Overall, our experience has been good and I would recommend Ujoin to other organizations connecting their constituents to government.
Pros: Ujoin is a good value for the money, providing constituent connection to government at a fraction of the cost of other platforms. [sensitive content hidden] and team provide fast support and have made it easy to build and manage campaigns.
Cons: Ujoin is more bare bones than other platforms I have used but is perfectly functional and my organization has been able to achieve our goals with the platform.

My overall experience with Ujoin has been exceptional. The product is a perfect blend of sophisticated design and dependable performance. More importantly, the people behind the product are clearly dedicated to their users' success. I am very pleased with the decision and would highly recommend Ujoin to anyone looking for a powerful and user-friendly advocacy tool.
Pros: What stands out most is the combination of a high-quality product and world-class customer service. The platform itself is sleek and functions exactly as you'd expect. It's incredibly reliable. Beyond that, the support team is second to none. Their responsiveness and willingness to help with any request have made my experience fantastic. They are easy to reach by email, phone or video conference and have been incredibly helpful.

At Defending Rural Florida, we’ve been very impressed with Ujoin.co. The platform delivers high-quality service and makes it easy to create and manage our legislative action alerts. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and allows us to engage our supporters quickly and effectively. The best part is the value — Ujoin offers powerful advocacy tools at a very affordable price. For organizations like ours that are focused on protecting Florida’s rural lands and communities, Ujoin has been a game-changer. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use, cost-effective advocacy platform.
Pros: Great customer service and 24/7 support. Also, very easy and quick to use platform. I love the bill tracker and action page templates.
Cons: Ujoin has been awesome—easy to use, reliable, and effective and the best price. Nothing to complain about!

We have been Ujoin customers for years, and have consistently received positive feedback about this tool. With the flexibility offered, we can easily embed action forms into our web site to quickly mobilize our supporters and reach legislators. The success of our grassroots advocacy has been made possible because of this tool.
Pros: Ujoin is easy to use, reliable, flexible, and a powerful tool to mobilize grassroots advocacy. Analytics allow us to easily view which legislators we are reaching, and to engage our most active supporters. People who use the tool tell us how easy they find it.
Cons: None come to mind. Every time we have had a question or technical glitch, the Ujoin team responded quickly and got it resolved.

Support has been great. The product is wonderful for the cost and it has allowed us to do much more while still using our own CRM.
Pros: It is simple and affordable. It connects with our CRM and allows us to add an advocacy platform for a fraction of the cost of the options we were considering.
Cons: UX could be improved along with reporting.

My school district was notified for the 2024-2025 school year in a decrease of $1,000,000 in State Aid: a steep loss of funding that would result in significant programming cuts and dozens of staff being terminated due to budget shortfalls. Using UJOIN to send emails to the Department of Education and other departments, enough State officials were contacted detailing the district's requested Appeal that the $1MM in lost State Aid was restored. The Superintendent directly attributed our school district's Appeal being successful due to the volume of emails that were received at the Board of Education and other State department; using UJOIN we were able to easily send over +5,000 emails.
Pros: UJOIN was so EASY to use, and unlike other other solutions each email form's landing page could be branded as a stand alone page for any individual cause/organization. At first glance, this gave the email form landing page "authority" and captured users' immediate emotional attention which directly impacted their follow-through and increased form completion/sending rates.
Cons: I have nothing significant to say about what not like to! The platform is solid and is in amazing return on investment for the money for it achieves for your advocacy work.

So so easy!
Pros: Cost, bill tracking features, personal contacts added for action alerts, ease of use and customizability.
Cons: Nothing! I have been able to really use Ujoin easily and teach my team to do the same.

[sensitive content hidden] is fantastic to work with. He has made himself available with little to no notice to me and my colleagues. We have used this product with success and it has made our advocacy efforts do a 180 degree turn. Legislators are calling US now...what a turnaround!
Pros: I've given all suggestions I have at the moment
Cons: "Bot in the back" auto-generation of contacts from robots -Ask [sensitive content hidden]

It's an affordable option for a young nonprofit and the customer support is highly responsive.
Pros: We appreciate that we can always get live, responsive support when we have a question. With recent updates, they've made the templates very visually appealing.
Cons: It could be more intuitive, though its recent updates have made it more so. Some templates are more functional than others.

Great experience - I have been very impressed by the customer support and prompt communication from the Ujoin team.
Pros: It's easy to use and set up campaigns, the data collected is helpful and easily navigable, there are lots of options and ways to connect with audiences.
Cons: I don't think there are many drawbacks to this software. One item that could be developed further is the ability to advocate for a bicameral bill in one campaign versus only being able to showcase the House or Senate pathway/sponsor - it would be helpful to have an option for both in the same campaign.

It's a great tool to reach people, the support team is easy to work with and open to making the product as usable as you need. It's awesome value for money.
Pros: I love the ability to customize action alerts to our constituents and to reach exactly the elected official I need to to impact policy. I love the new visual bill tracker that shows our members where the policy they're acting on is within the legislative process. It's easy to use and has a ton of functions that are helpful to our work tracking and following who is taking action on what.
Cons: Sometimes the spacing on the final product can look different than intended.
Kelly N. · Manager, Advocacy and Engagement · Non-Profit Organization Management · November 3, 2022
Pros: It's helped us achieve our goals of getting people to take action on legislation, and customer support has been excellent.
Cons: It's not super user-friendly or intutitive.
Christine F. · Executive Director · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 4, 2022
Pros: It is easy to use, and I can embed campaigns directly into our squarespace site.
Cons: Some of the more expensive software may look a little sleeker, but we're happy with the end product that Ujoin provides.

We have always had an excellent overall experience with Ujoin. I encourage any organization that needs this type of intelligence and outreach / communication capacity to sign up immediately.
Pros: Stunningly easy to use, with fabulous customer service that is seemingly always immediately there when we hit a snag or need guidance, Ujoin is a powerful tool that provides our member state coalitions with the legislative insights and outreach capacity we could never have expected to be able to afford on our grassroots budget. The Ujoin folks have created a tool that is pure GENIUS, and many of our state activists don't know what they would do without it. Kudos to Ujoin for developing this incredibly strong tool. We are SO grateful for your big brains!
Cons: There is nothing that I like least about this software.
Steff H. · Communications Director · Public Policy · September 4, 2020
Pros: Price. As compared to ANYTHING else in the universe of similar services provided nothing is even remotely as affordable. LIke not even close.
Cons: I would love some flexibility and customization. that being said I know the uniformity is a big piece of what makes it so affordable.

UJoin provides us with a barebones system to sent advocacy outreach alerts out to elected officials in our target areas. The flexibility of the system's integrations allows us to keep this information in our CRM database in a meaningful way. We are happy with the product we got for the price we paid, and love that there is a lower-priced advocacy system on the market that allows us to reach our advocates and officials without breaking the bank.
Pros: The price and ability to quickly set up action alerts for our different advocacy needs.
Cons: Ujoin isn't a database, and therefore there was a learning curve for our team as they learned the restraints of the system.
Anastasia S. · Development Director · Hospital & Health Care · June 19, 2020
We use it for several projects and find it a great platform for the cost and we have had great results!
Pros: Very easy platform and basic features. Has good reporting and feed-back monitoring for our users. The only real con that we have had is would like to see more graphic options in the "Learn" section, and titles.
Cons: The only real con that we have had is would like to see more graphic options in the "Learn" section, and titles.

Extremely positive. The Ujoin team is accessible and we know our advocacy messages are reaching decision-makers. Just last week a legislator cited a high volume of email on an issue we were working on during a committee hearing.
Pros: The ease of setting up a quick advocacy campaign focused on state legislators is key for us. It's easy to select which decision-makers receive messages. Our members like the campaigns because they can be used quickly and allow a custom message to accompany the talking points. They also find it is easy to share our campaigns. We also like the price and the fact that it integrates well with our CRM.
Cons: We haven't had any big issues. I've occasionally had a question, but Ujoin is always quick to respond.
