the front- and backend
Cons: some pages are not able to manage all the date we would like to put on. Sometimes long loading times in the backend

Pros: The look & feel of the App is simply great. Also, when we have any questions or recommendations, there is always someone from the Staffbase Customer Service that will help us out.
Cons: We frequently use widgets - some more widget options would be great. But there is nothing really I do not like about Staffbase.

Perfektes Projekt - Ansprechpartner hatten exzellente Expertise - Projekt wurde on time ausgerollt.
Pros: Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation zu den Mitarbeitern - Einfache Gestaltung und Einbindung verschiedener Abteilungen - Integration weiterer APPs möglich und regelmäßige Weiterentwicklung.
Cons: Weblösung nutzt nicht die gesamte Bildschirmgröße.

Großartiges Produkt. Wir haben die Wahl nicht bereut.
Pros: Für den User sehr einfach zu bedienen. Für den Administrator flexibel anpassbar. Läuft stabil und schnell. Ein Tool, das man gerne benutzt.
Cons: Manchmal wünscht man sich ein bisschen mehr Flexbilität, bei den Möglichkeiten, Beiträge "schön" zu machen. Eine Möglichkeit, Push-Mitteilungen für jeden Kanal extra zu steuern, fehlt.
